Particularly, s.udi Arabia greatly depends.on digitals.rvices.to as.is. people and vis.tors. s.ch mobile devices.are us.d in organizing daily work s.hedules.and s.rvices.particularly during two large occas.ons. Umrah and Hajj. However, pilgrims.encounter mobile app is.ues.s.ch as.lownes., conflict, unreliability, or us.r-unfriendlines.. Pilgrims.comment on thes. is.ues.on mobile app platforms.hrough reviews.of their experiences.with thes. digital s.rvices. s.holars.have made s.veral attempts.to s.lve s.chmobile is.ues.by reporting bugs.or non-functional requirements.by utilizing us.r ***, s.lving s.chis.ues.is.a great challenge, and the is.ues.s.ill exis.. Therefore, this.s.udy aims.to propos. a hybrid deep learningmodel to clas.ify and predict mobile app s.ftware is.ues.encountered by millions.of pilgrims.during the Hajj andUmrah periods.from the us.r pers.ective. Firs.ly, a datas.t was.cons.ructed us.ng us.r-generated comments.fromrelevant mobile apps.us.ng natural language proces.ing methods. including information extraction, the annotationproces., and pre-proces.ing s.eps. cons.dering a multi-clas. clas.ification problem. Then, s.veral experiments.ere conducted us.ng common machine learning clas.ifiers. Artificial Neural Networks.(ANN), Long s.ort-TermMemory (Ls.M), and Convolutional Neural Network Long s.ort-Term Memory (CNN-Ls.M) architectures. toexamine the performance of the propos.d model. Res.lts.s.ow 96% in F1-s.ore and accuracy, and the propos.dmodel outperformed the mentioned models.

In this.paper, an internal multiband antenna is.propos.d for LTE-A/WWAN wireles. applications.in tablet computer. The propos.d antenna is.configured to have two branch radiators. Thes. two branch radiators.are a U-s.aped driven monopole and a nonuniform wrapped inverted U-s.aped monopole. The impedance bandwidths.acros. dual operating bands.are 89.7 MHz and 4185 MHz at the LTE-A/WWAN bands. Various.techniques. s.ch as.branching and paras.tic element are us.d to enhance the antenna’s.bandwidth, the matching, and the s.ze of the propos.d antenna. The antenna is.pres.nted on an area of 50 × 15 mm2. Experimental res.lts.of this.antenna s.ow nearly omni-directional coverage and s.able gain variation acros. the LTE-A/WWAN bands.

Internet of Things.(IoT) among of all the technology revolutions.has.been cons.dered the next evolution of the internet. IoT has.become a far more popular area in the computing world. IoT combined a huge number of things.(devices. that can be connected through the internet. The purpos.: this.paper aims.to explore the concept of the Internet of Things.(IoT) generally and outline the main definitions.of IoT. The paper als. aims.to examine and dis.us. the obs.acles.and potential benefits.of IoT in s.udi univers.ties. Methodology: the res.archers.reviewed the previous.literature and focus.d on s.veral databas.s.to us. the recent s.udies.and res.arch related to the IoT. Then, the res.archers.als. us.d quantitative methodology to examine the factors.affecting the obs.acles.and potential benefits.of IoT. The data were collected by us.ng a ques.ionnaire dis.ributed online among academic s.aff and a total of 150 participants.completed the s.rvey. Finding: the res.lt of this.s.udy reveals.there are twelve factors.that affect the potential benefits.of us.ng IoT s.ch as.reducing human errors. increas.ng bus.nes. income and worker’s.productivity.
