It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

We prove an anticyclotomic Iwasawa main conjecture proposed by Perrin-Riou for Heegner points for semi-stable elliptic curves E over a quadratic imaginary field K satisfying a certain generalized Heegner hypothesis,at an ordinary prime *** states that the square of the index of the anticyclotomic family of Heegner points in E equals the characteristic ideal of the torsion part of its Bloch–Kato Selmer group(see Theorem 1.3 for precise statement).As a byproduct we also prove the equality in the Greenberg–Iwasawa main conjecture for certain Rankin–Selberg product(Theorem 1.7)under some local conditions,and an improvement of Skinner’s result on a converse of Gross–Zagier and Kolyvagin theorem(Corollary 1.11).

Background:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a liver disorder characterized by the accumulation and degeneration of fat in the liver cells,a condition that may further deteriorate and lead to cirrhosis and liver *** studies showed that metabolic dysfunction can promote NAFLD *** Zhugan Decoction(LGZGD)has therapeutic effects on *** mechanism of LGZGD still remains *** study was to examine the impact of LGZGD on the metabolic processes involved in the development of ***:A mice model of NAFLD was treated with *** therapeutic potential of LGZGD was evaluated by assessing the activity of transaminases,lipids levels of blood,and pathological changes in the liver of the mice model of ***,this study also evaluated the influence of LGZGD on liver inflammation and oxidative ***:The results of untargeted metabolomics analysis showed that LGZGD reduced the disordered lipid metabolism in NAFLD *** improved the oxidative stress and also reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the *** metabolomics analysis of liver samples revealed that LGZGD treatment improved metabolic disorders,including alanine,aspartate,glutamate,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate *** RT-qPCR and Western blot results showed that LGZGD could regulate the expression of key enzymes in the metabolic pathway of the citrate cycle,including ATP-citrate lyase(ACLY),alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase-2(AGXT2),phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase(PEMT),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).Conclusion:We found that LGZGD can treat NAFLD by reducing inflammatory responses,inhibiting oxidative stress,regulating alanine,aspartate,glutamate,and glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate cycle pathways.

Surface wave inversion is a key step in the application of surface waves to soil velocity ***,a common practice for the process of inversion is that the number of soil layers is assumed to be known before using heuristic search algorithms to compute the shear wave velocity profile or the number of soil layers is considered as an optimization ***,an improper selection of the number of layers may lead to an incorrect shear wave velocity *** this study,a deep learning and genetic algorithm hybrid learning procedure is proposed to perform the surface wave inversion without the need to assume the number of soil ***,a deep neural network is adapted to learn from a large number of synthetic dispersion curves for inferring the layer ***,the shear-wave velocity profile is determined by a genetic algorithm with the known layer *** applying this procedure to both simulated and real-world cases,the results indicate that the proposed method is reliable and efficient for surface wave inversion.

A modified unscented particle filtering scheme for nonlinear tracking is proposed, in view of the potential drawbacks （such as, particle impoverishment and numerical sensitivity in calculating the prior） of the conventional unscented particle filter （UPF） confronted in practice. Specifically, a different derivation of the importance weight is presented in detail. The proposed method can avoid the calculation of the prior and reduce the effects of the impoverishment problem caused by sampling from the proposal distribution, Simulations have been performed using two illustrative examples and results have been provided to demonstrate the validity of the modified UPF as well as its improved performance over the conventional one.
