Deep-red/near-inf.ared f.uorescence is highly suitable f.r bioimaging owing to its ability to deeply penetrate tissues,organs,and live ***,developing organic f.uorophores with high deep-red/near-inf.ared f.uorescence quantum yield(Φ_(f.))and f.uorescent brightness remain a signif.cant challenge owing to the energy gap ***,we developed a straightf.rward and ef.ective chalcogen-annulation strategy by introducing O,S and Se into the bay region of.TDI and QDI f.uorophores,realizing the increase of.f.and f.uorescent brightness up to 10 *** our best knowledge,this study potentially stands as the pioneering instance showcasing the anti-heavy-atom ef.ect of.chalcogens,and the absoluteΦf.(93%)and f.uorescent brightness(128,200 cm^(-1)mol^(-1)L)of.Se-TDI is among top deep-red/near-inf.ared organic f.uorophores currently *** f.mtosecond transient absorption(f.-ta)measurements show the absence of.obvious changes of.the excited state lif.time af.er the introduction of.chalcogens in TDI and QDI f.uorophores,indicating that intersystem crossing(ISC)can be neglected in TDI and QDI *** calculations f.rther reveal the chalcogen-annulation strategy increase the radiative rates and reduce the reorganization energy of.several accepting modes at the ground state in TDI f.uorophores,leading to the suppression of.internal conversion(IC)*** chalcogen-annulation strategy,which ef.ectively increases the Φ_(f.)and restricts the IC processes,while remaining unaf.ected by the heavy-atom ef.ect,of.ers novel insights and theoretical support f.r the design and synthesis of.deep-red/near-inf.ared organic f.uorophores with high Φ_(f.)and f.uorescent brightness.

A Preliminary Comparative Study on the Centering Algorithms f.r CassiniISS NAC Images

Obtaining high precision is an important consideration f.r astrometric studies using images f.om the Narrow Angle Camera(NAC)of.the Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem(ISS).Selecting the best centering algorithm is key to enhancing astrometric *** this study,we compared the accuracy of.f.ve centering algorithms:Gaussian f.tting,the modif.ed moments method,and three point-spread f.nction(PSf.f.tting methods(ef.ective PSf.ePSf.,PSf.x,and extended PSf.x PSf.f.om the Cassini Imaging Central Laboratory f.r Operations(CICLOPS)).We assessed these algorithms using 70 ISS NAC star f.eld images taken with CL1 and CL2 f.lters across dif.erent stellar *** ePSf.method consistently demonstrated the highest accuracy,achieving precision below 0.03 pixels f.r stars of.magnitude *** to the previously considered best,the modif.ed moments method,the e PSf.method improved overall accuracy by about 10%and 21%in the sample and line directions,***,the xPSf.model provided by CICLOPS had lower precision than the ***,the ePSf.exhibits an improvement in measurement precision of.23%and 17%in the sample and line directions,respectively,over the *** discrepancy might be attributed to the xPSf.f.cusing on photometry rather than *** f.ndings highlight the necessity of.constructing PSf.models specif.cally tailored f.r astrometric purposes in NAC images and provide guidance f.r enhancing astrometric measurements using these ISS NAC images.

The Van Hoof.ef.ect is a phase shif. existing between the radial velocity curves of.hydrogen and metallic lines within the atmosphere of.pulsating *** this article,we present a study of.this phenomenon through the spectra of.the brightest pulsating star RR Lyr of.RR Lyrae stars recorded f.r 22 *** based ourselves,on the one hand,on 1268 spectra(41 nights of.observation)recorded between the years 1994 and 1997 at the Observatory of.Haute Provence(OHP,f.ance)previously observed by Chadid and Gillet,and on the other hand on 1569 spectra(46nights of.observation)recorded at our Oukaimeden Observatory(morocco)between 2015 and *** this study,we have detected inf.rmation on atmospheric dynamics that had not previously been ***,the Van Hoof.ef.ect which results in a clear correlation between the radial velocities of.hydrogen and those of.the metallic lines has been observed and analyzed at dif.erent Blazhko phases.A correlation between the radial velocities of.dif.erent metallic lines located in the lower atmosphere has been observed as *** the f.rst time,we were able to show that the amplitude of.the radial velocity curves deduced f.om the lines of.hydrogen and that of.f.Ⅱ(λ4923.921?)increases toward the minimum of.the Blazhko cycle and decreases toward the maximum of.the same Blazhko ***,we f.und that the Van Hoof.ef.ect is also modulated by the Blazhko ***,toward the minimum of.the Blazhko cycle the Van Hoof.ef.ect is more visible and at the maximum of.the Blazhko cycle,this ef.ect is *** also observed the temporal evolution of.the amplitudes of.the radial velocities of.the lower and upper *** observed over a long time,we can interpret it as a f.nction of.the Blazhko phases.

In this paper,the synthesis,structural evolution,and dielectric properties of.BaTiO_(3)solid solutions codoped with rare earth elements(Gd^(3+)and Eu^(3+))prepared using the solid-state reaction method are *** pure precursor powders of.BaCl_3,TiO_(2),Gd_(2)O_(3),and Eu_(2)O_(3)were mixed in stoichiometric proportions,ground in an agate mortar bef.re being uniaxially pressed at 250 mPa and sintered at 1300℃in air atmosphere f.r 6 h to obtain Ba_(1-3x)Gd_(2x)Ti_(1-3x)Eu_(4x)O_(3)(x=0,0.0015,0.01 and0.1).X-ray dif.raction(XRD)and Rietveld's ref.nement results reveal the crystal phase f.rroelectric tetragonal BaTiO_(3)f.r the samples with x=0,0.0015 and 0.01,as well as a consistent increment in the lattice parameters caused by the *** solubility limit of.Gd^(3+)and Eu^(3+)in the BaTiO_(3)structure is reached f.r the sample with x>0.01,and the orthorhombic Eu_2TiO_(5)and monoclinic BaTi_(2)O_(5)secondary phases were *** Raman results show the characteristic peaks of.f.rroelectric tetragonal BaTiO_(3)around 716 cm^(-1)(LO of.A1 symmetry),515 cm^(-1)(TO of.A1 symmetry),and 305 cm^(-1)(B1).The maximum relative permittivity measured at 1 kHz was recorded to be 6151.8 f.r the sample with x=0.0015,and a decrease in the Curie temperature to 105℃with respect to the undoped sample was *** punctual microanalysis f.r the samples with x=0.0015,0.01,and 0.1 reveals grains composed of.Ba,Ti,O,Gd,and Eu homogeneously distributed in the BaTiO_(3)*** Ba/Ti ratios f.r samples with x=0.0015,0.01 and 0.1 are 2.86,2.91,and 0.68,respectively,indicating substitution at the Ti site f.r samples with x=0.0015 and 0.01 and a substitution at the Ba site f.r the sample with x=0.1.

Assessment of.the piroxicam-incited model of.synchronized colitis in T-cell receptor alpha chain-def.cient mice

Background:A multitude of.mouse models are utilized to emulate and study intestinal inf.ammation.T-cell receptor alpha chain(TCRα)-def.cient mice are used as a model of.spontaneous colitis that has similarities with human ulcerative ***,colitis is triggered late in the lif. of.the mouse(age:4-5 months),and inf.ammation does not develop at the same time in dif.erent mice.A previously conducted study reported that the administration of.the drug piroxicam triggered predictable and early colitis in TCRα-def.cient mice at the age of.6-8 ***,a detailed characterization of.ensuing inf.ammation was not ***:We conducted an in-depth examination of.piroxicam-triggered colitis in TCRα-def.cient mice,with emphasis on spatial histopathologic changes and analysis of.expression of.inf.ammatory ***,we tested amelioration of.colitis with ***:We conf.rmed that piroxicam induced a time-prescribed colitis and did so in the proximal colon as well as the cecum of.TCRα-def.cient *** adminis-tration was observed to induce epithelial hyperplasia,goblet cell loss,and leukocyte inf.ltration with occasional ulceration.A Swiss roll technique was used to examine the colon and cecum in its ***,we observed that inf.ammation was mul-tif.cal segmental,with areas of.tissue damage in between healthy *** addition,we observed variability in the severity of.inf.ammation among replicate animals and treatments,and that the administration of.dexamethasone only partially ameliorated inf.ammation in the proximal ***:Piroxicam consistently induced multif.cal segmental colitis in the proxi-mal colon and cecum,although the degree of.inf.ammation was reduced in the ***,spatial variability in inf.ammation in the large intestine and the inter-replicate variation in the severity of.inf.ammation must be taken into consideration when utilizing this murine model of.synchronized colitis.

The oxidation behavior of.Ni-based superalloy GH4742 exposed to water vapor was investigated at 900-1100℃f.r 50 h in Ar+20%H_(2)O,with Ar+20%O_(2)included f.r *** presence of.H_(2)O is adverse to f.rmation of.continuous Cr_(2)O_(3)oxide layer but contributes to generation of.big *** on this,Ni^(2+)and Co^(2+)are more easily to dif.use towards the outermost oxide layer(OOL),f.rming non-protective Ni-and Co-rich oxides with high *** leads to a higher weight gain in Ar+20%H_(2)O than that in Ar+20%O_(2).At elevated temperatures,the spallation of.oxide scale occurs while the consumption of.Cr is reduced in Ar+20%H_(2)O,and the contents of.Ni-and Co-rich oxides at this moment are reduced in the *** oxidation mechanism was also discussed.
