A filter algorithm based on cochlear mechanics and neuron filter mechanism is proposed from the view point of *** helps to solve the problem that the non-linear amplification is rarely considered in studying the auditory filters.A cochlear mechanical transduction model is built to illustrate the audio signals processing procedure in cochlea,and then the neuron filter mechanism is modeled to indirectly obtain the outputs with the cochlear properties of frequency tuning and non-linear *** mathematic description of the proposed algorithm is derived by the two *** parameter space,the parameter selection rules and the error correction of the proposed algorithm are *** unit impulse responses in the time domain and the frequency domain are simulated and compared to probe into the characteristics of the proposed *** a 24-channel filter bank is built based on the proposed algorithm and applied to the enhancements of the audio *** experiments and comparisons verify that,the proposed algorithm can effectively divide the audio signals into different frequencies,significantly enhance the high frequency parts,and provide positive impacts on the performance of speech enhancement in different noise environments,especially for the babble noise and the volvo noise.

In situ performance and stability tests of large-area flexible polymer solar cells in the 35-km stratospheric environment

Flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs) are one of the most promising power sources for aerospace aircraft due to their atractive advantages with high power-per-weight ratio and excellent mechanical *** the performance and stability of high-performance FOSCs is essential for the further development of FOSCs for aerospace applications. In this paper, after systematic investigations on the performance of the state-of-the-art high-performance solar cells under thermal cycle and intensive UV irradiation conditions, in situ performance and stability tests of the solar cells in the 35 km stratospheric environment were carried out through a high-altitude balloon uploading. The encapsulated FOSCs with an area of 0.64 cm2gave the highest power density of 15.26 mW/cm2and an efficiency over 11%,corresponding to a power-per-weight ratio of over 3.32 k W/kg. More importantly, the cells showed stable power output during the 3-h continuous flight at 35 km and only 10% performance decay after return to the lab, suggesting promising stability of the FOSCs in the stratospheric environment.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the in vitro lethal effect of photo- dynamic therapy （PDT） using the photosensitizer hematoporphyrin on the human pancreatic cancer cell line Panc-1, the major influencing factors and the mechanisms of treatment. METHODS Three factors--the time needed for photosensitizer and cell incubation, the photosensitizer concentration （PhoC） and the exposure dose （ExpD）--were examined with different levels of these factors. Optical density （OD） was used as a measure of CCK-8 in the experiment, and was converted to the rate of cell survival. The separate effect of each factor on the photodynamic action was studied, and the interactions were investigated. The effects of different incubation times and PhoC levels on the fluorescence intensity （FI） of the intracellular photosensitizer were determined, and the mechanisms of these factors leading to the therapeutic effects of PDT discussed. RESULTS An increase in the photosensitizer and cell incubation time, an increase of PhoC, and enhancement of the ExpD, produced a corresponding decrease in the rate of Panc-1 cell survival after PDT （P 〈 0.05）. PDT achieved its maximum lethal effects 16 h after starting the incubation, with a PhoC of 10 mg/L and an ExpD of 20 J/cm2; at these levels a synergistic interaction between PhoC and the ExpD occurred, decreasing the cell survival rate （P 〈 0.05）. Neither simple administration of photosensitizer without ExpD （0 J/cm2） or illumination in the absence of PhoC （0 mg/L） affected the rate of cell survival （P 〉 0.05）. With an increase of PhoC and lengthening of the incubation time, the FI of the intracellular photosensitizer accordingly increased （P 〈 0.05）, and attained its maximum value at a PhoC of 10 mg/L and 36 h after the incubation. With an increase of PhoC, the FI of the photosensitizer, hematoporphyrin, in the solution increased progressively at first and then decreased （fluorescence quenching）. 针对无线传感器网络同步问题,提出分布式时间同步和分布式数据同步的解决方法.前者要求簇头网络进行局部信息交互,并采用低通滤波技术去除噪声干扰;后者为节点提供网络数据均值,要求簇头网络执行比例一致性算法,簇头在迭代过程中引入簇内节点数量.实验结果表明,分布式时间同步具备抗噪声能力,该算法在前期收敛速度最快.网格状网络和随机网络实验表明,分布式时间同步和分布式数据同步的通信开销非常低,它们的收敛速度均高于普通数据同步.
