The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia(KSA)has achieved significant milestones in cybersecurity.KSA has maintained solid regulatorymechanisms to prevent,trace,and punish offenders to protect the interests of both individual users and organizations from the online threats of data poaching and pilferage.The widespread usage of Information Technology(IT)and IT Enable Services(ITES)reinforces securitymeasures.The constantly evolving cyber threats are a topic that is generating a lot of discussion.In this league,the present article enlists a broad perspective on how cybercrime is developing in KSA at present and also takes a look at some of the most significant attacks that have taken place in the region.The existing legislative framework and measures in the KSA are geared toward deterring criminal activity online.Different competency models have been devised to address the necessary cybercrime competencies in this context.The research specialists in this domain can benefit more by developing a master competency level for achieving optimum security.To address this research query,the present assessment uses the Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(Fuzzy-DMTAEL),Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(F.AHP),and Fuzzy TOPSIS methodology to achieve segment-wise competency development in cyber security policy.The similarities and differences between the three methods are also discussed.This cybersecurity analysis determined that the National Cyber Security Centre got the highest priority.The study concludes by perusing the challenges that still need to be examined and resolved in effectuating more credible and efficacious online security mechanisms to offer amoreempowered ITES-driven economy for SaudiArabia.Moreover,cybersecurity specialists and policymakers need to collate their efforts to protect the country’s digital assets in the era of overt and covert cyber warfare.

Results of Open Surgical Treatment of Humeral Paddle Fractures about 63 Cases

Fractures of the humeral paddle, common to young adults, are most often complex, linked to violence and an increase in road accidents. The objective of our work is to evaluate our functional results, in the medium term, correlated with a review of the literature. This is a retrospective study of 63 patients, carried out in the traumatology-orthopedics department 1 of the IBN EL JAZZAR hospital in KAIROUAN, over a period of 7 years from January 2015 to December 2021. The average age of patients was 39 years (17 - 68 years). Predominantly male. The etiologies are dominated by falls and accidents on public roads. Fractures are classified according to the Müller and Allgöwer classification where type C is found in 51% of cases. All our patients undergo an olecranon osteotomy in 71% of cases. Osteosynthesis using a Lecestre plate combined with screwing or plugging is used in 84% of cases. The evolution is marked by complications observed in eight patients (16%), including two cases of sepsis, four cases of elbow stiffness (8%), one case of joint callus and one case of pseudarthrosis. Our results are evaluated according to the Mayo Elbow Performance Score, they are excellent and good in 71% of cases, average in 18% of cases and poor in 11% of cases. Fractures of the humeral paddle are fractures with a satisfactory functional prognosis, requiring ad integrum anatomical restoration and solid osteosynthesis allowing early rehabilitation of the elbow. One case of joint callus and one case of pseudarthrosis.

Surgical Treatment of Anterior Shoulder Instabilities Using the Latarjet Technique (about 40 Cases)

Purpose: Surgical treatment of chronic anterior shoulder instability is a difficult therapeutic challenge for contact athletes. The aim of our study is to evaluate the clinical and radiological results of 40 cases of chronic anterior shoulder instability treated in our institution by Latarjet technique. Methods: We report our experience with the intervention of Latarjet modified by the analysis of a retrospective study of 40 cases. They were all young athletic men, with an average age of 29 years with a predominance of the dominant shoulder. Results: Eighty percent had bone lesions, the first dislocation being traumatic (plating). One patient had a recurrence of his instability due to a new trauma and 67% resumed sport within an average period of eight months, some of whom still had functional discomfort in sports practice (9 patients). After an average follow-up of 75 months, 93% of patients were satisfied with their intervention. Only two mechanical complications were observed. Conclusion: Chronic anterior shoulder instability is pathology of young and active subjects. The preregulenoid coracoid block according to Latarjet represents the therapeutic method of choice in the treatment of chronic anterior instabilities of the shoulder, especially in young and athletic subjects. The result of this intervention remains good despite the complications that can occur such as pseudarthrosis, osteoarthritis, lysis or mobility of the screw.

Tibial pilon fractures are rare injuries most often associated with soft tissue injuries, occurring during high-energy trauma. Surgical treatment represents the therapy of choice and must ensure anatomical reconstruction of the joint surface while respecting the surrounding tissues. The evolution of our results showed a majority of good functional clinical radio results by the open treatment which showed its superiority compared to the closed treatment and the combined treatment.

Since 3D mesh security has become intellectual property,3D watermarking algorithms have continued to appear to secure 3D meshes shared by remote users and saved in distant multimedia databases.The novelty of our approach is that it uses a new Clifford-multiwavelet transform to insert copyright data in a multiresolution domain,allowing us to greatly expand the size of the watermark.After that,our method does two rounds of insertion,each applying a different type of Clifford-wavelet transform.Before being placed into the Clifford-multiwavelet coefficients,the watermark,which is a mixture of the mesh description,source mesh signature(produced using SHA512),and a logo encrypted using the RSA(Ronald Shamir Adleman)technique,is encoded using Turbo-code.Using the Least Significant Bit method steps,data embedding involves modulation and insertion processes.Finally,the watermarked mesh is reconstructed using the inverse Cliffordmultiwavelet transform.Due to the utilization of a hybrid insertion domain,our technique has demonstrated a very high insertion rate while retaining mesh quality.The mesh is watermarked,and the extracted data is acquired in real-time.Our approach is also resistant to the most common types of attacks.Our findings reveal that the current approach improves on previous efforts.

The vast revolution in networking is increasing rapidly along with tech-nology advancements,which requires more effort from all cyberspace profes-sionals to cope with the challenges that come with advanced technology privileges and services.Hence,Cognitive Radio Network is one of the promising approaches that permit a dynamic type of smart network for improving the utili-zation of idle spectrum portions of wireless communications.However,it is vul-nerable to security threats and attacks and demands security mechanisms to preserve and protect the cognitive radio networks for ensuring a secure commu-nication environment.This paper presents an effective secure MAC protocol for cognitive radio networks,signiﬁcantly enhancing the security level of the existing DSMCRN and SSMCRN protocols by eliminating the authentication server’s necessity,which can be a single point of failure to compromise the entire network communication.The proposed protocol has proven to be effective and reliable since it does not rely on a centralized entity for providing the required security for a single pair of cognitive users.The protocol also improves the performance in the context of fast switching to data channels leading to higher throughput is achieved compared to the benchmark protocols.

Any natural language may have dozens of accents.Even though the equivalent phonemic formation of the word,if it is properly called in different accents,humans do have audio signals that are distinct from one another.Among the most common issues with speech,the processing is discrepancies in pronunciation,accent,and enunciation.This research study examines the issues of detecting,fixing,and summarising accent defects of average Arabic individuals in English-speaking speech.The article then discusses the key approaches and structure that will be utilized to address both accent flaws and pronunciation issues.The proposed SpeakCorrect computerized interface employs a cuttingedge speech recognition system and analyses pronunciation errors with a speech decoder.As a result,some of the most essential types of changes in pronunciation that are significant for speech recognition are performed,and accent defects defining such differences are presented.Consequently,the suggested technique increases the Speaker’s accuracy.SpeakCorrect uses 100 h of phonetically prepared individuals to construct a pronunciation instruction repository.These prerecorded sets are used to train Hidden Markov Models(HMM)as well as weighted graph systems.Their speeches are quite clear and might be considered natural.The proposed interface is optimized for use with an integrated phonetic pronounced dataset,as well as for analyzing and identifying speech faults in Saudi and Egyptian dialects.The proposed interface detects,analyses,and assists English learners in correcting utterance faults,overcoming problems,and improving their pronunciations.

Lung cancer is the main cause of cancer related death owing to its destructive nature and postponed detection at advanced stages.Early recognition of lung cancer is essential to increase the survival rate of persons and it remains a crucial problem in the healthcare sector.Computer aided diagnosis(CAD)models can be designed to effectually identify and classify the existence of lung cancer using medical images.The recently developed deep learning(DL)models find a way for accurate lung nodule classification process.Therefore,this article presents a deer hunting optimization with deep convolutional neural network for lung cancer detection and classification(DHODCNNLCC)model.The proposed DHODCNN-LCC technique initially undergoes pre-processing in two stages namely contrast enhancement and noise removal.Besides,the features extraction process on the pre-processed images takes place using the Nadam optimizer with RefineDet model.In addition,denoising stacked autoencoder(DSAE)model is employed for lung nodule classification.Finally,the deer hunting optimization algorithm(DHOA)is utilized for optimal hyper parameter tuning of the DSAE model and thereby results in improved classification performance.The experimental validation of the DHODCNN-LCC technique was implemented against benchmark dataset and the outcomes are assessed under various aspects.The experimental outcomes reported the superior outcomes of the DHODCNN-LCC technique over the recent approaches with respect to distinct measures.

Transformation from conventional business management systems tosmart digital systems is a recurrent trend in the current era. Software vulnerabilities lead to intrusions that cause data breaches and result in disclosure of sensitive data, compromising the organizations’ reputation that translates into, financial losses andcompromising software usability as well. Most of the data breaches are financiallymotivated, especially in the healthcare sector. The cyber invaders continuouslypenetrate the E- Health data because of the high cost of the data on the darkweb. Therefore, security assessment of healthcare web-based applicationsdemands immediate intervention mechanisms to weed out the threats of cyberattacks for the sake of software usability. The proposed disclosure is a unique process of three phases that are combined by researchers in order to produce andmanage usability management framework for healthcare information system. Inthis most threatened time of digital era where, Healthcare data industry has bornethe brunt of the highest number of data breach episodes in the last few years. Thekey reason for this is attributed to the sensitivity of healthcare data and the highcosts entailed in trading the data over the dark web. Hence, usability managementof healthcare information systems is the need of hour as to identify the vulnerabilities and provide preventive measures as a shield against the breaches. The proposed unique developed model of usability management workflow is preparedby associating steps like learn;analyze and manage. All these steps gives an allin one package for the healthcare information management industry because thereis no systematic model available which associate identification to implementationsteps with different evaluation steps.
