High-Performanceα-Diimine Nickel Complexes for Facile Access of PE Elastomers with Exceptional Material Properties

For practicable elastomeric polyethylene,achieving high catalyst thermal stability and activity,along with precise control of polymer properties such as branching density,molecular weights,and distribution,is crucial but *** this study,two sets of symmetricalα-diimine nickel complexes,each comprising four nickel bromide or chloride complexes,were synthesized and investigated their performance for ethylene polymerization under various reaction *** activation with either Et2AlCl or MMAO cocatalysts,these complexes displayed not only high activity but also generated high molecular weight polyethylenes with controlled polydispersity and a substantial number of *** catalyst with the least steric hindrance displayed the remarkable high activity(up to 1.2×10^(7) g·mol^(-1)·h^(-1)).Notably,nickel bromides demonstrated higher activity compared to their chloride *** investigation into the effect of reaction temperature on catalytic performance revealed that NiBrMe-MMAO system displayed high thermal stability(activity up to 2.51×10^(6) g·mol^(-1)·h^(-1) at 100℃)and consistently yielded high polymer molecular weights with narrow polydispersity over a broad temperature range of 30-100℃.Of significant note,mechanical analysis of the resulting polyethylene demonstrated excellent ultimate tensile strength and high strain at ***,the polyethylene sample prepared at 100℃exhibited ultimate tensile strength up to 10 MPa with 1863%maximum strain at break and a strain recovery of up to 54.9%after ten cycles at a fixed strain of 300%,indicating excellent material properties of prepared thermoplastic polyethylene elastomers(TPE).

To solve the problem of the low interference success rate of air defense missile radio fuzes due to the unified interference form of the traditional fuze interference system,an interference decision method based q-learning algorithm is ***,dividing the distance between the missile and the target into multiple states to increase the quantity of state ***,a multidimensional motion space is utilized,and the search range of which changes with the distance of the projectile,to select parameters and minimize the amount of ineffective interference *** interference effect is determined by detecting whether the fuze signal ***,a weighted reward function is used to determine the reward value based on the range state,output power,and parameter quantity information of the interference *** effectiveness of the proposed method in selecting the range of motion space parameters and designing the discrimination degree of the reward function has been verified through offline experiments involving full-range missile *** optimal interference form for each distance state has been *** with the single-interference decision method,the proposed decision method can effectively improve the success rate of interference.

Corrosion behavior and protection mechanism of carbon steel coated with ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene(ECTFE)

Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene(ECTFE)coating was applied to the surface of carbon steel through electrostatic spraying and low-temperature heat *** morphology and structure of the coating were analyzed using various characterization *** electrochemical data of the coated steel soaked in 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl solution for 90 d at different periods were also *** findings indicate that the outer surface of the coating remains structurally stable before and after soaking.F can diffuse into the steel substrate,facilitating the bonding between the coating and the steel substrate,but the free F also induces a weakening effect on the crystalline *** to the thickness of the coating edge and the susceptibility to infiltration of the corrosive medium,under-film micro-zone corrosion occurs at a slow *** soaking for 90 d,the impedance modulus measures approximately 10^(4)Ω·cm^(2),and the open circuit potential(OCP)is−0.61 *** self-corrosion current density is 1.13×10^(−6)A/cm^(2),resulting in a calculated coating protection rate of 99.29%.In summary,despite edge corrosion occurring,the ECTFE coating provides excellent corrosion protection.

Tensile strength behavior of cement-stabilized dredged sediment reinforced by polypropylene fiber

This study evaluated the feasibility of using polypropylene fiber(PF)as reinforcement in improving tensile strength behavior of cement-stabilized dredged sediment(CDS).The effects of cement content,water content,PF content and length on the tensile strength and stress–strain behavioral evolutions were evaluated by conducting splitting tensile strength ***,the micro-mechanisms characterizing the tensile strength behavior inside PF-reinforced CDS(CPFDS)were clarified via analyzing macro failure and microstructure *** results indicate that the highest tensile strengths of 7,28,60,and 90 d CPFDS were reached at PF contents of 0.6%,1.0%,1.0%,and 1.0%,exhibiting values 5.96%,65.16%,34.10%,and 35.83%higher than those of CDS,***,3 mm,PF of showed the best reinforcement *** CPFDS exhibited obvious tensile strain-hardening characteristic,and also had better ductility than *** mix factor(C_(C)^(a)/C_(w)^(b))and time parameter(q_(t0)(t))of CDS,and the reinforcement index(k_(t-PF))of CPFDS were used to establish the tensile strength prediction models of CDS and CPFDS,considering multiple *** PF“bridge effect”and associated cementation-reinforcement coupling actions inside CPFDS were mainly responsible for tensile strength behavior *** key findings contribute to the use of CPFDS as recycled engineering soils.

Identified as the pathogenic genes of Alzheimer's disease(AD),APP,PSEN1,and PSEN2 mainly lead to early-onset AD,whose course is more aggressive,and atypical symptoms are more common than sporadic ***,a novel missense mutation,APP E674q(also named“Shanghai APP”),was detected in a Chinese index patient with typical late-onset AD(LOAD)who developed memory decline in his *** results from neuroimaging were consistent with AD,where widespread amyloidβdeposition was demonstrated in 18 F-florbetapir Positron Emission Tomography(PET).APP E674q is close to theβ-secretase cleavage site and the well-studied Swedish APP mutation(KM670/671NL),which was predicted to be pathogenic in *** dynamics simulation indicated that the E674q mutation resulted in a rearrangement of the interaction mode between APP and BACE1 and that the E674q mutation was more prone to cleavage by *** in vitro results suggested that the E674q mutation was pathogenic by facilitating the BACE1-mediated processing of APP and the production of Aβ.Furthermore,we applied an adeno-associated virus(AAV)-mediated transfer of the human E674q mutant APP gene to the hippocampi of two-month-old C57Bl/6 J ***-E674q-injected mice exhibited impaired learning behavior and increased pathological burden in the brain,implying that the E674q mutation had a pathogenicity that bore a comparison with the classical Swedish ***,we report a strong amyloidogenic effect of the E674q substitution in *** our knowledge,E674q is the only pathogenic mutation within the amyloid processing sequence causing LOAD.

HPLC Fingerprint Combined with Chemometrics and Network Pharmacology for q-Markers Prediction Analysis of Saposhnikovia divaricata

Saposhnikovia divaricata(SD)has high medicinal and edible value,but relatively little research has been done on its qual-ity markers(q-markers).To further clarify the q-markers of SD with their corresponding pharmacodynamic *** this experiment,14 batches of SD were identified and screened for q-marker candidate components using a combination of HPLC fingerprint with similarity analysis,principal component analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,and partial least squares discriminant ***,network pharmacology was used to predict q-markers and core *** results showed that 5-O-methylvisammioside,cimifugin,and prim-O-glucosylcimifugin could be used as q-markers of SD;while,MAPK1,MAPK3,PIK3CA,JUN,and MAPK8 were the core targets of SD for drug *** further evaluate the bind-ing efficiency of q-markers,molecular docking of the main active ingredients of SD to the core targets was *** results showed that the compounds bind well to their targets,and binding energies were all less than-5 kcal/*** q-markers obtained from the screening were closely related to the core target genes,which could achieve therapeutic effects by modulating the relevant signaling *** study offers a reference for the establishment of a set of quality control evaluation system for SD potential q-markers prediction analysis,and lays the foundation for elucidating the mechanism of actionunderlying itspharmacodynamic substance.

Magnetic/Magnetostrictive Properties Together with Resistivity and Corrosion Behaviors of CoFe_2 and Its Composite with CoFe_2N

The CoFe_2alloy（CF） was prepared by reducing CoFe_2O_4 in the H_2 ambient. Subsequently the CF sample was nitrided in the NH_3 atmosphere to produce the composite of CoFe_2N and CoFe_2. The magnetostriction, thermal expansion, resistivity and corrosion resistance of CF sample and the nitrided sample（CFN）at 1000？C were investigated. The saturation magnetostriction coefficiency λ_s and thermal expansion coefficient ？ at 300 K for the nitrided CFN were 50 ppm and 10 ppm/K, respectively, approximately equal to those for the CF sample. However, compared with CF, CFN presents a decrease in temperature coefficient R_λ（300 K） of magnetostriction by 11%. The smaller resistivity and improved corrosion resistance in the H_2SO_4 solution may expand the applications of the CoFe_2 in the fields needing lower resistivity or in the acidic environment.

Research on the Orientated Effective Components of Huangqi in Huangqi Jianzhong Tang Against Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on Multi-Spectrum–Effect Correlation

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the orientated effective components of Astragali Radix Huangqi(Hq) in Hq Jianzhong Tang(HqJZ), a classical formula of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) used for treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG), using Hq as a monarch medicine. Materials and Methods: The spectra of HqJZ containing different polar parts of Hq were obtained using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography.q.Exactive mass spectrometry. Furthermore, the efficacy of HqJZ, which contains different polar parts of Hq, in treating rats with CAG was evaluated using traditional pharmacodynamic and nuclear magnetic resonance-based metabonomics. Grey relation analysis and partial least squares analysis were applied to analyze the spectrum–effect relationship and to screen out the orientated effective components related to Hq in the treatment of CAG. Results: Spectrum–effect relationship analysis showed that 24 compounds identified from the fingerprint spectrum were strongly correlated with efficacy. Compounds 8(calycosin-7-O-glc-6”-O-acetate), 9(3-hydroxy-9, 10-dimethoxyptercarpan), and 22(astragaloside II) were ranked among the top three. Conclusions: This study showed that integrating metabolomics and spectrum–effect relationship analysis is a powerful tool for obtaining orientated effective components of Chinese medicine in a given TCM formula.

Exploring causality with biliary atresia at different levels:two-sample Mendelian randomization study

Background In recent years,Mendelian randomization(MR)has been widely used to infer causality of related disease risk ***,this strategy has not been applied to biliary atresia(BA).Methods Genome-wide association studies(GWAS)data of 41 inflammatory cytokines,731 immune cell traits,and 1400 metabolites were obtained from public databases as exposure *** outcome information was obtained from a GWAS meta-analysis of 499 children with BA and 1928 normal *** variance weighting was the primary causality *** q-test,MR-Egger intercept,MR pleiotropy residual sum and outlier,and'leave-one-out'analyses were used for sensitivity *** MR,MR-Steiger,and Linkage Disequilibrium Score were used to exclude the effects of reverse causality,genetic association,and linkage *** MR results showed that a total of seven traits had potential causal relationships with BA,including three inflammatory cytokines:eotaxin(odds ratio(OR)=1.45,95%confidence interval(CI):1.08 to 1.95,pFDR=0.18),G-CSF(OR=4.21,95%CI:1.75 to 10.13,pFDR=0.05)and MCP-1/MCAF(OR=1.53,95%CI:1.12 to 2.10,pFDR=0.14);three immune cell traits:CD8dim NKT/T cells ratio(OR=0.59,95%CI:0.45 to 0.77,pFDR=0.06),CD8dim NKT counts(OR=0.58,95%CI:0.43 to 0.78,pFDR=0.06),CD8dim NKT/lymphocyte ratio(OR=0.63,95%CI:0.49 to 0.81,pFDR=0.06);one metabolite:X-12261 levels(OR=2.86,95%CI:1.73 to 4.74,pFDR=0.06).Conclusions In this study,eotaxin,G-CSF,MCP-1/MCAF,and X-12261 levels were shown to be risk factors for ***,CD8dim NKT/T cells ratio,CD8dim NKT counts,and CD8dim NKT/lymphocyte ratio were protective factors for *** findings provided a promising genetic basis for the etiology,diagnosis,and treatment of BA.

Distributed Graph Database Load Balancing Method Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning

This paper focuses on the scheduling problem of workflow tasks that exhibit *** indepen-dent batch tasks,workflows typically consist of multiple subtasks with intrinsic correlations and *** necessitates the distribution of various computational tasks to appropriate computing node resources in accor-dance with task dependencies to ensure the smooth completion of the entire *** scheduling must consider an array of factors,including task dependencies,availability of computational resources,and the schedulability of ***,this paper delves into the distributed graph database workflow task scheduling problem and proposes a workflow scheduling methodology based on deep reinforcement learning(DRL).The method optimizes the maximum completion time(makespan)and response time of workflow tasks,aiming to enhance the responsiveness of workflow tasks while ensuring the minimization of the *** experimental results indicate that the q-learning Deep Reinforcement Learning(q-DRL)algorithm markedly diminishes the makespan and refines the average response time within distributed graph database *** quantifying makespan,q-DRL achieves mean reductions of 12.4%and 11.9%over established First-fit and Random scheduling strategies,***,q-DRL surpasses the performance of both DRL-Cloud and Improved Deep q-learning Network(IDqN)algorithms,with improvements standing at 4.4%and 2.6%,*** reference to average response time,the q-DRL approach exhibits a significantly enhanced performance in the scheduling of workflow tasks,decreasing the average by 2.27%and 4.71%when compared to IDqN and DRL-Cloud,*** q-DRL algorithm also demonstrates a notable increase in the efficiency of system resource utilization,reducing the average idle rate by 5.02%and 9.30%in comparison to IDqN and DRL-Cloud,*** findings support the assertion that q-DRL not only upholds a lower average
