谷红注射液促大鼠骨折愈合的作用及机制研究

目的观察谷红注射液(guhong injection,GHI)对大鼠胫骨骨折愈合的促进作用,并探讨其作用的相关机制。方法雄性SD大鼠180只随机分成6组,每组30只:假手术组、模型组、阳性药组(复方骨肽注射液,5 m L·kg-1)和GHI低、中、高剂量组(2. 5、5、10 m L·kg-1)。除假手术组外,其余各组建立胫骨骨折大鼠模型。造模后各组行每日1次腹腔注射给药并于1、2、4和6周末取样,心脏取血行血液生化分析和EliSA试剂盒检测;完整取出胫骨行X线摄片、骨生物力学检测、免疫组化法和RT-PCR法。结果 (1)给药1、2和4周末,GHI中、高剂量组的血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量高于模型组(P <0. 05)。(2)X线摄片显示,GHI各剂量组的外骨痂增长和骨折线消失较模型组快。(3)与模型组相比,GHI中、高剂量组的最大抗折力、刚性系数均上升(P <0. 05)且受力折线图趋势改善明显。(4)与模型组相比,GHI中、高剂量组的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量较高(P <0. 05); GHI各剂量组血清中血小板衍生因子(PDGF)有不同程度的上升(P <0. 05或P <0. 01);给药1、2和4周末,GHI各剂量组血清中骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)-2上升(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。(5)与模型组相比,GHI中、高剂量组大鼠骨痂中Runx2 mRNA表达上升且Smad5蛋白表达上升(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论 GHI能明显改善骨折大鼠骨骼的生物力学性能,其促进骨折愈合的作用可能是通过上调PDGF、BMP-2在骨愈合不同阶段的表达,调控BMP/Smad5/Runx2信号通路可能是其促骨折愈合的机制之一。

液晶波前校正器通常基于液晶显示器的工艺制备而成,因此其研制成本高、定制难度大。本文基于掩模光刻法制备液晶波前校正器,以实现液晶波前校正器的专用化、低成本研制。基于掩模光刻技术设计并制备了91像素的无源液晶驱动电极,并封装成液晶光学校正单元。设计并制备了驱动连接电路板,实现了液晶光学驱动单元和驱动电路板的匹配对接。对液晶波前校正器响应特性进行检测。结果显示,其相位调制量为5.5个波长,响应时间为224 ms。利用Zygo干涉仪进行球面波的产生和静态倾斜像差的校正。结果显示,其可以产生正负离焦波前,且对水平倾斜像差校正后,Zernike多项式中第一项的值从1.18降至0.16,校正幅度达86%,实现了像差的有效校正。本文的研究工作可为液晶波前校正器的研制提供新思路,进而拓宽其应用领域和场景。

渤海湾天津近岸海域大型底栖动物群落结构及次级生产力的初步研究

为了解渤海湾天津近岸海域大型底栖动物现状,于2014年5月和8月分两个航次对该海域14个站位大型底栖动物栖息密度、生物量和生物多样性进行调查,同时用Brey(1990年)经验公式计算年次级生产力(P)以及年次级生产力与年生物量(B)的比值(P/B)。结果表明:渤海湾天津近岸海域大型底栖动物隶属7门9纲29种,包括软体动物、节肢动物、多毛类、棘皮动物和其他底栖动物;年平均栖息密度为56.07 ind./m^2,年平均生物量(湿质量)为52.98 g/m^2,Shannon-Weiner多样性指数平均为1.64,Margalef物种丰富度指数平均为0.59,Pielou均匀度指数平均为0.88,年平均生物量为9.54 g/m^2(去灰分干质量),年平均次级生产力为6.12 g/(m^2·a)(去灰分干质量),P/B值平均为0.70 a^(-1)。研究表明:本调查海域的次级生产力与整个渤海湾相近,高于南黄海和东海,低于海坛海峡和胶州湾;P/B值较其他海域偏低,说明渤海湾近岸海域大型底栖动物群落中,生活史短、代谢快的小型种类所占比例低于其他海区;整个渤海湾天津近岸海域(63 km^2)大型底栖动物年次级生产力约为386 t(去灰分干质量),或是2144 t(鲜质量)。

BACKGROUND Whether regional lymphadenectomy(RL)should be routinely performed in patients with T1b gallbladder cancer(GBC)remains a subject of *** To investigate whether RL can improve the prognosis of patients with T1b *** We studied a multicenter cohort of patients with T1b GBC who underwent surgery between 2008 and 2016 at 24 hospitals in 13 provinces in *** logrank test and Cox proportional hazards model were used to compare the overall survival(OS)of patients who underwent cholecystectomy(Ch)+RL and those who underwent Ch *** investigate whether combined hepatectomy(Hep)improved OS in T1b patients,we studied patients who underwent Ch+RL to compare the OS of patients who underwent combined Hep and patients who did *** Of the 121 patients(aged 61.9±10.1 years),77(63.6%)underwent Ch+RL,and 44(36.4%)underwent Ch ***(9.1%)patients in the Ch+RL group had lymph node *** 5-year OS rate was significantly higher in the Ch+RL group than in the Ch group(76.3%vs 56.8%,P=0.036).Multivariate analysis showed that Ch+RL was significantly associated with improved OS(hazard ratio:0.51;95%confidence interval:0.26-0.99).Among the 77 patients who underwent Ch+RL,no survival improvement was found in patients who underwent combined Hep(5-year OS rate:79.5%for combined Hep and 76.1%for no Hep;P=0.50).CONCLUSION T1b GBC patients who underwent Ch+RL had a better prognosis than those who underwent ***+Ch showed no improvement in prognosis in T1b GBC *** recommended by both the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and Chinese Medical Association guidelines,RL was only performed in 63.6%of T1b GBC *** Ch+RL should be advised in T1b GBC.

The ultra-high-energy（UHE） gamma-ray source 1LHAASO J0007+7303u is positionally associated with the composite SNR CTA1 that is located at high Galactic Latitude b ≈ 10.5°. This provides a rare opportunity to spatially resolve the component of the pulsar wind nebula（PWN） and supernova remnant（SNR） at UHE. This paper conducted a dedicated data analysis of 1LHAASO J0007+7303u using the data collected from December 2019 to July 2023. This source is well detected with significances of 21σ and 17σ at 8-100 TeV and >100 TeV, respectively. The corresponding extensions are determined to be 0.23°±0.03°and 0.17°±0.03°. The emission is proposed to originate from the relativistic electrons accelerated within the PWN of PSR J0007+7303. The energy spectrum is well described by a power-law with an exponential cutoff function dN/dE =（42.4 ± 4.1）(E/（20 TeV）)-2.31±0.11exp(-E/（110±25 TeV）) TeV-1cm-2s-1in the energy range from 8 to 300 TeV, implying a steady-state parent electron spectrum dNe/dEe∝(Ee/（100 TeV）)-3.13±0.16exp[(-Ee/（373±70 TeV）)2] at energies above ≈ 50 TeV. The cutoff energy of the electron spectrum is roughly equal to the expected current maximum energy of particles accelerated at the PWN terminal shock. Combining the X-ray and gamma-ray emission, the current space-averaged magnetic field can be limited to≈ 4.5 μG. To satisfy the multi-wavelength spectrum and the γ-ray extensions, the transport of relativistic particles within the PWN is likely dominated by the advection process under the free-expansion phase assumption.

Primary Hyperparathyroidism:A Tale of Two Cities Revisited-New York and Shanghai

In the 1970s, with the advent of biochemical multichannel screening in the United States and other western countries, the clinical presentation of primary hyperparathyroidism （PHPT） changed from a symptomatic to an asymptomatic disorder. However, in Asian countries, like China, PHPT did not show this evolution, but rather continued to be a symptomatic disease with target organ involvement. In this paper, we revisit the clinical features of PHPT in New York and Shanghai, representative United States and Chinese cites, over the past decade. The questions we address are whether the disease evolved in China to a more asymptomatic one and, whether in the United States further changes are evident. The results indicate that while PHPT con- tinues to present primarily as an asymptomatic disease in the United States, a new phenotype characterized by normal serum calcium and high parathyroid hormone levels, normocalcemic PHPT, has emerged. Data from Shanghai demonstrates a trend for PHPT to present more commonly as an asymptomatic disorder in China. However, most patients with PHPT in China still manifest classical symptoms, i.e. nephrolithiasis and fractures. A comparison of the two cohorts shows that Chinese patients with PHPT are younger, with higher serum calcium and PTH levels, and lower 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels than patients in New York. Normocalcemic PHPT has not yet been recognized in Shanghai. In summary, although the phenotypes of PHPT in both cities are evolving towards less evident disease, sharp clinical and biochemical differences are still apparent in PHPT as expressed in China and the United States.
