Objective:To characterize Pasteurella isolated from backyard chickens using whole cell protein lysate profiles and random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)techniques to show their genetic relationship because Pasteurclla multocida(***)is an important cause of fatal infections in backyard ***:Twenty one *** isolates were recovered previously from clinical cases of fowl cholera belonging to individual owners and phenotypically analysed using biochemical tests and serotyping were used far the genetic ***:Phylogenetic study based on both methods revealed that the recovered population of *** isolated from backyard chickens differs markedly,constituting a well-separated cluster and appearance of 3 distinguishing lineages with greater discrimination shown by RAPDPCR that resulted in two suclusters in cluster A and three subclusters in cluster B and were related greatly with capsular serogroups for the examined *** whole cell protein revealed the presence of dominant protein bands at approximately 41 and 61 kDa in all of the examined isolates that may be a virulent proteins share in the increasing of its *** distinctive bands ranged from 123 to 1534 ***:Based on the previous findings,there are three spreading clusters that may indicate the association of a small number of *** variants with the majority of cases suggesting that certain clones of *** are able to colonue the examined backyard ***,the ease and rapidity of RAPD-PCR support the use of this technique as alternative to the more labour-intensive SDS-PACE system for strain differentiation and epidemiological studies of avian *** application of RAPD technology to the examination of avian cholera outbreaks in commercially available flocks may facilitate more effective management of this disease by providing the potential to investigate correlations of *** genotypes,to identify aff

Objective:To synthesize silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) by green methods using scrum latex of Calotropis procera at 80 ℃ and evaluate them against bacteria,dermatophytes and phytopathogenic fungi comparing with the activity of untreated ***:The synthesis of AgNPs was performed by mixing 3%latex scrum extract with the same volume of silver nitrate(2 mmol/L) solution in round flask and heating in water bath at80 ℃.Characterization of silver particles were determined using UV-vis spectrophotometer,transmission electron microscopy(TEm),X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared *** antimicrobial activity of the green synthesized AgNPs was determined against bacteria,dermatophytes and phytopathogenic fungi and compared to the crude untreated latex by agar-well diffusion ***:Biosynthesis of latex silver nanoparticles was successfully obtained by green *** formation of AgNPs has been confirmed by UV-vis,TEm microscopy.X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared *** analysis showed that synthesized AgNPs are highly stable spherical shaped particles,well dispersed with a diameter ranged from 4 nm up to 25 nm and an average size of 12.33 *** showed strong antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria(Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Serratia sp.) and antifungal activity against Trichophyton rubrum,Candida albicans and Aspergillus ***:It can be concluded that serum latex of Calotropis pmcera was found to display strong potential for the synthesis of AgNPs as antimicrobial agents through rapid reduction of silver ions(Ag^+ to Ag^0).The green synthesized AgNPs were found to show higher antimicrobial efficacy than crude latex.

To characterize AXL receptor tyrosine kinase (AXL) expression in relationship to tumor protein P53 (TP53 gene, p53 protein) and its role in tumor invasion and response to *** used 14 cell lines, including 3 isogenic pairs carrying mutant/knockout p53, to gain insight into the relationship between AXL and TP53. These included HCT116, HCT116.p53 mutant, RKO, and RKO.p53-/- lines (all from colon cancers) as well as breast cancer cell lines mCF7 and 1001 (mCF7-p53 mutant clone). HeLa cell line was used as a positive control for epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EmT). AXL expression was determined by Western blotting using rabbit monoclonal antibody clone C89E7. AXL siRNA silencing was performed and followed by collagen invasion assay. Cell viability analysis using the sulforhodamine B assay and the invasion assay were performed after exposure to chemotherapeutic agents (doxorubicin for breast cancer cells; 5FU or irinotecan for colon cancer cells).RESULTSWe showed that the introduction of p53 mutations or knockout increased expression levels of AXL in isogenic cells compared to the matching p53 wild-type parental cells. Overall, we found a trend for correlation between the potential EmT candidate AXL, p53 alterations, and EmT markers in colorectal and breast cancers. The expression of AXL in RKO cells, a rare colon cancer cell line with inactive Wnt signaling, suggests that the AXL oncogene might provide an alternative genetic pathway for colorectal carcinogenesis in the absence of Wnt signaling activation and TP53 mutation. AXL silencing in the TP53 mutant isogenic cell lines 1001, HCT116.p53 mutant and RKO.P53-/- was > 95% efficient and the silenced cells were less invasive compared to the parental TP53 wild-type cells. AXL silencing showed a subtle trend to restore colon cancer cell sensitivity to 5FU or irinotecan. A total of 50 does were used to determine selected hematological and biochemical parameters with special references to oxidative stress markers, acute phase protein profiles, and proinflammatory cytokines in healthy and gangrenous mastitis affected does. Animals were divided into two equal groups represented as clinically healthy （control） and diseased groups, respectively. The bacteriological examination of milk samples from diseased does revealed many types of bacterial infection. The isolated bacteria were Staphy/ococcus aureus （N=23/25）, Escherichia coil （N=11/25）, and Clostridium perfringens （N=4/25）. There was a significant increase in the levels of β-hydrexybutyrate, non-esterified free fatty acids, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, aspartate aminotransferase, and alanine aminotransferase and a significant reduction in the levels of glucose, cholesterol, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） in does with gangrenous mastitis compared to healthy does. moreover, there was a significant increase in the levels of malondialdehyde and uric acid with a significant decrease in the levels of reduced glutathione, super oxide dismutase, and catalase in does with gangrenous mastitis compared to healthy does. In addition, there was a significant increase in the haptoglobin, serum amyloid A, fibrinogen, interleukin 6 （IL-6）, IL-1β, and tumor necrosis factor-a （TNF-a） in does with gangrenous mastitis compared to healthy ones. Conclusively, oxidative stress biomarkers, acute phase proteins, and proinflammatory cytokines play an essential task as biomarkers for gangrenous mastitis in does. mastitis may be considered as one of the ketotic stressors in does after parturition.

AIm: To assess how ascites and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) added to the Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer(BCLC) staging predict hepatocellular carcinoma ***: The presence of underlying cirrhosis, ascites and encephalopathy, Child-Turcotte-Pugh(CTP) score, the number of nodules, and the maximum diameter of the largest nodule were determined at diagnosis for 1060 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma at a tertiary referral center for liver disease in Egypt. Demographic information, etiology of liver disease, and biochemical data(including serum bilirubin, albumin, international normalized ratio, alanine and aspartate aminotransferases, and AFP) were evaluated. Staging of the tumor was determined at the time of diagnosis using the BCLC staging system; 496 patients were stage A and 564 patients were stage B. Patients with mild ascites on initial ultrasound, computed tomography, or clinical examination, and who had a CTP score ≤ 9 were included in this analysis. All patients received therapy according to the recommended treatment based on the BCLC stage, and were monitored from the time of diagnosis to the date of death or date of data collection. The effect of the presence of ascites and AFP level on survival was ***:At the time the data were censored,123/496(24.8%)and 218/564(38.6%)patients with BCLC stages A and B,respectively,had *** mean survival of the BCLC A and B patients during a three-year follow-up period was 31 mo[95%confidence interval(95%CI):29.7-32.3]and 22.7mo(95%CI:20.7-24.8),*** presenceof ascites,multiple focal lesions,large tumor size,AFP level and CTP score were independent predictors of survival for the included patients on multivariate analysis(Pmong stage A patients,18%had ascites,33%had AFP≥200 ng/m L,and 8%had *** median survival in the presence of ascites was shorter if AFP was≥200 ng/m L(19 mo vs 24 mo),and in the absence of ascites,patients with AFP≥200 ng/m L had a shorter survival(28mo

In the last decade, technical advancements and faster Internet speeds have also led to an increasing number ofmobile devices and users. Thus, all contributors to society, whether young or old members, can use these mobileapps. The use of these apps eases our daily lives, and all customers who need any type of service can accessit easily, comfortably, and efficiently through mobile apps. Particularly, Saudi Arabia greatly depends on digitalservices to assist people and visitors. Such mobile devices are used in organizing daily work schedules and services,particularly during two large occasions, Umrah and Hajj. However, pilgrims encounter mobile app issues such asslowness, conflict, unreliability, or user-unfriendliness. Pilgrims comment on these issues on mobile app platformsthrough reviews of their experiences with these digital services. Scholars have made several attempts to solve suchmobile issues by reporting bugs or non-functional requirements by utilizing user ***, solving suchissues is a great challenge, and the issues still exist. Therefore, this study aims to propose a hybrid deep learningmodel to classify and predict mobile app software issues encountered by millions of pilgrims during the Hajj andUmrah periods from the user perspective. Firstly, a dataset was constructed using user-generated comments fromrelevant mobile apps using natural language processing methods, including information extraction, the annotationprocess, and pre-processing steps, considering a multi-class classification problem. Then, several experimentswere conducted using common machine learning classifiers, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Long Short-Termmemory (LSTm), and Convolutional Neural Network Long Short-Term memory (CNN-LSTm) architectures, toexamine the performance of the proposed model. Results show 96% in F1-score and accuracy, and the proposedmodel outperformed the mentioned models.
