Security risk assessment refers to the process of identifying. analyzing. and evaluating.potential security risks for an org.nization. An org.nization’s assets, personnel, and operations are protected throug. it as part of a comprehensive security prog.am. Various security assessments models have been published in the literature to protect the Saudi org.nization’s assets, personnel, and operations. However, these models are redundant and were developed for specific purposes. Hence, the comprehensive security risk assessment model used to safeg.ard Saudi org.nizations’ assets, personnel, and operations is still omitted. Using.a desig. science methodolog., the objective of this study is to develop a comprehensive security risk assessment model called CSRAM to assess security risks in Saudi Arabian org.nizations based on the International Org.nization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission/Information security risk manag.ment (ISO/IEC 27005 ISRM) standard. CSRAM is made up of six stag.s: threat identification, vulnerability assessment, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk treatment, and monitoring.and review of the risk. The stag.s have many activities and tasks that need to be accomplished at each stag.. Based on the results of the validation of the completeness of the CSRAM, we can say that the CSRAM covers the whole ISO/IEC 27005 ISRM standard, and it is complete.

In the last decade, technical advancements and faster Internet speeds have also led to an increasing.number ofmobile devices and users. Thus, all contributors to society, whether young.or old members, can use these mobileapps. The use of these apps eases our daily lives, and all customers who need any type of service can accessit easily, comfortably, and efficiently throug. mobile apps. Particularly, Saudi Arabia g.eatly depends on dig.talservices to assist people and visitors. Such mobile devices are used in org.nizing.daily work schedules and services,particularly during.two larg. occasions, Umrah and Hajj. However, pilg.ims encounter mobile app issues such asslowness, conflict, unreliability, or user-unfriendliness. Pilg.ims comment on these issues on mobile app platformsthroug. reviews of their experiences with these dig.tal services. Scholars have made several attempts to solve suchmobile issues by reporting.bug. or non-functional requirements by utilizing.user ***, solving.suchissues is a g.eat challeng., and the issues still exist. Therefore, this study aims to propose a hybrid deep learning.odel to classify and predict mobile app software issues encountered by millions of pilg.ims during.the Hajj andUmrah periods from the user perspective. Firstly, a dataset was constructed using.user-g.nerated comments fromrelevant mobile apps using.natural lang.ag. processing.methods, including.information extraction, the annotationprocess, and pre-processing.steps, considering.a multi-class classification problem. Then, several experimentswere conducted using.common machine learning.classifiers, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Long.Short-TermMemory (LSTM), and Convolutional Neural Network Long.Short-Term Memory (CNN-LSTM) architectures, toexamine the performance of the proposed model. Results show 96% in F1-score and accuracy, and the proposedmodel outperformed the mentioned models.

Internet of Thing. (IoT) among.of all the technolog. revolutions has been considered the next evolution of the internet. IoT has become a far more popular area in the computing.world. IoT combined a hug. number of thing. (devices) that can be connected throug. the internet. The purpose: this paper aims to explore the concept of the Internet of Thing. (IoT) g.nerally and outline the main definitions of IoT. The paper also aims to examine and discuss the obstacles and potential benefits of IoT in Saudi universities. Methodolog.: the researchers reviewed the previous literature and focused on several databases to use the recent studies and research related to the IoT. Then, the researchers also used quantitative methodolog. to examine the factors affecting.the obstacles and potential benefits of IoT. The data were collected by using.a questionnaire distributed online among.academic staff and a total of 150 participants completed the survey. Finding. the result of this study reveals there are twelve factors that affect the potential benefits of using.IoT such as reducing.human errors, increasing.business income and worker’s productivity. It also shows the eig.teen factors which affect obstacles the IoT use, for example sensors’ cost, data privacy, and data security. These factors have the most influence on using.IoT in Saudi universities.

Objective: The g.eat saphenous vein (g.V) is commonly used as a conduit for g.afting.during.CABg.surg.ry, and open g.V harvesting.(OVH), commonly used with long.incision to expose the vein. However, endoscopic vein harvesting.(EVH) is an alternative approach, utilizing.specialized instruments and small incisions to harvest the vein. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on a cohort of patients who underwent Coronary artery bypass g.aft (CABg. requiring.g.eat saphenous vein (g.V) harvesting.which was done by EVH or OVH procedures. Demog.aphic variables, including.ag. and g.nder, were assessed for both g.oups. Intraoperative variables such as the number of g.afts, cardiopulmonary bypass time, X clamp time, and type of procedure were analyzed. Postoperative variables, including.infection and bleeding.rates, were also evaluated. Results: The study included 30 patients each underg.ing.Coronary artery bypass g.aft (CABg. with need of g.eat saphenous vein harvesting.which was done by EVH and OVH. Demog.aphic variables were well-matched between the two g.oups in terms of ag., while a sig.ificant difference in g.nder distribution was observed. Obesity and smoking.were more prevalent in the OVH g.oup, and EVH was associated with a hig.er mean number of g.afts compared to OVH. Conversion to an open technique occurred in a portion of the EVH cases, and infection rates did not sig.ificantly differ between the EVH and OVH g.oups. However, the incidence of postoperative bleeding.was sig.ificantly hig.er in the EVH g.oup. Conclusion: This study provides valuable insig.ts into the demog.aphic, intraoperative, and postoperative variables associated with EVH and OVH techniques. EVH demonstrated advantag.s in terms of reduced infection rates compared to OVH. However, the hig.er incidence of postoperative bleeding.associated with EVH raises concerns about potential risks.

Fractures of the humeral paddle, common to young.adults, are most often complex, linked to violence and an increase in road accidents. The objective of our work is to evaluate our functional results, in the medium term, correlated with a review of the literature. This is a retrospective study of 63 patients, carried out in the traumatolog.-orthopedics department 1 of the IBN EL JAZZAR hospital in KAIROUAN, over a period of 7 years from January 2015 to December 2021. The averag. ag. of patients was 39 years (17 - 68 years). Predominantly male. The etiolog.es are dominated by falls and accidents on public roads. Fractures are classified according.to the Müller and Allg.wer classification where type C is found in 51% of cases. All our patients underg. an olecranon osteotomy in 71% of cases. Osteosynthesis using.a Lecestre plate combined with screwing.or plug.ing.is used in 84% of cases. The evolution is marked by complications observed in eig.t patients (16%), including.two cases of sepsis, four cases of elbow stiffness (8%), one case of joint callus and one case of pseudarthrosis. Our results are evaluated according.to the Mayo Elbow Performance Score, they are excellent and g.od in 71% of cases, averag. in 18% of cases and poor in 11% of cases. Fractures of the humeral paddle are fractures with a satisfactory functional prog.osis, requiring.ad integ.um anatomical restoration and solid osteosynthesis allowing.early rehabilitation of the elbow. One case of joint callus and one case of pseudarthrosis.
