The local topological properties of black hole systems can be expressed through winding numbers as *** date,AdS black hole thermodynamics are often depicted by the dual parameters of(T,S),(P,V),(Φ,q) in the extended phase space,while there have been several studies on the black hole thermodynamics in the restricted phase *** this paper,we analyze the topological properties of charged AdS black holes in the restricted phase space under the higher-dimension and higher-order curvature gravity *** results show that the topological number of the charged black hole in the same canonical ensembles is a constant and is independent of the concrete dual thermodynamical ***,the topological number in the grand canonical ensemble is different from that in the canonical ensemble for the same black hole ***,these results are independent of dimension d and highe st order k of the Lanczos-Lovelock densities.

Rock failure can cause serious geological disasters,and the non-extensive statistical features of electric potential(EP)are expected to provide valuable information for disaster *** this paper,the uniaxial compression experiments with EP monitoring were carried out on fine sandstone,marble and granite samples under four displacement *** Tsallis entropy.q.value of EPs is used to analyze the selforganization evolution of rock *** the influence of displacement rate and rock type on q value are explored by mineral structure and fracture modes.A self-organized critical prediction method with q value is *** results show that the probability density function(PDF)of EPs follows the q-Gaussian *** displacement rate is positively correlated with q *** the displacement rate increasing,the fracture mode changes,the damage degree intensifies,and the microcrack network becomes *** influence of rock type on q value is related to the burst intensity of energy release and the crack fracture *** q value of EPs can be used as an effective prediction index for rock failure like b value of acoustic emission(AE).The results provide useful reference and method for the monitoring and early warning of geological disasters.

UiO-66 series metal-organic framework materials(MOFs)are typical porous materials assembled by Zr^(4+) with a large mass-to-nucleus ratio and terephthalic acid ligands,which form tetrahedral and octahedral cages arranged in a periodic triangular window *** to the strong interaction between Zr and O,UiO-66 series MOFs exhibit high thermal stability,structural stability,and chemical *** article mainly reviews the applications of UiO-66 and its composites in adsorption,photocatalysis,and resource utilization,while exploring the harm of pollutants to human health and the *** the first part,the differences in adsorption and removal mechanisms of liquid organic pollutants,heavy metals,and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are *** results show that organic pollutants are mainly removed by physical adsorption,electrostatic interactions,hydrogen bonding,andπ-πinteractions,while heavy metals are mainly removed by chemical adsorption,electrostatic interactions,reduction,and *** are mainly removed by the pore volume and pore size structure of the *** catalysis can achieve non-toxic treatment of pollutants,and this study mainly focuses on UiO-based composite materials constructed by strategies such as semiconductor composites,ion doping,and metal/dye *** the second part,the synergistic effect between the components of UiO-based composite materials promotes the oriented and rapid separation and transfer of earriers at the material interface,thereby promoting the generation of active species such as h^(+),·O_(2)^(-) and·OH,and achieving rapid degradation of pollutants and detoxification of heavy *** the third part,heterojunctions can realize the resource utilization of pollutants in water and air,producing energy-type substances such as hydrogen and methanol while solving environmental *** addition,this article also summarizes the harm of common typical pollutants to the environment

The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated gene(Cas) system is continually optimized to achieve the most efficient gene editing effect. The Cas12i^(Max), a Cas12i variant, exhibits powerful DNA editing activity and enriches the gene editing toolbox. However, the application of Cas12i^(Max)in large domestic animals has not yet been reported. To verify the efficiency and feasibility of multiple gene editing in large animals, we generated porcine fibroblasts with simultaneous knockouts of IGF2, ANPEP, CD163,and MSTN via Cas12i^(Max)in one step. Phenotypically stable pigs were created through somatic cell nuclear transfer technology. They exhibited improved growth performance and muscle quality. Furthermore, we simultaneously edited three genes in bovine fibroblasts. A knockout of MSTN and PRNP was created and the amino acid q-G in CD18 was precisely substituted. Meanwhile, no off-target phenomenon was observed by sum-type analysis or off-target detection. These results verified the effectiveness of Cas12i^(Max)for gene editing in livestock animals and demonstrated the potential application of Cas12i^(Max)in the field of animal trait improvement for agricultural production.

Arctic sea ice is broadly regarded as an indicator and amplifier of global climate *** rapid changes in Arctic sea ice have been widely ***,the spatiotemporal changes in the horizontal and vertical dimensions of Arctic sea ice and its asymmetry during the melt and freeze seasons are rarely.q.antified simultaneously based on multiple sources of the same long time *** this study,the spatiotemporal variation and freeze-thaw asymmetry of Arctic sea ice were investigated from both the horizontal and vertical dimensions during 1979–2020 based on remote sensing and assimilation *** results indicated that Arctic sea ice was declining at a remarkably high rate of–5.4×10^(4) km^(2)/a in sea ice area(SIA)and–2.2 cm/a in sea ice thickness(SIT)during 1979 to 2020,and the reduction of SIA and SIT was the largest in summer and the smallest in ***,compared with other sub-regions,SIA showed a sharper declining trend in the Barents Sea,Kara Sea,and East Siberian Sea,while SIT presented a larger downward trend in the northern Canadian Archipelago,northern Greenland,and the East Siberian *** to the seasonal trend of sea ice on sub-region scale,the reduction rate of SIA exhibited an apparent spatial heterogeneity among seasons,especially in summer and winter,i.e.,the sub-regions linked to the open ocean exhibited a higher decline rate in winter;however,the other sub-regions blocked by the coastlines presented a greater decline rate in *** SIT,the sub-regions such as the Beaufort Sea,East Siberian Sea,Chukchi Sea,Central Arctic,and Canadian Archipelago always showed a higher downward rate in all ***,a striking freeze-thaw asymmetry of Arctic sea ice was also *** sea ice changes in different dimensions,sea ice over most regions in the Arctic showed an early retreat and rapid advance in the horizontal dimension but late melting and gradual freezing in the vertical *** amount of sea ice me

Surface waves have a considerable effect on vertical mixing in the upper *** the past two decades,the vertical mixing induced through nonbreaking surface waves has been used in ocean and climate models to improve the simulation of the upper *** far,several nonbreaking wave-induced mixing parameterization schemes have been proposed;however,no quantitative comparison has been performed among *** this paper,a one-dimensional ocean model was used to compare the performances of five schemes,including those of qiao et al.(q),Hu and wang(HW),Huang and qiao(Hq),Pleskachevsky et al.(P),and Ghantous and Babanin(GB).Similar to previous studies,all of these schemes can decrease the simulated sea surface temperature(SST),increase the subsurface temperature,and deepen the mixed layer,thereby alleviating the common thermal deviation problem of the ocean model for upper ocean *** these schemes,the Hq scheme exhibited the weakest wave-induced mixing effect,and the HW scheme exhibited the strongest effect;the other three schemes exhibited roughly the same *** particular,the q and P schemes exhibited nearly the same *** the simulation based on observations from the Ocean Weather Station Papa,the Hq scheme exhibited the best performance,followed by the q *** the experiment with the Hq scheme,the root-mean-square deviation of the simulated SST from the observations was 0.43℃,and the mixed layer depth(MLD)was 2.0 *** a contrast,the deviations of the SST and MLD reached 1.25℃ and 8.4 m,respectively,in the experiment without wave-induced mixing.
