Review on Quantitative Research Methods of Regional Sustainable Development in China

Since the 1990s, with the in-depth study and understanding of sustainable development, quantitative study of regional sustainable development (RSD) was increasingly hot in China. Based on quantitative study of RSD from Core Periodical in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (1992–2008), statistical analysis on the annual distribution, periodicals distribution and changes of the distribution were made. And from perspectives of social–economic, ecological, systematic and emerging methods, the course, problems and trends of the quantitative study methods on RSD were examined and analyzed to get a clear summary. By the review, the context on the quantitative study of RSD was to be clarified. The study also showed that, primarily, fields involving quantitative study are expanding; second, big progresses and constant development have been made on the systematic method gradually sophisticated, the flourishing ecological method and emerging new methods in the context of cross and integration which has made complex integrated systems a more satisfactory solution; third, the method system has been more multi-angled, and the clues of independent innovation have been observed despite the fact that the introduction of imported method is the main trend. Although many problems exist, multi-scale study, dynamic timeseries study and inter-regional comparative study will be further exploited and increasingly carried out with the progress of spatial information technology, which would boost the development and application of new methods in RSD study.

Effect of berberine on activity and mRNA expression of N-acetyl transferase in human lung cancer cell line A549

OBJECTIVE： To study the effects of berberine on ac- tivity and mRNA expression of N-acetyltransferase in human lung cancer cell line A549. METHODS： N-acetyltransferase antibodies wereprepared. The human lung cancer A549 cells were cultivated randomly in the wells of culture plate, and divided into the control group, and berberine 0.0008, 0.008, 0.08, 0.8 and 1.6 mM treatment groups, with 3 wells for each group. 24 h later, A549 cells in each group were collected respectively, the content of N-acetyltransferase was detected by Flow cytometry, and the mRNA expression of N-acetyltransferase was observed by reverse tran- scription polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS The N-acetyltransferase content in hu- man lung cancer A549 cells decreased with the in- creasing of berberine concentration, significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈O.05 or P〈 0.001）; and the mRNA expression of N-acetyltrans- ferase also decreased with the increasing of berber- ine concentration, significantly lower in Huanglian- su treatment groups （P〈0.O01）. CONCLUSION： Berberine can inhibit the activity of N-acetyltransferase in human lung cancer cell line A549, and shows negative correlations of dose and time in a certain extent. The inhibited gene expres- sion of N-acetyltransferase in human lung cancer A549 cell may probably represent one of the mech- anisms for its antineoplastic effect.

Multi-dimensional hybrid flexible films promote uniform lithium deposition and mitigate volume change as lithium metal anodes

Lithium metal is the ultimate anode material for next-generation high-energy ***,the practical application of lithium metal anodes is limited by the formation of Li dendrites and large volume ***,an effective multi-dimensional hybrid flexible film(MD-HFF)composed of iodine ion(0 dimension),CNTs(1 dimension)and graphene(2 dimensions)is designed for regulating Li deposition and mitigating volume *** multi-dimensional components serve separate roles:(1)iodine ion enhances the conductivity of the electrode and provides lithiophilic sites,(2)CNTs strengthen interlaminar conductance and mechanical strength,acting as a spring in the layered structure to alleviate volume changes during Li plating and stripping and(3)graphene provides mechanical flexibility and electrical *** resulting MD-HFF material supports stable Li plating/stripping and high Coulombic efficiency(99%)over 230 cycles at 1 mA cm^(-2) with a deposition capacity of 1 mAh cm^(-2).Theoretical calculations indicate that LiI contributes to the lateral growth of Li on the MD-HFF surface,thereby inhibiting the formation of Li *** paired with a typical NCM811 cathode,the assembled MD-HFF‖NCM811 cell exhibit improved capability and stable cycling *** research serves to guide material design in achieving Li anode materials that do not suffer from dendrite formation and volume changes.

1名36岁健康男性作为异体干细胞移植供者, 为动员外周血造血干细胞给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)注射液300 μg皮下注射、1次/d(连续使用5 d)。供者在rhG-CSF动员的第4天行外周血干细胞采集术后加用rhG-CSF 250 μg。次日出现干咳、胸闷气短、呼吸困难, 胸部CT检查示双肺弥漫性斑片状和结节状阴影, 相关检查除外肺部细菌/病毒感染和心功能衰竭, 考虑为rhG-CSF所致的药物性急性肺损伤。给予糖皮质激素和对症处理后, 症状逐渐减轻, 外周血干细胞采集术顺利。继续应用糖皮质激素, 供者症状进一步好转;复查胸部CT, 较前明显好转。后期随访3年, 供者工作、生活正常, 未再出现肺部不适。

太阳系绝大多数行星都拥有随星体自转而共转的内源磁场.随着人类不断地进行深空探测,人们已经对所有已知具有内源磁场的太阳系星体建立起了其对应的行星磁场模型.行星磁场建模是深入研究行星内部动力学过程、探究行星演化历史、理解行星磁场与太阳风相互作用、认识行星磁场对高能带电粒子的屏蔽效应等多种研究方向的重要基础.同时,行星磁场建模也是一项多学科交叉的研究工作,其涉及到行星磁场建模理论、内外源磁场场源分离、参数反演方法与方程优化等多方面的研究.本文综述了地球与太阳系其他行星,包括月球以及木卫三两颗卫星在磁场建模方向的研究进展,描述了行星内源磁场的特征,整理了太阳系行星最准确的全球磁场模型.本文首先从行星磁场的数学建模方法开始,梳理了自高斯时代以来磁场建模技术的发展历史,介绍了行星磁场建模研究的热点方法.文章最后展望了未来行星磁场建模研究的发展趋势,以及我国未来的深空探测计划对行星磁场建模研究的可能贡献.

The investigation of two-dimensional(2D)materials has advanced into practical device applications,such as cascaded logic ***,incompatible electrical properties and inappropriate logic levels remain enormous *** this work,a doping-free strategy is investigated by top gated(TG)MoS_(2) field-effect transistors(FETs)using various metal gates(Au,Cu,Ag,and Al).These metals with different work functions provide a convenient tuning knob for controlling threshold voltage(V_(th))for MoS_(2) *** instance,the Al electrode can create an extra electron doping(n-doping)behavior in the MoS_(2) TG-FETs due to a dipole effect at the gate-dielectric *** this work,by achieving matched electrical properties for the load transistor and the driver transistor in an inverter circuit,we successfully demonstrate wafer-scale MoS_(2) inverter arrays with an optimized inverter switching threshold voltage(V_(M))of 1.5 V and a DC voltage gain of 27 at a supply voltage(V_(DD))of 3 *** work offers a novel scheme for the fabrication of fully integrated multistage logic circuits based on wafer-scale MoS_(2) film.

The relationships between urban-rural temperature difference and vegetation in eight cities of the Great Plains

Interpreting the relationship between urban heat island (UHI) and urban vegetation is a basis for understanding the impacts of underlying surfaces on UHL The calculation of UHI intensity (UHII) requires observations from paired stations in both urban and rural *** to the limited number of paired meteorological stations,many studies have used remotely sensed land surface temperature,but these time-series land surface temperature data are often heavily affected by cloud cover and other *** factors,together with the algorithm for inversion of land surface temperature,lead to accuracy problems in detecting the UHII,especially in cities with weak *** on meteorological observations from the Oklahoma Mesonet,a world-class network,we quantified the UHII and trends in eight cities of the Great Plains,USA,where data from at least one pair of urban and rural meteorological stations were *** examined the changes and variability in urban temperature,UHII,vegetation condition (as measured by enhanced vegetation index,EVI),and evapotranspiration (ET).We found that both UHI and urban cold islands (UCI) occurred among the eight cities during 2000-2014 (as measured by impervious surface area).Unlike what is generally considered,UHII in only three cities significantly decreased as EVI and ET increased (p < 0.1),indicating that the UHI or UCI cannot be completely explained simply from the perspective of the underlying *** vegetative cover (signaled by EVI) can increase ET,and thereby effectively mitigate the *** study station clearly showed that the underlying surface or vegetation affects urban-rural temperature,and that these factors should be considered during analysis of the UHI effect over time.

地磁场与气候相关性研究五十年,人们并没有完全理解地磁场变化如何调控气候,反而更深刻地意识到这个问题远比之前想象的要复杂.本文从不同的时空尺度梳理了过去五十年间对于地磁场与气候关联性的研究.研究表明,从万年尺度的地磁倒转、千年尺度的地磁漂移、到百年尺度的考古地磁急变,甚至年代际的地磁活动变化,各种尺度的地磁场变化与气候之间都存在显著的关联.然而,相关性并不代表因果性,地磁场影响气候变化的潜在机制仍然存在争论.宇宙射线生成云机制是目前最有潜力的地磁场调控气候的过程,它在不同的时间尺度上有效地发挥作用,但其确切的物理机制和相对重要性仍然是悬而未决的问题.本文提议,应当从日地多圈层耦合的角度去理解地磁场与气候的关联性,并重点关注区域气候系统对区域磁场变化的响应.从古到今、从点到面,最终形成关联地磁场与气候变化的全球图像.如今,可精细刻画南大西洋异常区(SAA)磁场变化的澳科一号的成功发射,百年尺度的西太平洋磁异常区(WPA)的首次发现以及古地磁/考古地磁和古气候数据重构的快速发展为地磁场与气候研究提供了新的历史机遇,地磁场变化对气候的影响研究将被推向新的高潮.

吸附热对煤-气相互作用的数值模拟研究

煤层气开发或二氧化碳地质封存均涉及气-固界面吸附-解吸效应。已有大量研究证实气体分子在固体表面吸附或解吸过程中会释放出热量或吸收热量,进而导致气-固系统温度上升或下降。但是,常用的研究方法是在温度-压力平衡条件下评价煤吸附气体能力。而煤储层产气或注气过程是非平衡态过程,会产生大量的吸附热改变煤体温度,这与绝大多数研究中的恒温假设条件矛盾。为了研究吸附热对煤-气相互作用的影响,在固体变形-气体流动-吸附/解吸耦合关系中引入吸附热,将煤-气系统的储热项划分为裂隙系统与基质系统,吸附热表达成放热功率的形式;并以固体应变作为耦合项,考虑了煤与环境热交换过程,建立考虑吸附热的“变形-渗流-扩散”耦合计算模型。模拟的煤表面温度能较好拟合文献实验数据。此外,二氧化碳封存模拟结果表明恒压注气时吸附热导致的注气效率的降低约为16.8%;恒速注气时,预计最终6.2 MPa可完成的注气速率保持工作,在吸附热的影响下需要将注气压力提高至7.2 MPa,为煤层气开采时煤层温度演化提供参考。
