Fabrication, m.crostructure, Therm.l and electrical Properties of Copper Heat Sink Com.osites

Copper as well as copper base com.osites reinforced with coated and uncoated 1 wt% diam.nd, graphite particles or short carbon fibers are prepared by powder m.tallurgy process. The reinforcem.nt particles were encapsulated with silver as well as copper layer by using the electroless deposition technique to investigate the influence of the reinforcem.nt surface coating on the m.crostructure, density, electrical and therm.l properties of the sintered sam.les. The coated and the uncoated powders were cold com.acted at 600 m.a, and then sintered at 1173 K (900°C) for 2 h under hydrogen atm.sphere. The phase com.osition, m.rphology and m.crostructure of the prepared powders as well as the copper base sintered com.osites were investigated using X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and Scanning electron m.croscope (SEm. equipped with an Energy Dispersive Spectrom.ter (EDS) respectively. The density of the sintered com.osites was m.asured by Archim.des m.thod. The copper base consolidated com.osites had a density up to 96% and the reinforcem.nt coated particles were distributed uniform.y within the copper m.trix better than the uncoated one. The electrical resistivity at room.tem.erature and the heat transfer conduction of the produced sam.les were m.asured in a tem.erature range between 323 K (50°C) and 393 K (120°C). The results observed that the sintered m.terials prepared from.the coated powder have lower electrical resistivity than the sintered m.terials prepared from.the m.xed powders. On the other hand the therm.l conductivity values were calculated using the heat transfer conduction values by m.ans of the Fourier form.la. The results observed that the therm.l conductivity of copper is (391 W/m.m.ddot;K), 1 wt% diam.nd/Cu is (408 W/m.m.ddot;K), 1 wt% graphite coated silver/Cu is (393 W/m.m.ddot;K), 1 wt% Cu coated short carbon fiber/Cu is (393 W/m.m.ddot;K), graphite/Cu is (383 W/m.m.ddot;K) and short carbon fiber/Cu is (382 W/m.m.ddot;K). Dye rem.val using som. surface m.dified silicate m.nerals

The objective of this work is to study the efficiency of som. surface m.dified phyllosilicate m.nerals （bentonite and glauconite） in the rem.val of dyes from.textile waste water. It is found that com.lete dye rem.val was achieved by using 10-25g m.dified glauconite from.solutions having a dye concentration of 10-50 m./L. Adsorption data were m.deled using Langm.ir, Freundlich, Tem.in and Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherm.. Adsorption capacities and optim.m.adsorption isotherm. were predicted by linear regression m.thod. The analysis of experim.ntal isotherm. showed that Langm.ir isotherm.reasonably fit the experim.ntal data in the studied concentration range for the adsorption of dye onto glauconite m.neral surface where Freundlich isotherm.fit the experim.ntal data for the adsorption of dve onto bentonite m.neral surface.

Role of Dehydroepiandrosterone Supplem.ntation in Im.roving Intracytoplasm.c Sperm.Injection Outcom. for Wom.n with Expected Poor Ovarian Response

Background: As regard to adjuvant supplem.ntations, nowadays dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is widely used all over the world and is considered to be a potential agent to am.liorate the assisted reproduction technologies outcom.s of infertile wom.n with poor ovarian reserve. Objective: To find out the role of DHEA supplem.ntation in im.roving intracytoplasm.c sperm.injection (ICSI) outcom. for infertile wom.n with expected poor ovarian response in controlled ovarian stim.lation. Setting: Assisted reproduction unit of Obstetrics and Gynecology Departm.nt, Faculty of m.dicine, South Valley University, Egypt. Duration: From.April 2016 to m.y 2018. Study Design: A random.zed double-blinded controlled trial. m.thods: One hundred and forty infertile wom.n with expected poor ovarian response prepared for ICSI procedure were included in this study. Patients were divided into two groups;group I (DHEA group) included 70 patients received 25 m. DHEA 12 weeks prior to ICSI cycle and group II (placebo group) included 70 patients received a placebo. Results: There was a highly statistically significant difference in basal AFC at start of ICSI cycle in group I (who received DHEA supplem.ntation for 12 weeks prior to ICSI procedure) than in group II (13.8 ± 5.3 versus 10.7 ± 4.6 respectively) with P m.ldly statistically significant differences between group I and group II as regard to increase in the num.er and quality of retrieved oocytes, increased in endom.trial thickness, fertilization rate and em.ryo quality with p value m.cal and clinical) rates (p value > 0.05). Conclusions & Recom.endations: DHEA supplem.ntations im.roved basal AFC, increased the num.er & quality of oocytes and increased quality of em.ryos in infertile patients with expected poor ovarian response in ICSI procedure. Biom.tric security is a growing trend,as it supports the authentication of persons using conﬁdential biom.tric *** of the transm.tted data in m.lti-m.dia system. are susceptible to attacks,which affect the security of these *** system. provide sufﬁcient protection and privacy for *** recently-introduced cancellable biom.tric recognition system. have not been investigated in the presence of different types of *** addition,they have not been studied on different and large biom.tric *** point that deserves consideration is the hardware im.lem.ntation of cancellable biom.tric recognition *** paper presents a suggested hybrid cancellable biom.tric recognition system.based on a 3D chaotic *** rationale behind the utilization of the 3D chaotic cryptosystem.is to guarantee strong encryption of biom.tric tem.lates,and hence enhance the security and privacy of *** suggested cryptosystem.adds signiﬁcant perm.tation and diffusion to the encrypted biom.tric *** introduce som. sort of attack analysis in this paper to prove the robustness of the proposed cryptosystem.against *** addition,a Field Program.able Gate Array(FPGA)im.lem.ntation of the pro-posed system.is *** obtained results with the proposed cryptosystem.are com.ared with those of the traditional encryption schem.s,such as Double Random.Phase Encoding(DRPE)to reveal superiority,and hence high recogni-tion perform.nce of the proposed cancellable biom.tric recognition *** obtained results prove that the proposed cryptosystem.enhances the security and leads to better efﬁciency of the cancellable biom.tric recognition system.in the presence of different types of attacks.

The design of an antenna requires a careful selection of its param.ters to retain the desired ***,this task is tim.-consum.ng when the traditional approaches are em.loyed,which represents a significant *** the other hand,m.chine learning presents an effective solution to this challenge through a set of regression m.dels that can robustly assist antenna designers to find out the best set of design param.ters to achieve the intended *** this paper,we propose a novel approach for accurately predicting the bandwidth of m.tam.terial *** proposed approach is based on em.loying the recently em.rged guided whale optim.zation algorithm.using adaptive particle swarm.optim.zation to optim.ze the param.ters of the long-short-term.m.m.ry(LSTm.deep *** optim.zed network is used to retrieve the m.tam.terial bandwidth given a set of *** addition,the superiority of the proposed approach is exam.ned in term. of a com.arison with the traditional m.ltilayer perceptron(m.),Knearest neighbors(K-NN),and the basic LSTm.in term. of several evaluation criteria such as root m.an square error(Rm.E),m.an absolute error(m.E),and m.an bias error(m.E).Experim.ntal results show that the proposed approach could achieve Rm.E of(0.003018),m.E of(0.001871),and m.E of(0.000205).These values are better than those of the other com.eting m.dels.

The Biphasic Role of Cupper and Counteraction with <i>Azospirillum.brasilense</i>Application on Growth, m.tabolities, Osm.tic Pressure and m.neral of Wheat Plant

The interactive effect of different Cu++ concentrations (5 m., 10 m., 20 m. and 25 m.) and treatm.nts with biofertilizers Azospirillum.brasilense on growth, m.tabolites, m.nerals and osm.tic pressure of wheat plants was investigated. Shoots and roots of wheat plant were differentially response to Cu++ treatm.nts, while shoot organ response positively to this treatm.nt, root response negatively. The positive effect of Cu++ in shoot organ was concom.tant with the increase in the production of fresh, dry m.tter, length and water content and this related with the accum.lation of soluble sugar, soluble protein and m.neral as a result of increasing osm.tic pressure. On the other side, the negative effect of Cu++ on root organ was concom.tant with the decrease in production of fresh, dry m.tter, length and water content that related with the reduction in the accum.lation of soluble sugar and m.neral with the insignificant change in osm.tic pressure. Azospirillum.brasilense inoculation increased the accum.lation of soluble sugar and soluble protein which reflected an increase in the production of fresh, dry m.tter and water content with increasing values of osm.tic pressure of the tested plants under Cu++ treatm.nt. Finally, wheat plants response differentially to Cu++ treatm.nt according to its organ and Azospirillum.brasilense treatm.nt im.roved wheat plant efficiency to tolerate the effect of Cu++ stress.

The synergistic inhibition effect of poly(ethylene glycol)-400(PEG-400)and cetyltrim.thylam.onium.brom.de(CTm.B)on the corrosion of Zn and Zn-Ni alloys in 8 m.l/L KOH solution saturated with Zn O was observed by potentiodynam.c anodic/cathodic polarization(PDP),and electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy(EIS)*** electrochem.cal studies confirm.d that there was a synergism.between PEG-400 and CTm.B on corrosion inhibition of Zn and its *** inhibition efficiency of the m.xed inhibitors,250 m./L CTm.B+250 m./L PEG-400,was found to be m.ch higher than that of the single inhibitor,500 m./L PEG-400 or 500 m./L *** electron m.croscopic(SEm.investigations before and after the corrosion inhibition process em.hasize the synergistic effect of the m.xed ***,it was found that the addition of the investigated inhibitors to the alkaline solution enhanced the discharge and capacity of the alkaline battery *** obtained electrochem.cal data exhibited a good correlation with the com.utational one.
