Privacy preservation(PP)in Digital forensics(DF)is a conflicted and non-trivial *** solutions use the searchable encryption concept and,as a result,are not efficient and support only a keyword ***,the collected forensic data cannot be analyzed using existing well-known digital *** research paper first investigates the lawful requirements for PP in DF based on the organization for economic co-operation and development OECB)privacy *** have an efficient investigation process and meet the increased volume of data,the presented framework is designed based on the selective imaging concept and advanced encryption standard(AES).The proposed framework has two main modules,namely Selective Imaging Module(SIM)and Selective Analysis Module(SAM).The SIM and SAM modules are implemented based on advanced forensic format 4(AFF4)and SleuthKit open source forensics frameworks,respectively,and,accordingly,the proposed framework is evaluated in a forensically sound *** evaluation result is compared with other relevant works and,as a result,the proposed solution provides a privacy-preserving,efficient forensic imaging and analysis process while having also sufficient ***,the AFF4 forensic image,produced by the SIM module,can be analyzed not only by SAM,but also by other well-known analysis tools available on the market.

The world of information technology is more than ever being flooded with huge amounts of data,nearly 2.5 quintillion bytes every *** large stream of data is called big data,and the amount is increasing each *** research uses a technique called sampling,which selects a representative subset of the data points,manipulates and analyzes this subset to identify patterns and trends in the larger dataset being examined,and finally,creates *** uses a small proportion of the original data for analysis and model training,so that it is relatively faster while maintaining data integrity and achieving accurate *** deep neural networks,AlexNet and DenseNet,were used in this research to test two sampling techniques,namely sampling with replacement and reservoir *** dataset used for this research was divided into three classes:acceptable,flagged as easy,and flagged as *** base models were trained with the whole dataset,whereas the other models were trained on 50%of the original *** were four combinations of model and sampling *** F-measure for the AlexNet model was 0.807 while that for the DenseNet model was *** 1 was the AlexNet model and sampling with replacement,achieving an average F-measure of *** 3 was the AlexNet model and reservoir *** had an average F-measure of *** 2 was the DenseNet model and sampling with replacement,achieving an average F-measure of ***,combination 4 was the DenseNet model and reservoir *** had an average F-measure of ***,we conclude that both models trained on a sampled dataset gave equal or better results compared to the base models,which used the whole dataset.

Nowadays,with the advent of the age of Web 2.0,several social recommendation methods that use social network information have been proposed and achieved distinct develop***,the most critical challenges for the existing majority of these methods are:(1)They tend to utilize only the available social relation between users and deal just with the cold-start user issue.(2)Besides,these methods are suffering from the lack of exploitation of content information such as social tagging,which can provide various sources to extract the item information to overcome the cold-start item and improve the recommendation *** this paper,we investigated the efficiency of data fusion by integrating multi-source of ***,two essential factors,user-side information,and item-side information,are ***,we developed a novel social recommendation model called Two-Sided Regularization(TSR),which is based on the probabilistic matrix factorization ***,the effective quantum-based similarity method is adapted to measure the similarity between users and between items into the proposed *** results on the real dataset show that our proposed model TSR addresses both of cold-start user and item issues and outperforms state-ofthe-art recommendation *** results indicate the importance of incorporating various sources of information in the recommendation process.

We introduce a computational framework that incorporates multiple scattering for large-scale threedimensional(3-D)particle localization using single-shot in-line *** holographic techniques rely on single-scattering models that become inaccurate under high particle densities and large refractive index *** multiple scattering solvers become computationally prohibitive for large-scale problems,which comprise millions of voxels within the scattering *** approach overcomes the computational bottleneck by slicewise computation of multiple scattering under an efficient recursive *** the forward model,each recursion estimates the next higher-order multiple scattered field among the object *** the inverse model,each order of scattering is recursively estimated by a nonlinear optimization *** nonlinear inverse model is further supplemented by a sparsity promoting procedure that is particularly effective in localizing 3-D distributed *** show that our multiple-scattering model leads to significant improvement in the quality of 3-D localization compared to traditional methods based on single scattering *** experiments demonstrate robust inverse multiple scattering,allowing reconstruction of 100 million voxels from a single 1-megapixel hologram with a sparsity *** performance bound of our approach is quantified in simulation and validated *** work promises utilization of multiple scattering for versatile large-scale applications.

In this paper, the problem of communication security in an underlay wiretap cognitive radio network is addressed and statistically investigated. We rely on a simple dual-hop communication model of decode and forward relay assisted network. Regarding the interference from primary users, interference power and maximum transmit power constraints; this network is subjected to multiple eavesdropping attacks which employ a specific interception strategy. To confound this eavesdropping, proposed selection schemes are exploited that aim at maximizing the minimum of the dual secrecy rates in order to strengthen the physical layer security. Moreover, exact and asymptotic closed form expressions are derived for specific performance metrics over independent and identically distributed Rayleigh fading channels. At high signal to interference noise ratio(SINR), tangential system bounds are also derived and discussed. Monte Carlo simulation results emphasize our assumption. It is found out that at the full diversity of the system, any additional node that enters the cooperative eavesdropping system becomes significantly of no effect.

AIM: To assess vitamin D (Vit D) abnormalities in hepatitis C infected patients and their relationship with interleukin (IL)-17, IL-23 and N-terminal propeptide of type Ⅲ pro-collagen (PⅢNP) as immune response mediators. METHODS: The study was conducted on 50 Egyptian patients (36 male, 14 female) with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, who visited the Hepatology Outpatient Clinic in the Endemic Disease Hospital at Cairo University. Patients were compared with 25 ageand sexmatched healthy individuals. Inclusion criteria were based on a history of liver disease with HCV genotype 4 (HCV-4) infection (as new patients or under followup). Based on ultrasonography, patients were classified into four subgroups; 14 with bright hepatomegaly; 11 with perihepatic fibrosis; 11 with hepatic cirrhosis; and 14 with cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Total Vit D (i.e., 25-OH-Vit D) and active Vit D [i.e., 1,25-(OH) 2 -Vit D] assays were carried out using commercial kits. IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP levels were assayed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kits, while HCV virus was measured by quantitative and qualitative polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS: Levels of Vit D and its active form were significantly lower in advanced liver disease (hepatic cirrhosis and/or carcinoma) patients, compared to those with bright hepatomegaly and perihepatic fibrosis. IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP levels were markedly increased in HCV patients and correlated with the progression of hepatic damage. The decrease in Vit D and active Vit D was concomitant with an increase in viral load, as well as levels of IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP among all subgroups of HCV-infected patients, compared to normal healthy controls. A significant negative correlation was evident between active Vit D and each of IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP (r = -0.679, -0.801 and -0.920 at P < 0.001, respectively).
