This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of advertising through social media （i.e., Facebook）. Mie Jupe Jombang has applied using an analytical method called EPIC Model. The population of this study points to 5,000 people found as consumers and engaged as facebook friends of Mie Jupe Jombang. Using purposive sampling technique, 100 respondents are collected as the total sample of this study. They are scattered in Jombang regency and engaged with Mie Jupe Jombang＇s Facebook account as friends that apparently seems to advertise Mie Jupe Jombang. This study uses descriptive analysis method with EPIC model （Empathy, Persuation, Impact, and Communication）. The result of analysis shows that the variables of EPIC Model （Empathy, Persuation, Impact and Communication） are found quite effective. Overall, this fmding concludes that the advertising of Mie Jupe Jombang is quite effective.

Efforts to preserve the cultural heritage are manifestation to represent the work of the ancestors of the past so that people can now take advantage of in accordance with destining. There are at least four major aspects of a cultural heritage can be appreciated to the public, as art, as an economic resource （for tourism and improve the welfare of the people in the region）, as a source of information as knowledge and social fulfillment. This study aims to determine：（1） acceleration factors in the improvement of social welfare Sangiran; and （2） modernization of infrastructure and the role of maximum revenue acceleration in accelerating improvements in public welfare in the Sangiran with the integrated approach of the factors increasing human development, community empowerment, provision of credit banking and employment opportunities. This research is a survey of the Sangiran area using data collection methods of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study is people in the Sangiran region, Central Java. This study uses cluster sampling with sampling. Cluster sampling is a probability sampling extracted by certain groups with similar characteristics. In this study, samples were grouped according to the residence of respondents. The sample used in this study was 500 respondents. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling （SEM）. The results of this study show that：（1） the factors of human development, community empowerment, access to bank credit and employment opportunities to accelerate the improvement of social welfare in the Sangiran area; and （2） the acceleration of the increase in welfare Sangiran region can be achieved by an integrated approach of the factors increasing human development, community empowerment, bank lending and increase employment opportunities through increased infrastructure modernization and maximum income.

Age determination of paleotsunami sediments around Lombok Island, Indonesia, and identification of their possible tsunamigenic earthquakes

Age determination of paleotsunami sediment from Lombok Island, Indonesia, and surrounding area has been carried out using the 210 Pb method in BATAN Jakarta. The basic theory of this method assumes that weathering of sediments, including paleotsunami sediments, will result in 210 Pb enrichment. The principle of this method is to calculate 210 Pb contents accumulation in a particular sedimentation interval from the surface to the deeper buried sediments. The results are then converted into age or depositional time in years ago unit. The dating results from the paleotsunami sediments of the Gawah Pudak（S8°46’2.91’’, E115°56’34.23’’） and Gili Trawangan areas（S8°21’1.38’’, E116°2’36.6’’） indicate the Gawah Pudak sediments were deposited 37 years ago（c. in 1977）and 22 years ago（c. in 1992）. Three paleotsunami sediments from Gili Trawangan were deposited 149 years ago（c. in 1865）, 117 years ago（c. in 1897） and 42 years ago（c. in 1972）. These results are then compared to the available Indonesian earthquake catalogue data. This study reveals that paleotsunami sediments around Lombok Islands, from older to younger, were caused by the 1857 earthquake（epicentre in Bali Sea; M7; S8°00’09.45’’,E115°29’56.41’’）, 1897 earthquake（epicentre in Flores Sea;M5.5; S6°47’59.62’’, E120°48’03.5’’ or Sulu Sea earthquake; M8.5; 70 km NW of Basilan Island）, the 1975 earthquake（Nusa Tenggara; S10°6’16.61’’, E123°48’09.39’’）, 1977 earthquake（in Waingapu, Sumba; M8.0;S11°5’39.34’’, E118°27’50.86’’） and the 1992 earthquake（Flores; M7.8; S8°28’52.11’’, E121°53’44.3’’）.

Cyclodipeptides are diverse chemical scaffolds that show a broad range of bioactivities relevant for medicine,agriculture,chemical catalysis,and material *** can be synthesized enzymatically through two unrelated enzyme families,non-ribosomal peptide synthetases(NRPS)and cyclodipeptide synthases(CDPSs).The chemical diversity of cyclodipeptides is derived from the two amino acid side chains and the modification of those side-chains by cyclodipeptide tailoring *** a large spectrum of chemical diversity is already known today,additional chemical space-and as such potential new bioactivities-could be accessed by exploring yet undiscovered NRPS and CDPS gene clusters as well as via ***,to exploit cyclodipeptides for applications,the low yield of natural biosynthesis needs to be *** this review we summarize current knowledge on NRPS and CDPS-based cyclodipeptide biosynthesis,engineering approaches to further diversity the natural chemical diversity as well as strategies for high-yield production of cyclodipeptides,including a discussion of how advancements in synthetic biology and metabolic engineering can accelerate the translational potential of cyclodipeptides.

Background: Traumatic cataract is the leading cause of significant monocular visual impairment in children. The cause of this type of cataract is preventable penetrating or blunt ocular injury. Lens extraction can improve the visual acuity but it also depends on the extent of the injury to other ocular structures. Objective: To describe the features of pediatric traumatic cataract presenting at a tertiary eye center in Indonesia. Methods: This study is a descriptive study and the data were collected retrospectively from the medical records of the patients who were diagnosed as pediatric traumatic cataract over the period of January 1st 2019 to December 31st 2019. Demographic data, trauma characteristics, clinical features, management, and pre- and post-operative Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) were reviewed retrospectively. Results: A total of 37 patients were diagnosed as pediatric traumatic cataract. Among these patients, 78.38% were boys, with the mean age of 9.14

In an effort to explore the use of natural resources, stoneware ceramics have been made using iron sand as a filler to replace quartz Kalimantan. The results showed that iron sand can be well used in making stoneware ceramics. This is shown by the measurement of water absorption which is less than 5% and has compressive strength slightly smaller compared to stoneware ceramics made with quartz as a filler.

迫切需要研究有效的技术进行结构的健康监测,提高复合结构的安全性和完整性。研究的主要目的是,采用灵敏的压电材料和现代仪器如扫描激光振动计(SLV),以评估基于动力学的复合层板损伤探测技术。采用两个不同的驱动传感器系统测试一个嵌层的E-玻璃/环氧复合板,两个传感器分别为:1)带有PZT(铅-锆酸盐-钛酸盐)调节器的扫描激光振动计(PZT-SLV);2)带有PZT调节器的聚偏二乙烯氟化物(PVDF)传感器。同时进行了有限元分析以补充损伤探测。试验和数值弯曲模型被用于探测剥离的发生、位置和尺寸。采用三种相对新的损伤探测算法(即简化裂隙平滑方法,广义不规则维数方法及应变能方法)分析试验和数值弯曲模型数据以及均荷表面的曲率。损伤探测成果证实PZT-SLV系统更便利和有效,能够扫描到整个试件的大部分点;可直接获得弯曲模型的PZT-PVDF系统,该系统显示对损伤具有良好敏感性。基于三个模式连续利用的GSM,GFD和SEM损伤探测算法及由此引出的ULS曲率,可以成功识别组合板中剥离的发生、位置和相对尺寸。

Clinical Manifestation of Congenital Aniridia in Indonesia

Background: Congenital aniridia is a rare, panophthalmic disorder that can cause vision loss. Knowledge of aniridia as an isolated ocular abnormality or as a part of systemic abnormalities is important. Management of congenital aniridia should be carried out comprehensively based on it. Objective: To describe clinical features and management of congenital aniridia in a top referral eye hospital in Indonesia. Methods: A retrospective study involving 43 eyes of 22 children (younger than 18 years) diagnosed with congenital aniridia from 2013 to 2018. A detailed history was taken and a complete ophthalmic examination and a systemic examination were performed as required. Clinical characteristics associated with ocular and systemic manifestation and its management were noted. Results: Mean age of patients was 7.6 ± 5.2 years (range 0 - 17 years). Most cases were female (55%) and sporadic (77%). Twenty-one (96%) patients had bilateral involvement at presentation. Foveal hypoplasia was found in 36 eyes (84%), followed by cataract in 26 eyes (61%) and secondary glaucoma in 13 eyes (30%). Nine patients (43%) with cataract had cataract surgery performed. Only 1 patient (5%) with secondary glaucoma underwent filtration surgery. All patients had moderate to severe visual impairment and low vision aid was considered. Regarding its systemic manifestation, none of the patients was diagnosed with an abnormality in the abdomen. Conclusion: There were various ocular features associated with congenital aniridia. Understanding the clinical characteristic and its management could improve the quality of vision in aniridia patients.

This paper presents the development of remotely operated Quadcopter system. The Quadcopter is controlled through a graphical user interface (GUI) where the communication between GUI and Quadcopter is constructed by using wireless communication system. The Quadcopter balancing condition is sensed by FY90 controller and IMU 5DOF sensor. For smooth landing, Quadcopter is equipped with ultrasonic sensor. All signals from sensors are processed by Arduino Uno microcontroller board and output from the Arduino Uno microcontroller board is implemented to control Quadcopter propellers. The GUI is designed using Visual Basic 2008 Express as interfacing communication between the Proportional, Integral and Derivative (PID) controller and the Quadcopter system. The experiment shows that the Quadcopter system can hover while maintain it balancing and the stability is guaranteed. Moreover, the developed system is able to cope with load disturbance up to 250 gduring the hover position. Maximum operated time of Quadcopter is six minutes using 2200 mAh Lipo battery and operate time can be increased by using largest battery capacity.
