Native-like endothelium regeneration is a prerequisite for material-guided small-diameter vascular *** this study,a novel strategy is proposed to achieve phase-adjusted endothelial healing by step-wise modification of parallel-microgroove-patterned(i.e.,micropatterned)nanofibers with polydopamine-copper ion(PDA-Cu^(2+))complexes,polylysine(PLys)molecules,and Cys-Ala-Gly(CAG)peptides(CAG@PLys@PDA-Cu^(2+)).Using electrospun poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone)random nanofibers as the demonstrating biomaterial,step-wise modification of CAG@PLys@PDA-Cu^(2+)significantly enhanced substrate wettability and protein adsorption,exhibited an excellent antithrombotic surface and outstanding phase-adjusted capacity of endothelium regeneration involving cell adhesion,endothelial monolayer formation,and the regenerated endothelium *** in vivo implantation for segmental replacement of rabbit carotid arteries,CAG@PLys@PDA-Cu^(2+)modified grafts(2 mm inner diameter)with micropatterns on inner surface effectively accelerated native-like endothelium regeneration within 1 week,with less platelet aggregates and inflammatory response compared to those on non-modified *** observations at 6-and 12-weeks post-implantation demonstrated a positive vascular remodeling with almost fully covered endothelium and mature smooth muscle layer in the modified vascular grafts,accompanied with well-organized extracellular *** contrast,non-modified vascular grafts induced a disorganized tissue formation with a high risk of *** summary,step-wise modification of CAG@PLys@PDA-Cu^(2+)on micropatterned nanofibers can significantly promote endothelial healing without inflicting thrombosis,thus confirming a novel strategy for developing functional vascular grafts or other blood-contacting materials/devices.

The effects of the solution treatment on the microstructure,recrystallization,texture composition and properties of 7A65-T7451(120 mm)hot rolled plates at H/2(1/2 thickness)and H/4(1/4 thickness)were *** results show that the hot rolled microstructure mainly contains a large amount of MgZn_(2) phases and minor Al_(7)Cu_(2)Fe *** solid solution treatments,a large amount of MgZn_(2) phases are dissolved back into the aluminum *** main texture types at H/4 are R-Cube,Cube and part of Brass texture,and the main texture types at H/2 are Cube,R,and Copper *** qualitative analysis by Schmidt's law reveals that Copper texture at H/2 will deepen the anisotropy of plate metal *** the plate with the same thickness,the two-stage solution state has better mechanical properties due to the lower degree of recrystallization and stronger grain boundary strengthening *** the two-stage solution system of 460℃/165 min+477℃/165 min,the composite mechanical properties of the alloy plate at H/4 are the best and the anisotropy is not *** tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation along the rolling direction are 561.9 MPa,523.4 MPa,and 10.6%,respectively..

In this paper, we investigate the quantum fluctuations of subharmonic reflected field from a triple-resonant degenerate optical parametric amplifier(OPA) inside coupled optical resonators, which is driven by the squeezed beam at signal frequency. By controlling the relative phase between the pump beam and the injected signal beam, we can see the quantum fluctuation in the phase direction and amplitude direction due to the parametric down-conversion process in the cavity. Thus, the phase sensitive operation of the compression field is realized due to the quantum interference between the harmonic field of the down converter of OPA and the inner field of the coupled optical resonator. We verified the quantum coherent phenomena of OPA in coupled optical resonators and phase-sensitive manipulations of quantum entanglement for quantum information processing. We realized the electromagnetically induced transparency-like(EIT-like) effect and the optical parameter conversion process at the same time in one optical device. These properties can favor higher manipulation precision and control efficiency, which is more suitable for the integration of quantum-on-chip systems, laying a foundation for the practical application of quantum information.

High quality thin films of topological insulators （TI） such as Bi2Se3 have been successfully synthesized by molecular beam epitaxy （MBE）. Although the surface of MBE films can be protected by capping with inert materials such as amorphous Se, restoring an atomically clean pristine surface after decapping has never been demonstrated, which prevents in-depth investigations of the intrinsic properties of TI thin films with ex situ tools. Using high resolution scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy （STM/STS）, we demonstrate a simple and highly reproducible Se decapping method that allows recovery of the pristine surface of extremely high quality Bi2Se3 thin films grown and capped with Se in a separate MBE system then exposed to the atmosphere during transfer into the STM system. The crucial step of our decapping process is the removal of the surface contaminants on top of amorphous Se before thermal desorption of Se at a mild temperature （-210 ~C）. This effective Se decapping process opens up the possibility of ex situ characterizations of pristine surfaces of interesting selenide materials and beyond using cutting-edge techniques.
