High-temperature stress threatens the growth and yield of crops. Basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH) transcription factors(TFs) have been shown to play important roles in regulating high-temperature resistance in plants. However, the bHLH TFs responsible for high-temperature tolerance in cucumbers have not been identified. We used transcriptome profiling to screen the high temperature-responsive candidate bHLH TFs in cucumber. Here, we found that the expression of 75 CsbHLH genes was altered under high-temperature stress. The expression of the CsSPT gene was induced by high temperatures in TT(Thermotolerant) cucumber plants. However, the Csspt mutant plants obtained by the CRISPR-Cas9 system showed severe thermosensitive symptoms, including wilted leaves with brown margins and reduced root density and cell *** Csspt mutant plants also exhibited elevated H_(2)O_(2) levels and down-regulated photosystem-related genes under normal ***, there were high relative electrolytic leakage(REC), malondialdehyde(MDA), glutathione(GSH), and superoxide radical(O_(2)^(·-)) levels in the Csspt mutant plants, with decreased Proline content after the high-temperature treatment. Transcriptome analysis showed that the photosystem and chloroplast activities in Csspt mutant plants were extremely disrupted by the high-temperature stress compared with wildtype(WT) plants. Moreover, the plant hormone signal transduction, as well as MAPK and calcium signaling pathways were activated in Csspt mutant plants under high-temperature stress. The HSF and HSP family genes shared the same upregulated expression patterns in Csspt and WT plants under high-temperature conditions. However, most bHLH, NAC, and bZIP family genes were significantly down-regulated by heat in Csspt mutant plants. Dear Editor,Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease,the most common inherited peripheral neuropathology,is highly heterogeneous among patients and associated with mutations in~100 different genes at an incidence of at least 1:2,500[1].Over 30 mutated genes have been identified in CMT2,which is characterized by peripheral axon degeneration and distal deficits in motor function[2].The aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase is the largest family in CMT2 and includes tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase(YARS,tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase).

目的：探讨长期有氧训练对老年男性原发性高血压患者血流动力学、运动能力和认知功能的影响,以期为此类人群制定有针对性的运动处方提供理论支持。方法：92名老年男性原发性高血压患者（年龄：60~70岁）按照随机原则分为安静对照组（n=46）和有氧训练组（n=46）,安静对照组保持原有生活习惯,有氧训练组进行3个月有氧训练干预。分别于实验前后测定两组受试者的安静心率和血压;利用递增负荷运动实验测定最大摄氧量（V·O2max）、力竭时间和力竭距离并描计运动过程中的心率曲线、血压曲线和主观疲劳感觉（RPE）曲线;利用软件测试受试者基本认知能力（包括知觉速度、心算效率、空间表象、工作记忆、记忆再认和总成绩共6个得分）。结果：安静对照组各指标均无显著性变化（P〉0.05）。有氧训练组进行运动后安静心率、收缩压和舒张压下降（P〈0.05）;递增负荷运动试验中,V·O2max、力竭时间和力竭距离升高（P〈0.05）,心率曲线、血压曲线和RPE曲线右移（P〈0.05）;认知能力测验中,知觉速度、工作记忆和总成绩显著提高（P〈0.05）。结论：长期有氧训练能够改善老年男性高血压患者血流动力学异常,提高运动能力和认知功能中的短暂信息处理能力。

目的探讨不同高强度间歇训练(HIT)方案对青年男子篮球运动员有氧无氧运动能力、生理适应以及肌肉损伤的影响。方法 45名男子篮球运动员随机分为上肢HIT组、下肢HIT组和对照组,每组n=15。对照组进行常规训练,上肢HIT组和下肢HIT组在常规训练基础上分别进行4周(2次/周)上肢或下肢HIT方案训练。于实验前后通过递增负荷实验测定有氧运动能力,Wingate实验测定无氧运动能力,取静脉血测定血浆肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、睾酮(T)和皮质醇(C)含量。结果上肢递增负荷运动实验时,上肢HIT组最大有氧功率(MAP)增加(P0.05)。结论青年男子篮球运动员上肢HIT仅改善上肢有氧运动能力,而下肢HIT则同时提高上肢有氧运动能力和下肢无氧运动能力。

针对ViBe算法在静态背景下检测效果较差和检测目标存在“鬼影”的问题,结合哈希算法和图像二维信息熵的知识提出一种改进的ViBe算法。首先,采用哈希算法对选取的三帧图像进行差分运算,对差分后得到的目标区域进行背景填充以得到背景图像,再对背景图像进行背景建模,从而消除鬼影现象。然后,根据背景的复杂程度得到自适应阈值与更新速率,使用自适应阈值进行前景检测,使用连通域信息进行二次检测以得到目标图像。最后,对目标图像进行形态学处理与背景更新。由实验数据可知,改进算法对草地、树叶和雪景等静态场景下的行人与车辆目标进行检测后,图像的F-measure值在0.8以上,比ViBe算法和高斯混合模型有所提升且较为稳定。实验结果表明,改进的ViBe算法可以消除鬼影现象,抑制背景的干扰,较好地检测目标信息。

Oxygen uptake plays a crucial role in the evaluation of endurance performance during exercise and is extensively utilized for metabolic assessment. This study records the oxygen uptake during the exercise phase (i.e., ascending or descending) of the stair exercise, utilizing an experimental dataset that includes ten participants and covers various exercise periods. Based on the designed experiment protocol, a non-parametric modeling method with kernel-based regularization is generally applied to estimate the oxygen uptake changes during the switching stairs exercise, which closely resembles daily life activities. The modeling results indicate the effectiveness of the non-parametric modeling approach when compared to fixed-order models in terms of accuracy, stability, and compatibility. The influence of exercise duration on estimated fitness reveals that the model of the phase-oxygen uptake system is not time-invariant related to respiratory metabolism regulation and muscle fatigue. Consequently, it allows us to study the humans’ conversion mechanism at different metabolic rates and facilitates the standardization and development of exercise prescriptions.
