Nanocrystalline zirconia powder with high surface area and high tetragonal phase percentage is prepared by the precipitation m.thod using am.onium.hydroxide as a precipitating agent. The pH of precipitation, preparation tem.erature and calcinations＇ tem.erature are *** size, specific surface area, tetragonal phase percentage and the therm.l stability of the prepared sam.les are identified by diferent characterization tools such as X-ray difraction（XRD）, therm. gravim.tric analysis（TGA）, diferential scanning calorim.try（DSC）, BET surface area, scanning electron m.croscopy（SEm. and transm.ssion electron m.croscopy（TEm.. The optim.m.preparation param.ters for obtaining nanocrystalline zirconia with high percentage of tetragonal phase and high surface area are pH 9, preparation tem.erature of 80℃ and calcinations＇ tem.erature of 400℃. The sam.le prepared under optim.zed conditions showed a high specific surface area of 179.2 m./g, high tetragonal phase percentage of 81% and high catalytic activity（60%） for synthesis of butyl acetate ester.

Biofilm. grown inside two sewage collecting pipes located in industrial and residential areas are studied. Bacterial biom.ss inside three layers of biofilm. was evaluated. Biofilm.cohesion under different m.xing rate and ionic strength was also investigated. Effects of physical and chem.cal param.ters in the biofilm. were evaluated by m.nitoring turbidity, chem.cal and biochem.cal oxygen dem.nds. Extracted organic m.tter from.biofilm. was partitioned to polar, arom.tic and saturated fractions using activated silica colum. chrom.tography. Results revealed that bacterial biom.ss growth depending on biofilm.thickness and stratification. The m.st loaded stratum.in bacteria/biom.ss was the sewage-biofilm.interface stratum.that represented 51% of the total bacteria/biom.ss. Stirring rate and ionic strength of m.no- and bivalent salts showed a m.jor influence in biofilm.disruption. The stirring tim. enhanced the exchange dynam.c and m.tter capture between biofilm.fragm.nts at the critical stirring rate 90 r/m.n. Sodium.chloride showed the dispersing effect on biofilm. in suspension, and decreased the BOD5 （biochem.cal oxygen dem.nd） beyond the physiological salt concentration.

利用三异辛胺(TOA)纯化Gattar小型试验工厂的高浓度铀溶液(洗脱液的铀浓度7 g·L-1),研究了脉冲萃取柱的性能。利用实验室级脉冲萃取柱进行了实验室规模的溶剂萃取实验和后续实验。结果表明,在室温、p H=1和有机相与水相的比例(VO/VA)约为1.8∶1时,加入二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(D2EHPA)使其与TOA的比例(VD2EHPA/VTOA)为2∶3,可使萃取克服Cl-的抑制效应,提高效率。将结论用于考察试验工厂级萃取柱的流体力学和传质性能,结果表明用脉冲萃取柱萃取铀可以达到97%的萃取效率,具有可行性。

Five new tetrasubstituted im.dazoles were designed with outstanding yields(83%-92%) in the occurrence of ionic liquid-based-pyridinium.as a catalyst. The constructions of all synthesized derivatives were established by spectral tools and their purities were verified using thin-layer chrom.tography(TLC), displaying single-spot. The perform.nce of corrosion protection of the prepared im.dazole derivatives was exam.ned theoretically and practically for acid steel corrosion. The experim.ntal study was conducted by electrochem.cal(electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy(EIS) and Tafel polarization(PPS)) *** findings from.the used approaches concluded that the synthesized com.ounds were wellorganized inhibitors with an efficiency of 90.7%-98.5% at 50℃ and 0.7 m.ol·L^(-1). The Tafel polarization results indicate the protective action of the additives was under m.xed-m.nitoring. The additive adsorption on the electrode interface perform.d as a distinguished aspect for protection. The surface exploration on the blank and protected m.tal was com.leted by field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy(FESEm.. Com.utational studies by m.nte Carlo(m.) sim.lation and quantum.chem.cal calculation(DFT)were related to practical findings. The corrosion protection adsorption m.chanism.was reinforced by the preferable fitted Langm.ir isotherm.m.del. All findings from.the applied-inspected approaches alternately confirm.each other.

Objective:To detect Salm.nella typhim.rium.***),one of the m.st frequently isolated serovars from.food borne outbreaks throughout the world,in retail raw chicken m.at and ***:One hundred sam.les of retail raw chicken m.at and giblets(Liver,heart and gizzard)which were collected from.Assiut city m.rkets for detection of the organism.and by using Duplex PCR am.lification of DNA using rfbj andfliC ***:*** was detected at rate of 44%,40%and 48%in chicken m.at,liver and heart,respectively,but not detected in ***:The results showed high incidence of *** in the exam.ned sam.les and greater em.hasis should be applied on prevention and control of contam.nation during processing for reducing food-borne risks to consum.rs.

Anodic dissolution behaviour of Ni in m.no-, di- and trichloroacetic acids has been investigated by m.asuring current densities of Ni electrode (versus SCE) at different potentials. Effects of acid concentration, pH, scan rate and additive inhibitor on the potential were studied and they revealed that there is a considerable shift of potential. Potentiodynam.c polarization m.asurem.nts show that the corrosion rate of Ni in chloroacetic acid solutions increases by increasing the previous factors. However, by adding inhibitor, it decreases.

In our consideration,a com.arison between four different types of controllers for suppression the vibrations of the cantilever beam.excited by an external force is carried *** four types are the linear velocity feedback control,the cubic velocity feedback control,the non-linear saturation controller(NSC)and the positive position feedback(PPF)*** suitable type is the PPF controller for suppression the vibrations of the cantilever *** approxim.te solution obtained up to the first approxim.tion by using the m.ltiple scale *** PPF controller effectiveness is studied on the *** used frequency-response equations to investigate the stability of a cantilever *** notified that,there is a good agreem.nt between the analytical solution and the num.rical solution.
