Objective: The purpose is to formulate treatment strategies of batches of the wounded and partial first-aid procedures, and further improve the emergency rescue capability of hospitals. Methods: This study analyzed the emergency treatment case that we participated in. In this case, we used various means to start the emergency plan, run the emergency procedures, optimize diagnosis, treatment, and rescue procedures, mobilize medical rescue resources, provide a reference for emergency command decisions, formulate a set of coping strategies of tertiary general hospitals on public emergencies. Results: Through the scientific and effective management of our hospital, 20 wounded have been discharged from the hospital and achieved the ideal effect of zero deaths in the hospital. Conclusions: The new mode of first-aid and health emergency management on the scene of modern disaster needs to find ways to minimize the loss of life and property brought by public emergencies, integrate the various sections of modern disaster medicine, integrate a large number of international and domestic basic and clinical research achievements of disaster first-aid, and upgrade to information, digital system.

Aqueous Zn-iodine(Zn-I_(2))batteries have attracted extensive research interest as an emerging redox conversion energy storage system due to the low cost and high ***,the shuttling effects of polyiodides arising from incomplete redox conversion and inhomogeneous Zn plating on the Zn anode surface always hinder the commercial application of Zn-I_(2)*** this work,a two-birds-with-one-stone strategy is reported for long-life Zn-I_(2)*** on the strategy,the sulfonate-functionalized carbon fiber not only acts as the excellent iodine limiter to inhibit iodine species shuttling,but also as the uniform Zn plating guidance layer on the Zn anode surface to prevent the inhomogeneous deposition of Zn^(2+).Consequently,a superior cycling stability(a capacity of 124 mAh g^(-1)after 10,000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1))is *** calculations illustrate that sulfonate groups successfully induce charge redistribution on the carbon substrate,thereby strengthening the electronic interactions of the iodine species with the carbon *** charge-enriched sulfonate groups can guide the uniform deposition of Zn^(2+)through a strong Coulombic effect with Zn^(2+).This work gives a new perspective on the integrated design of cathodes and anodes for rechargeable batteries.

目的：观察择时运动对青年男子运动员组织损伤和氧化应激的影响,为科学指导训练提供理论依据.方法：25名青年男子足球运动员进行两次Wingate实验（两次测试的间隔为3d）,测试时间分别在清晨（7：00~9：00）和傍晚（17：00~19：00）.测定受试者口腔温度并取静脉血测定,测定血常规、血生化、组织损伤和氧化应激标志物.结果：1）受试者最大功率、平均功率和疲劳指数以及RPE值在傍晚高于清晨（P〈0.05）;2）安静时（运动前）,傍晚口腔温度、WBC及其亚群、血生化（GLC和CRE）、组织损伤标志物（CK,LDH,AST和ALT）和氧化水平（MDA）高于清晨（P〈0.05）,RBC,HCT和抗氧化水平（T-AOC,TBIL和UA）低于清晨（P〈0.05）;3）清晨运动后除抗氧化参数外均显著性升高（P〈0.05）,傍晚运动后所有指标均显著性增加（P〈0.05）;（4）傍晚运动后除抗氧化参数和HCT外其他各指标均高于清晨运动后水平（P〈0.05）.结论：1）青年男子足球运动员的无氧运动能力和运动性疲劳程度在傍晚高于清晨,其原因可能与安静状态下组织损伤和氧化应激水平具有日节律波动性有关;2）一次高强度运动后组织损伤与氧化水平的日节律变异依然存在,而抗氧化水平的日节律变异则减弱.

In this paper,the structure evolution of cerium cobaltohexanoate(Ce[Co(CN)6],Ce-Co Prussian blue analog(PBA))has been realized by solvent catalysis at room *** hexagonal bipyramidal microcrystals of Ce-Co PBA can be gradually transformed into dendrites by different proportions of ethanol(EtOH)and *** the same time,the porous dendrites CeO_(2)/Co@carbon nanotub(CNT)with oxygen-rich vacancies(OVs)can be obtained by annealing Ce-Co PBA at 700℃.The microstructure study shows that carbon nanotubes will be catalyzed after annealing at high temperature,and the cobalt metal particles encapsulated in carbon nanotubes will be anchored in the matrix,regulating the impedance matching and multi-polarization suppression of the material,and its unique structure,vacancies,and strong interface effect make the material exhibit excellent electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption *** the matching thickness is 2.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of the composite is-51.68 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth(RL<-10 dB)is 7.76 *** results show that the prepared CeO_(2)/Co@CNT composite has excellent EMW absorption *** is expected to be a candidate material for EMW absorption.

Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs)have received great research interests due to their excellent optoelectronic ***,high temperature,inert gas protection and insulating long-chain ligands are used during the conventional hot-injection synthesis of PNCs,which limits their practical *** this work,we first develop a simple and scalable polar-solvent-free method for the preparation of full-component APbX_(3)(A=Cs,methylammonium(MA),formamidinium(FA),X=Cl,Br,I)PNCs under ambient *** an exothermic reaction between butylamine(BA)and propionic acid(PA)short ligands,the PbX_(2) precursors could be well dissolved without use of any polar ***,the relatively lower growth rate of PNCs in our room-temperature reaction enables us to modulate the synthetic procedure to enhance the scalability(40-fold)and achieve large-scale *** resultant short ligands passivated PNC inks are compatible with varying solution depositing technique like spray coating for large-area ***,we showcase that adopting the as-prepared MAPbI_(3) PNC inks,a self-powered photodetector is fabricated and shows a high *** results demonstrate that our ambient-condition synthetic approach can accelerate the preparation of tunable and ready-to-use PNCs towards commercial optoelectronic applications.

目的探讨12周抗阻训练对原发性高血压患者骨骼肌功能性抗交感的影响。方法将30例未经治疗的中老年男性1级原发性高血压患者纳入高血压组,同时选取30例血压正常的健康受试者纳入对照组,2组受试者均进行12周(3次/周)渐进性抗阻训练。于干预前、后分别利用冷加压实验(CPT)激活受试者交感神经系统,测定其安静及握力运动时前臂血液动力学变化。交感缩血管反应参数用CPT诱导肱动脉电导(FVC)的变化率(%FVC)表示,功能性抗交感参数(即肌肉收缩抑制交感缩血管反应的能力)用握力运动时与安静时交感缩血管反应的差值(△%FVC)表示。结果干预前2组受试者△%FVC组间差异无统计学意义[高血压组为(7.4±8.6)%,对照组为(7.9±11.3)%,P=0.883]。干预后与组内干预前比较,发现2组受试者△%FVC[高血压组为(17.1±5.8)%,对照组为(16.9±9.7)%]均明显升高(P0.05)。结论12周抗阻训练能明显改善中老年男性原发性高血压患者功能性抗交感,同时发现血压升高本身并不能破坏机体功能性抗交感。

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)is characterized by significant treatment *** acid(PA)has shown promising antitumor *** study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which PA influences DLBCL *** quantified the expression levels of microRNAs(miRNAs),Forkhead box protein O1(FOXO1),and DNA methyltransferase 3A(DNMT3A)in both untreated and PA-treated DLBCL tumors and cell *** were made of cell viability,apoptosis,and autophagy-related protein expression following PA *** analyses among miR-429,DNMT3A,and FOXO1 were conducted using luciferase reporter assays and methylation-specific(MSP)Polymerase chain reaction(PCR).After transfecting the miR-429 inhibitor,negative control(NC)inhibitor,shRNA against DNMT3A(sh-DNMT3A),shRNA negative control(sh-NC),over-expression vector for DNMT3A(oe-DNMT3A),or overexpression negative control(oe-NC),we evaluated the effects of miR-429 and DNMT3A on cell viability,mortality,and autophagy-related protein expression in PA-treated DLBCL cell *** efficacy of PA was also tested in vivo using DLBCL tumor-bearing mouse ***-429 and FOXO1 expression levels were downregulated,whereas DNMT3A was upregulated in DLBCL compared to the control *** treatment was associated with enhanced autophagy,mediated by the upregulation of miR-429 and downregulation of *** luciferase reporter assay and MSP confirmed that miR-429 directly inhibits DNMT3A,thereby reducing FOXO1 *** experiments demonstrated that PA promotes autophagy and inhibits DLBCL progression by upregulating miR-429 and modulating the DNMT3A/FOXO1 *** vivo PA signific-antly reduced the growth of xenografted tumors through its regulatory impact on the miR-429/DNMT3A/FOXO1 *** acid may modulate autophagy and inhibit DLBCL progression by targeting the miR-429/DNMT3A/FOXO1 signaling pathway,suggesting a novel therapeutic target for DLBCL management.

Effect of Polyethylene (LDPE) Microplastic on Remediation of Cadmium Contaminated Soil by <i>Solanum nigrum</i>L.

Solanum nigrum L. has a delightful prospect as a hyperaccumulation plant for cadmium pollution remediation, and microplastic is a new type of pollution that has received wide attention. In this study, the effects of polyethylene microplastics (LDPE) (0.135, 0.27, 0.81 and 1.35 mg·kg-1) and cadmium (20 mg·kg-1) on the growth indexes and soil physical and chemical properties of Solanum nigrum L. were investigated in a 17-day microcosm experiment. The results showed that single LDPE contamination showed a trend of low concentration promotion and medium-high concentration inhibited the growth index of Solanum nigrum L. and soil physicochemical index, and single Cd contamination was more stressful to plants than single LDPE contamination, while low concentration of LDPE could reduce the effect of Cd on soil physical and chemical properties and promote plant growth and uptake of soil nutrients. These findings suggest that high concentrations of microplastics can inhibit the growth of Solanum nigrum L. alone or in combination with Cd, rather than reducing the toxicity of Cd.

目的探讨肥胖儿童功能性运动能力与肺功能的关系,为改善肥胖儿童运动能力提供参考。方法选取郑州市某小学55名肥胖儿童(肥胖组)与57名体重正常的健康儿童(对照组),利用肺量计测定肺功能,利用6 min步行实验(6 MWT)测定功能性运动能力。结果肥胖组儿童6 min内步行距离(6 MWD)[(546.1±67.9) m]低于对照组[(610.4±70.1) m](t=-4.90,P0.05)。偏相关分析显示,在各参数中仅身体质量指数(BMI)与6 MWD呈负相关(r=-0.31,P=0.03)。结论肥胖儿童功能性运动能力与肺功能均低于健康儿童,BMI是功能性运动能力的独立预测变量。
