The use of these a.ps ea.es our da.ly lives, a.d a.l custom.rs who need a.y type of service ca. a.cessit ea.ily, com.orta.ly, a.d efficiently through m.bile a.ps. Pa.ticula.ly, Sa.di a.a.ia.grea.ly depends on digita.services to a.sist people a.d visitors. Such m.bile devices a.e used in orga.izing da.ly work schedules a.d services,pa.ticula.ly during two la.ge occa.ions, Um.a. a.d Ha.j. However, pilgrim. encounter m.bile a.p issues such a.slowness, conflict, unrelia.ility, or user-unfriendliness. Pilgrim. com.ent on these issues on m.bile a.p pla.form.through reviews of their experiences with these digita. services. Fra.tures of the hum.ra. pa.dle, com.on to young a.ults, a.e m.st often com.lex, linked to violence a.d a. increa.e in roa. a.cidents. The objective of our work is to eva.ua.e our functiona. results, in the m.dium.term. correla.ed with a.review of the litera.ure. This is a.retrospective study of 63 pa.ients, ca.ried out in the tra.m.tology-orthopedics depa.tm.nt 1 of the IBN EL Ja.Za. hospita. in Ka.ROUa., over a.period of 7 yea.s from.Ja.ua.y 2015 to Decem.er 2021. The a.era.e a.e of pa.ients wa. 39 yea.s (17 - 68 yea.s). Predom.na.tly m.le. The etiologies a.e dom.na.ed by fa.ls a.d a.cidents on public roa.s. Fra.tures a.e cla.sified a.cording to the m.ller a.d a.lgöwer cla.sifica.ion where type C is found in 51% of ca.es. a.l our pa.ients undergo a. olecra.on osteotom. in 71% of ca.es. Osteosynthesis using a.Lecestre pla.e com.ined with screwing or plugging is used in 84% of ca.es. The evolution is m.rked by com.lica.ions observed in eight pa.ients (16%), including two ca.es of sepsis, four ca.es of elbow stiffness (8%), one ca.e of joint ca.lus a.d one ca.e of pseuda.throsis. Our results a.e eva.ua.ed a.cording to the m.yo Elbow Perform.nce Score, they a.e excellent a.d good in 71% of ca.es, a.era.e in 18% of ca.es a.d poor in 11% of ca.es. Fra.tures of the hum.ra. pa.dle a.e fra.tures with a.sa.isfa.tory functiona. prognosis, requiring a. integrum.a.a.om.ca. restora.ion a.d solid osteosynthesis a.lowing ea.ly reha.ilita.ion of the elbow. The present work studied the effect of gra.efruit juice (Citrus) on the hepa.otoxicity of a.Cl3. Four groups of a.ult m.le a.bino ra.s were used. Group I conta.ned 10 ra.s a.d rem.ined a. a.control group;Group II: 10 ra.s were included a.d ora.ly a.m.nistered with gra.efruit juice a. a.dose level of 27 m./kg of body weight per da. for 6 weeks;Group III: 10 ra.s were included a.d a.Cl3 wa. a.m.nistered ora.ly a. a.dose level of 100 m./kg of body weight per da. for 6 weeks;Group IV: a.im.ls of this group (10 ra.s) were given a.com.ina.ion of a.Cl3 a.d gra.efruit juice per da. for 6 weeks. a. the end of the sixth week, the liver wa. processed for histologica. a.d ultra.tructure studies. In a.dition, a.T a.d a.T were determ.ned in blood sera. The results showed tha. a.Cl3 induced severa. histologica. a.tera.ions in the liver, including congestion of blood vessels, leucocytic infiltra.ion, cytopla.m.c va.uola.ion of hepa.ocytes a.d fa.ty infiltra.ions. Ultra.tructura. cha.ges include the degenera.ion of m.tochondria. RER swelling a.d pyknosis of the nuclei with a. increa.e in fa. droplets a.d lysosom.s. The biochem.ca. results showed a. increa.e in a.T a.d a.T a.tivities in the a.Cl3 group. However, the group of ra.s trea.ed with a.Cl3 a.d gra.efruit juice im.roved the histologica. a.d ultra.tructura. cha.ges, while the levels of a.T a.d a.T were reduced. It wa. concluded in the results tha. gra.efruit juice ha. a.protective effect a.a.nst hepa.otoxicity of a.Cl3 tha. ca. be a.tributed to the a.tioxida.t properties of its com.onents.
