This paper deals with a stochastic approach based on the principle of the maximum entropy to investigate the effect of the parameter random uncertainties on the arterial pressure. Motivated by a hyperelastic, anisotropic, and incompressible constitutive law with fiber families, the uncertain parameters describing the mechanical behavior are considered. Based on the available information, the probability density functions are attributed to every random variable to describe the dispersion of the model parameters. Numerous realizations are carried out, and the corresponding arterial pressure results are compared with the human non-invasive clinical data recorded over a mean cardiac cycle. furthermore, the Monte carlo simulations are performed, the convergence of the probabilistic model is proven. The different realizations are useful to define a reliable confidence region, in which the probability to have a realization is equM to 95%. It is shown through the obtained results that the error in the estimation of the arterial pressure can reach 35% when the estimation of the model parameters is subjected to an uncertainty ratio of 5%. finally, a sensitivity analysis is performed to identify the constitutive law relevant parameters for better understanding and characterization of the arterial wall mechanical behaviors.

从隐身工程技术的角度来看,对于首次尝试隐身飞机设计的俄罗斯人来说,T-50可以说是一款"高质量"的隐身飞机。前段机身和发动机进气道方面的外形设计很大程度上可以和美国同类产品相媲美,如果能够结合出色的吸波材料和吸波结构的话,那么还将有一定的发展潜力。此外,T-50在上部机身、机翼、尾部平面以及飞机棱边(平行)的设计上都采用类似美国产品的设计。正如前面所说,T-50在隐身上的问题主要集中在后段机身和下部机身,如果未来的PAK-fA依然保留这种设计的话,那么这将影响PAK-fA具备f-22A和Yf-23所拥有的纵深攻击能力。

与传统的热轧厂相比,薄板坯连铸机直接与轧机相连接生产热轧带钢的直接轧制工艺具有节省能源、降低投资的显著特点,已经迅速地获得了市场占有率。然而,第一代的应用还受到产量和钢种的限制。为了从战略上弥补"传统轧钢"与"薄板坯连铸连轧"工艺路线之间的缺口,开发新技术有利于增加产量并克服品种的限制。为了达到这个目标,达涅利选择薄板坯连铸连轧技术,开发了一组完整的工艺线路。每一线路都有利于保证最佳的资本性支出和运营成本,在产量、品种和钢卷的尺寸方面满足客户的市场需求。分析了达涅利的薄板坯轧制(TSR)、柔性薄板坯轧制(fTSR)、优质带钢生产(QSP)、超薄轧制(ETR)生产线的配置。达涅利采用的方法适用于薄板坯连铸连轧生产高质量和各种钢种的热轧卷:①在唐钢用2流铸机每年生产超过300万t的产品;②可扩大产品大纲以覆盖所有钢种,包括要求最苛刻的产品,例如包晶钢(加拿大EssarA lgom a厂和中国的本钢)、微合金钢、硅钢,应用于条件最苛刻的钢种,如汽车和制管业,包括在北极的应用(俄罗斯的OMK厂);③可扩充带钢的最薄厚度规格,最低0.8 mm(埃及的Ezz f lat厂)。

The mass attenuation coefficients(l/q) for different parts(root, flower, stem, and leaf) of three medicinal aromatic plants(Teucrium chamaedrys L. subsp. sinuatum,Rheum ribes, and Chrysophthalmum montanum) were measured using an ^(241)Am photon source in a stable geometry and calculated using the Monte carlo N-Particle Transport Code System-extended(MCNPX) code and the WinXCOM program. The experimental and theoretical MCNPX and WinXCOM values exhibited good *** measured mass attenuation coefficient values were then used to compute the effective atomic number(Z_(eff))and electron density(N_E) of the samples. The results reveal that S1-S(stem of Teucrium chamaedrys L. subsp. sinuatum) has the highest values of l/q and Zeff.

AIM To assess the impact of short infliximab(IfX) infusion on hospital resource utilization and *** All inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) patients who received IfX 1 h infusion from March 2007 to September 2014 in eight centers from Southern Italy were included in the analysis. Demographic, clinical and infusion related data were collected. The potential benefits related to the short infusion protocol were assessed both in terms of time saving and increased infusion unit capacity. In addition, indirect patient-related cost savings were *** One hundred and twenty-five patients were recruited(64 with ulcerative colitis and 61 with Crohn's disease). Median duration of disease was of 53 mo and mean age of pts at diagnosis was of 34 years(SD: ± 13). Adverse infusion reactions were reported in less than 4% both before and after short infusion. The total number of infusions across the selected centers was of 2501(30.5% short infusions). In the analyzed cohort, 1143 h were saved(762 in the infusion and 381 in observation phases) through the rapid IfX infusion protocol. This time saving(-15% compared to the standard protocol in infusion phase) represents, from the hospital perspective, an opportunity to optimize infusion unit capacity by allocating the saved time in alternative cost-effective treatments. This is the case of opportunity cost that represents the value of forgone benefit which could be obtained from a resource in its next-best alternative use. Hence, an extra hour of infusion in the case of standard 2-h IfX represents a loss in opportunity to provide other cost effective services. The analysis showed that the short infusion increased the infusion units capacity up to 50% on days when the IfX infusions were scheduled(infusion phase). furthermore, the analysis showed that the short IfX infusion protocol leads to time savings also in the post-infusion phase(observation) leading to a time saving of 10% on average among the analyzed centers. f
