The distribution of Ca2+ in the anthers of wheat was observed using cytochemical method of potassium antimonite. At the later tetrad stage, Ubisch bodies carrying Ca2+ were observed on the inner surface of tapetum, in anther locule and on pollen surface. The Ubisch bodies contacted with pollen, and Ca began to accumulate on polien surface. At the uninucleate pollen stage, abundant Ubisch bodies were distributed in anther locule, and the amount of Ca2+ on pollen surface increased. At the mature pollen stage a large amount of Ca2+ ions were localized on the inner surface of tapetum, the surface of pollen and Ubisch bodies. in the pollen wall, Ca2+ precipitates arranged in radial lines. These results demonstrated that Ubisch bodies were involved in Ca2+ transport from anther wall to pollen surface at some developmental stages of anther.

The first catalytic enantioselective C（sp）-C（sp^3） cross-coupling reaction between N-tosylhydrazones and trialkylsilylethynes in the presence of Cu（I） salts and chiral phosphoramidite ligands was developed. A series of svnthetically interesting, functionalized alkynes were obtained with moderate to good enanttiselectivities （up to 83% ee）. The development of smart wearable electronic devices puts forward higher requirements for future flexible electronics. The design of highly sensitive and high-performance flexible pressure sensors plays an important role in promoting the development of flexible electronic devices. Recently, MXenes with excellent properties have shown great potential in the field of flexible electronics. However, the easy-stacking inclination of nanomaterials limits the development of their excellent properties and the performance improvement of related pressure sensors. Traditional methods for constructing 3D porous structures have the disadvantages of complexity, long period, and difficulty of scalability. Here, the gas foaming strategy is adopted to rapidly construct 3D porous MXene aerogels. Combining the excellent surface properties of MXenes with the porous structure of aerogel, the prepared MXene aerogels are successfully used in high-performance multifunctional flexible pressure sensors with high sensitivity (306 kPa^(-1)), wide detection range (2.3 Pa to 87.3 kPa), fast response time (35 ms), and ultrastability (>20,000 cycles), as well as self-healing, waterproof, cold-resistant, and heat-resistant capabilities. MXene aerogel pressure sensors show great potential in harsh environment detection, behavior monitoring, equipment recovery, pressure array identification, remote monitoring, and human-computer interaction applications.

There are lots of researches on fixture layout optimization for large thin-walled *** researches focus on the positioning problem,i.e.,optimizing the positions of a constant number of ***,how to determine the number of fixtures is *** most cases,the number of fixtures located on large thin-walled parts is determined based on engineering experience,which leads to huge fixture number and extra ***,this paper constructs an optimization model to minimize the number of *** constraints are set in the optimization model to ensure that the part deformation is within the surface profile *** addition,the assembly gap between two parts is also *** conduct the optimization,this paper develops an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm by integrating the shrinkage factor and adaptive inertia *** the algorithm,particles are encoded according to the fixture *** dimension of the particle is assigned to a sub-region by constraining the optional position range of each fixture to improve the optimization ***,a case study on ship curved panel assembly is provided to prove that our method can optimize the number of fixtures while meeting the assembly quality *** research proposes a method to optimize the number of fixtures,which can reduce the number of fixtures and achieve deformation control at the same time.

Determining atomistic structures of grain boundaries (GBs) is essential to understand structure--property interplay in ***,different GB superstructures in CuO nanosheets,including (111) and (114) twinning boundaries (TBs) and (002)/(223) GB,are *** the lower-energy stoichiometric (111) TB,both experimental and first-principles investigations reveal a severe segregation of Cu and O vacancies and a nonstoichiometric property at (114) TB,which may facilitate ionic transportation and provide space for elemental *** importantly,the calculated electronic structures have shown the increased conductivity as well as the unanticipated magnetism in both (114) TB and (002)/(223) *** findings could contribute to the race towards the property-directing structural design by GB engineering.

目的研究颞部直切口微小骨窗开颅显微镜下治疗基底节区脑出血的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析,选取2020年1月至2023年1月该院神经外科收治的130例基底节区脑出血手术患者作为研究对象。采用额颞部大骨瓣开颅手术的患者纳入对照组(n=82),采用颞部直切口微小骨窗手术的患者纳入研究组(n=48)。统计并分析两组患者的一般资料、手术指标、临床疗效、神经功能损伤程度、术后的并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果两组入院时性别、年龄、格拉斯哥昏迷评估量表(GCS)评分、血肿量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组血肿清除率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,研究组手术时间、住院时间更短,重度水肿发生率、枕部皮瓣下积液发生率更低,良好预后率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取颞部直切口微小骨窗显微镜下血肿清除术治疗基底节区脑出血,术区脑组织水肿反应轻,神经功能可得到更好的保护,患者良好预后率更高。
