The high renewable penetrated power system has severe frequency regulation *** resources can provide frequency regulation services but are limited by com-munication time *** paper proposes a communication resources allocation model to reduce communication time delay in frequency regulation *** device resources and wireless spectrum resources are allocated to distributed resources when they participate in frequency *** reveal impact of communication resources allocation on time delay reduction and frequency regulation ***,we study communication resources allocation solution in high renewable energy penetrated power *** provide a case study based on the HRP-38 *** show communication time delay decreases distributed resources'ability to provide frequency regulation *** the other hand,allocating more communication resources to distributed resources'communica-tion services improves their frequency regulation *** power systems with renewable energy penetration above 70%,required communications resources are about five times as many as 30%renewable energy penetrated power systems to keep frequency performance the *** Terms-Communication resources allocation,commun-ication time delay,distributed resource,frequency regulation,high renewable energy penetrated power system.

The systematic investigation of the mechanical properties and microstructure evolution process of ultra-thin-walled Inconel 718 capillary brazing joints is of great significance because of the exceptionally high demands on its *** achieve this objective,this study investigates the impact of three distinct brazing temperatures and five typical grain sizes on the brazed joints’mechanical properties and microstructure evolution *** evolution analysis was conducted based on Electron Back Scatter Diffraction(EBSD),Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy(HRTEM),and Focused Ion Beam(FIB).Besides,the mechanical properties and fracture behavior were studied based on the uniaxial tension tests and in-situ tension *** findings reveal that the brazing joint’s strength is higher for the fine-grain capillary than the coarse-grain one,primarily due to the formation of a dense branch structure composed of G-phase in the brazing *** effects of grain size,such as pinning and splitting,are amplified at higher brazing ***,micro-cracks initiate around brittle intermetallic compounds and propagate through the eutectic zone,leading to a cleavage fracture *** fracture stress of fine-grain specimens is higher than that of coarse-grain due to the complex micro-crack ***,this study contributes significantly to the literature by highlighting the crucial impact of grain size on the brazing properties of ultra-thin-walled Inconel 718 structures.

Yu Gan Long(YGL)is a Chinese traditional herbal formula which has been reported to attenuate liver fibrosis for many years and we have explored its anti-fibrotic mechanism through blocking transforming growth factor(TGF-β)in the previous *** the mechanisms associated with platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)-BB remain *** this study,we further investigated the mechanism of YGL reducing carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver fibrosis in *** results showed that YGL suppressed CCl4-induced upregulation of collagen IV(Col IV),type HI precollagen(PCHI),hyaluronuc acid(HA)and laminin(LN),which are implicated in liver ***,YGL reduced theα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)expression,which acts as the indicator of liver ***,YGL decreased the serum levels of hepatic stellate cell(HSC)mitogen PDGF-BB and inflammation cytokines,including TNF-α,IL-1β,*** involved in liver fibrosis,such as Ras,p-Raf-1,p-ERK1/2,p-JNK,p-P38,p-PI3K,p-AKT,p-JAKl,p-STAT3 were downregulated significantly after treatment with *** results indicated that YGL ameliorated CCl4-induced liver fibrosis by reducing inflammation cytokines production,and suppressing Ras/ERK,PI3K/AKT,and JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathways,which provided further evidence towards elucidation of the anti-fibrotic mechanism of YGL.

We detail the generation of a pulsed atomic oxygen(AO)broad beam with a high flux-density via collision-induced dissociation of O_(2) to support practical industrial exploitation of AOs,particularly for facilitating 2-dimenstional oxidation/etching at a fast rate of one-monolayer per second in an area≥1000 cm².This innovation fuses the following interdisciplinary concepts:(a)a high density of O^(*) can be produced in an electron-cyclotron-resonance(ECR)O2 plasma;(b)o^(*) can be extracted and accelerated with an aperture-electrode in the plasma.

Bladder urothelial carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor disease in urinary system,and its incidence rate ranks ninth in the *** recent years,the continuous development of hyperspectral imaging technology has provided a new tool for the auxiliary diagnosis of bladder *** this study,based on microscopic hyperspectral data,an automatic detection algorithm of bladder tumor cells combining color features and shape features is *** vector machine(SVM)is used to build classification models and compare the classification performance of spectral feature,spectral and shape fusion feature,and the fusion feature proposed in this paper on the same *** results show that the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of our classification algorithm based on shape and color fusion features are 0.952,0.897,and 0.920,respectively,which are better than the classification algorithm only using spectral ***,this study can effectively extract the cell features of bladder urothelial carcinoma smear,thus achieving automatic,real-time,and noninvasive detection of bladder tumor cells,and then helping doctors improve the e±ciency of pathological diagnosis of bladder urothelial cancer,and providing a reliable basis for doctors to choose treatment plans and judge the prognosis of the disease.

Excessive manure application stimulates nitrogen cycling but only weakly promotes crop yields in an acidic Ultisol:Results from a 20-year field experiment

Population growth and growing demand for livestock products produce large amounts of manure,which can be harnessed to maintain soil sustainability and crop ***,the impacts of excessive manure application on crop yields,nitrogen(N)-cycling processes and microorganisms remain ***,we explored the effects of 20-year of excessive rates(18 and 27 Mg ha^(–1)yr^(–1))of pig manure application on peanut crop yields,soil nutrient contents,N-cycling processes and the abundance of N-cycling microorganisms in an acidic Ultisol in summer and winter,compared with none and a regular rate(9 Mg ha^(–1)yr^(–1))of pig manure ***-term excessive pig manure application,especially at the high-rate,significantly increased soil nutrient contents,the abundance of N-cycling functional genes,potential nitrification and denitrification activity,while it had a weaker effect on peanut yield and plant *** with manure application,seasonality had a much weaker effect on N-cycling gene *** forest analysis showed that available phosphorus(AP)content was the primary predictor for N-cycling gene abundance,with significant and positive associations with all tested N-cycling *** study clearly illustrated that excessive manure application would increase N-cycling gene abundance and potential N loss with relatively weak promotion of crop yields,providing significant implications for sustainable agriculture in the acidic Ultisols.

The development of CO_(2)separation membranes with high permeability and high selectivity,as well as ultra-thin selective layers,has always been ***,a molecular-scaled co-assembly strategy is employed to fabricate the Pebax-Mo_(132)(Pebax=polyether-block-amide copolymer;Mo_(132)=(NH_(4))_(42)[Mo_(72)^(Ⅵ)Mo_(60)^(Ⅴ)O_(372)(CH_(3)COO)_(30)(H_(2)O)_(72)])*** optimal selfstanding membrane,Pebax-Mo_(132)-5%,shows a CO_(2)permeability of~384 Barrer and an ultra-high ideal CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of~244,outperforming most membranes reported in the *** CO_(2)permeability and ideal CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity are increased by 70%and 367%,respectively,compared with the pristine Pebax membrane.A thin-film composite membrane prepared by spin-coating technique on a support membrane with gutter layers also exhibits a CO_(2)permeance of 838 GPU and a CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of *** excellent performance can be attributed to the following reasons:(1)strong hydrogen bonding interactions between{Mo_(132)}clusters and Pebax confer excellent interfacial compatibility to the mixed matrix membranes;(2)incorporation of hollow{Mo_(132)}clusters into the Pebax molecular chain decreases the crystallinity of Pebax,and thereby accelerates the chain dynamics and increases the free volume of the membrane;(3)in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fouriertransform spectroscopy demonstrates that the{Mo_(132)}clusters can effectively catalyze the hydration reaction of CO_(2)and promote the transport of CO_(2);(4)furthermore,the 0.35 nm pores of the crown ether-type{Mo_(9)O_(9)}allow the accurate size sieving of CO_(2)(0.33 nm)and N_(2)(0.36 nm)molecules.

Zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHSCs)have been widely considered as promising candidates for flexible electrochemical energy storage *** key challenge is to develop hydrogel electrolytes with high hydrophilicity,anti-freezing,bending resistance,and stable interface with *** study reported a hydrogel electrolyte system that can meet the above functions,in which the zincophilic and negatively charged SO3−,migratable Na+,abundant hydrophilic functional groups,gum xanthan,and porous architecture could effectively promote the electrochemical performance of *** with such hydrogel electrolytes not only exhibited good low-temperature performance but also showed excellent bending resistance ability.A high specific capacitance could be kept after a long air-working lifespan over 10,000 cycles under a wide operation voltage of 1.85 V at−10℃.Furthermore,flexible ZHSCs could maintain the capacitance retention of 93.18%even after continuous 500 bends at an angle of 180°.The designed hydrogel electrolytes could be also used for other electrochemical energy storage devices with anti-freezing and bending resistance by changing electrolyte salt.

Monitoringα-glucosidase(α-Glu)activity is of great significance for the early diagnosis of typeⅡ*** the blue fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)were integrated with two different recognizing molecules,β-cyclodextrin and phenylboronic acid,for assembling a multifunctional CDs(mCDs)nanoplatform for sensitively analyzingα-Glu and its *** hydrolyzed product of 4-nitrophenyl-α-D-glucopyranoside(α-Glu substrate),p-nitrophenol,could efficiently quench the fluorescence of mCDs due to its cooperative molecular recognition withβ-cyclodextrin and phenylboronic *** mCDs could be utilized for the detection ofα-Glu activity with the limit of detection of 0.030 U/***,the presentα-Glu detection platform revealed a high selectivity,and other natural enzymes showed scarcely any effect on the present mCDs *** proposed method could be facilely used to screenα-Glu inhibitors with satisfying *** rational mCDs is expected to supplement more comprehensive biosensing platforms for highly sensitive and specific recognition of disease-relevant biomarkers with clinical importance.
