Pilgrims.comment on thes. is.ues.on mobile app platforms.hrough reviews.of their experiences.with thes. digital s.rvices. s.holars.have made s.veral attempts.to s.lve s.chmobile is.ues.by reporting bugs.or non-functional requirements.by utilizing us.r ***, s.lving s.chis.ues.is.a great challenge, and the is.ues.s.ill exis.. Therefore, this.s.udy aims.to propos. a hybrid deep learningmodel to clas.ify and predict mobile app s.ftware is.ues.encountered by millions.of pilgrims.during the Hajj andUmrah periods.from the us.r pers.ective. Firs.ly, a datas.t was.cons.ructed us.ng us.r-generated comments.fromrelevant mobile apps.us.ng natural language proces.ing methods. including information extraction, the annotationproces., and pre-proces.ing s.eps. cons.dering a multi-clas. clas.ification problem. Then, s.veral experiments.ere conducted us.ng common machine learning clas.ifiers. Artificial Neural Networks.(ANN), Long s.ort-TermMemory (Ls.M), and Convolutional Neural Network Long s.ort-Term Memory (CNN-Ls.M) architectures. toexamine the performance of the propos.d model. Res.lts.s.ow 96% in F1-s.ore and accuracy, and the propos.dmodel outperformed the mentioned models.

Endometrial s.ratch-s.ction and Implantation Failure

Objective: The aim of this.trial was.to determine whether endometrial s.ratch-s.ction caus.d by ins.rtion tube of (IUCD) with s.ction improved the probability of pregnancy in the s.bs.quent IVF cycle in patients.who had previous.failed IVF outcome by removing s.all polyps.and any hazardous.materials. Des.gn: Obs.rvational pros.ective cohort experimental s.udy. s.tting: Zagazig Univers.ty Hos.ital, Obs.etrics.and Gynecology department. From period between s.ptember 2011 till s.ptember 2012. Population: 30 patients.with previous.failed IVF des.ite trans.er of goodquality embryos.were allocated to endometrial s.ratch-s.ction in the s.me the cycle of embryo trans.er. Methods. From day 5 to day 7 of s.me ICs. cycle, the patients.in s.udy underwent endometrial s.ratch-s.ction technique. After preparation of ins.rtion tube of (IUCD) and infant feeding tube 8 F, moving the ins.rtion tube of IUCD from below upwards.with s.ratching anterior uterine wall, then pos.erior, then left lateral uterine wall, then right lateral uterine wall, then fundus. all thes. s.eps.are as.ociated with s.ction by attaching proximal end of infant feeding tube 8 F to s.ction apparatus. Main Outcome Meas.res. Implantation and clinical pregnancy rates. Res.lts. The implantation occurred in 24/30 (80%). The clinical pregnancy occurred in 20/30 patients.(66.66%). 12/30 patients.(40%) during s.ratch-s.ction technique had s.all fles.y mas.es.obs.ructing s.ction tube which were s.all endometrial polyps. Conclus.ons. Endometrial s.ratch-s.ction improves.clinical pregnancy and implantation rates.in the s.me IVF-ET cycle in patients.with previous.uns.cces.ful IVF cycles.

s.rvey s.udy of Acute and Long Term Effects.of Female Genital Mutilation among Women in s.arkia Governorate

Objective: The aim of this.s.udy is.to evaluate the acute and long-term effects.of female genital mutilation (FGM) among women in s.arkia Governorate. Method: This.was.a cros.-s.ctional des.riptive s.udy carried out in Zagazic Univers.ty Hos.ital (ZUH) over a two years.period from January 2012 to January 2014. The overall s.mple cons.s.ed of 1500 women. An interview was.utilized to collect the neces.ary data. The ques.ionnaires.were adminis.ered face to face, in Arabic language. Four open and 25 clos.-ended ques.ions.were us.d to collect s.cio-demographic data of the s.mple: women’s.experience about the circumcis.on, occurrence of health hazards.after circumcis.on, and s.xual effects.on married women. Intention of all women (circumcis.d or not) to circumcis.?their daughters.was.als. documented. Res.lts. This.s.udy revealed that the prevalence of FGM in?s.arkia Governorate was.about 85.5%. The majority of circumcis.d women were Mus.ims.(94.4%), married (87.9%), hous.wife (81.4%), illiterate or with low education level (45.5% and 38.5% res.ectively) and from rural areas.(82.2%). The mos. common types.of FGM were type I (49.2%) and type II (50.8%). The mos. common motive of FGM was.the religious.caus. (46.6%). The majority of circumcis.d women (59%) denied the occurrence of any acute complication. The reported acute complications.in this.s.udy were bleeding (19.6%), urine retention (2.3%), infection (6.3%) and difficult walking (12.8%). The majority of circumcis.d women (86%) denied the occurrence of any problems.at labor related to circumcis.on. The reported problems.at labor in this.s.udy were narrowing of introitus.(8.4%), laceration (0.7%) and bleeding (4.9%). In this.s.udy, 74.6% of circumcis.d women believed that there was.no effect of circumcis.on on their s.xual s.tis.action and 92.1% of circumcis.d women believed that there was.no effect of circumcis.on on their hus.and’s.s.xual s.tis.action. Objective:?The aim of this.s.udy is.to as.es. any potential relations.ip between perifollicular vas.ularity and occurrence of pregnancy in cas.s.of s.imulated IUI cycles.us.ng the s.bjective grading s.s.em by 2D trans.aginal power Doppler ultras.nography.?Des.gn: A pros.ective cros. s.ctional cohort s.udy. Method: This.is.a pros.ective cros.-s.ctional cohort s.udy of 90 s.imulated IUI treatment cycles. s.lected women were pres.ribed clomiphene citrate combined with highly purified urinary follicle s.imulating hormone. All patients.underwent s.rial trans.aginal ultras.und s.ans.s.arting from day 6 to 7 of the cycle. Perifollicular Doppler blood flows.were as.es.ed in dominant follicles.≥18 mm. The patients.then were categorized into 3 groups.(high vas.ularity group {G3 & G4}, low vas.ularity group {G1 & G2} and mixed grades.group). Other parameters.meas.red included number of follicles.≥ 18 mm in both ovaries. endometrial thicknes. and es.radiol (E2) level . Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) injection 10,000 IU IM was.given to the patient when the dominant follicle reached 18 mm in diameter. At that time, the endometrium was.evaluated as.regards.endometrial thicknes.. IUI was.carried out us.ng prepared/“was.ed” s.men (hus.and). All patients.received luteal s.pport in the form of proges.erone from day of IUI for 14 days. s.rum Β-hCG was.es.imated 2 weeks.after ins.mination. Res.lts. In this.s.udy, from all 90 cas.s.only 8 cas.s.got pregnant with pregnancy rate of 8.88% (6 cas.s.got pregnant in high grade vas.ularity group;2 cas.s.in mixed grades.group and no cas.s.got pregnant?in low grade group). There was.s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference among the 3 groups.as.regarding?the pregnancy rate (P value = 0.02). Objective: The aim of this.work is.to compare between intraoperative frozen s.ction and s.rape s.ear cytology in the diagnos.s.of ovarian neoplas.. Method: This.s.udy was.performed between March 2011 and March 2012, on 50 patients.pres.nted with ovarian mas.. Gros. examination of the tumor removed was.done by ins.ection and palpation. The s.ecimen was.then cut with a s.arp knife into two halves. The area was.s.raped with a s.arp s.alpel or the end of a glas. s.ide, depending upon the type of tis.ue. A s.mifluid drop thus.obtained was.s.read over a glas. s.ide. One to four s.ides.per cas. were taken from different repres.ntative areas. The s.ides.were labelled and immediately put into 95% ethyl alcohol and s.ained with hematoxylin-eos.n. The s.ecimens.were then fixed in formalin. Paraffin blocks.of the s.ctions.were proces.ed in the routine way and s.ctions.were s.ained with hematoxylin and eos.n (H and E). As.es.ment of the overall accuracy of the intraoperative diagnos.s.was.clas.ified as.concordant or dis.ordant. Res.lts. The s.ns.tivity, s.ecificity, pos.tive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of s.raping technique in the diagnos.s.of benign ovarian mas.es.were 100%, 95.2%, 96.7%, 100% and 98% res.ectively. The s.ns.tivity, s.ecificity, pos.tive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of s.raping technique in the diagnos.s.of border line ovarian mas.es.were 100%, 93.4%, 25%, 100% and 94% res.ectively. The s.ns.tivity, s.ecificity, pos.tive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of s.raping technique in the diagnos.s.of malignant ovarian mas.es.were 80%, 100%, 100%, 88.2% and 92% res.ectively. The s.ns.tivity, s.ecificity, pos.tive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of frozen s.ction in the diagnos.s.of benign ovarian mas.es.were 100%, 100%, 100%, 100% and 100% res.ectively. The number of s.ctions.frozen was.depended on the type and s.ze of the tumor. s.ven to eight μm s.ctions.were obtained and s.ained with hematoxylin-eos.n. The s.ecimens.were then fixed in formalin. Paraffin blocks.of the s.ctions.were proces.ed in the routine way and s.ctions.were s.ained with hematoxylin and eos.n (H and E). The diagnos.s.obtained by intraoperative frozen s.ction bas.d on cellularity and cell morphology was.compared with final his.opathological diagnos.s.in terms.of diagnos.ic s.ns.tivity, to differentiate between benign and malignant les.ons. As.es.ment of the overall accuracy of the intraoperative diagnos.s.was.clas.ified as.concordant or dis.ordant. Res.lts. There was.no s.atis.icaly s.gnificant differencre in the s.udied patients.as.regard the clinical data, macros.opic and intraoperative picture, while there was.s.atis.icaly s.gnificat as.ociation as.regard the laterality of the ovarian mas.es. The validity of frozen s.ction in the diagnos.s.of benign tumour was.100% with 100% accuracy, s.ecificity, pos.tive predictive value, negative predictive value, while s.ns.tivity & negative prediction for borderline tumour and s.ecificity & pos.tive prediction of malignant tumour were 100%, s.ecifecity for borderline tumours.was.95% while the pos.tive predictive value was.33.3% with 96% accuracy for both malignant and borderline tumours. Conclus.on: Intraoperative frozen s.ction is.accurate for rapid diagnos.s.of ovarian tumors. I

AIM: To evaluate a modified technique for s.leral buckling(s.) in ps.udophakic retinal detachment(RD).METHODs. A retros.ective non-comparative s.udy included 21 cons.cutive eyes.with uncomplicated ps.udophakic RD that was.repaired by chandelier as.is.ed s. us.ng wide angle viewing(WAV) contact lens. s.gmental tire alone was.us.d in 5 eyes.23.81%), and combined with encircling band in 7 eyes.33.33%). Radial s.onge alone was.us.d in 3 eyes.14.29%) and combined with encircling band in 6 eyes.28.57%).REs.LTs. Primary s.cces. rate was.90.48%). External drainage of s.bretinal fluid was.performed in 8 eyes.38.1%). Intraoperative complications.included vitreous.prolaps. at chandelier s.lerotomy s.te in 4 eyes.19.05%) and localized s.bretinal hemorrhage at drainage s.te in one eye(4.76%). No cas. of intraocular lens.IOL) dis.lacement, retinal incarceration or iatrogenic retinal tear was.detected. Pos.operative complications.included choroidal detachment in one eye(4.76%), elevated intraocular pres.ure in 2 eyes.9.52%), epiretinal membrane formation in one eye(4.76%) and proliferative vitreoretinopathy in 3 eyes.14.29%). Mean pos.operative corrected dis.ance vis.al acuity was.0.7±0.3 logMAR units. CONCLUs.ON: Chandelier-as.is.ed s. us.ng WAV contact lens.is.a reliable technique for repairing s.lected cas.s.of s.mple ps.udophakic RD.
