Dielectric nanocomposites with superb high-temperature capacitive performance based on high intrinsic dielectric constant polymer

Advancements in power electronics necessitate dielectric polymer films capable of operating at high temperatures and possessing high energy *** significant strides have been achieved by integrating inorganic fillers into high-temperature polymer matrices,the inherently low dielectric constants of these matrices have tempered the magnitude of *** this work,we report an innovative nanocomposite based on sulfonylated polyimide(SPI),distinguished by the incorporation of sulfonyl groups within the SPI backbone and the inclusion of wide bandgap hafnium dioxide(HfO_(2))*** nanocomposite has demonstrated notable enhancements in thermal stability,dielectric properties,and capacitive performance at elevated *** simulations at both molecular and mesoscopic levels have elucidated the mechanisms behind these improvements,which could be attributed to confined segmental motion,an optimized electronic band structure,and a diminished incidence of dielectric breakdown ascribed to the presence of sulfonyl ***,the SPI-HfO_(2)nanocomposite demonstrates a high charge-discharge efficiency of 95.7%at an elevated temperature of 150℃and an applied electric field of 200 MV/***,it achieves a maximum discharged energy density of 2.71 J/cm^(3),signalling its substantial potential for energy storage applications under extreme conditions.

Selection Method for New Energy Output Guaranteed Rates Considering Optimal Energy Storage Configuration

The output of new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic power features volatility and randomness. It is a practical approach to use the guaranteed rate with statistical characteristics to analyze the output coefficient of new energy. However, there is a lack of analysis and demonstration on the value of the new energy output guaranteed rate. To solve this problem, a selection method for the new energy output guaranteed rate considering optimal energy storage configuration is proposed. First, the influence of the new energy output guaranteed rate on the new energy output coefficient is analyzed. Secondly, with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive costs, an optimal configuration model of energy storage based on the output guaranteed rate of new energy is constructed, and particle swarm optimization is used for the optimization solution. Then, according to the optimal energy storage configuration results under different guaranteed rates, a reasonable new energy output guaranteed rate is determined by maximizing the comprehensive benefits obtained from energy storage. Finally, an example applied to the power grid in an area of Guangdong in Southern China is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Multi-Objective Optimization Based on Life Cycle Assessment for Hybrid Solar and Biomass Combined Cooling,Heating and Power System

Highly dispersive tetrahedral vanadium species on pure silica ZSM-12 zeolite boosting the selective oxidation of cyclohexane into cyclohexanone

The selective oxidation of cyclohexane is a promising green route for the production of KA oil(cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone),but remains a huge challenge to design high-performing heterogeneous catalysts under mild ***,a pure silica ZSM-12(MTW topology)zeolite was applied as the support to immobilize highly dispersive tetrahedrally coordinated vanadium(V)species and the constructed catalyst 1%V/SZ-12 exhibited high efficiency in the fast and selective oxidation of cyclohexane into cyclohexanone with H_(2)O_(2).The reaction completed within 30 s,affording the selectivity of 99%towards cyclohexanone and the extremely high turnover frequency(TOF)of 5,891 h^(-1).1%V/SZ-12 was facilely reused with stable activity and feasibly extended to the oxidation of various cyclohexane *** one-dimensional 12-membered ring microchannels contributed to the formation and accessibility of tetrahedrally coordinated high valent V5+species as the robust active centers,which activated H_(2)O_(2) to generate V–O–O·,the active oxygen species for the electrophilic attack on cyclohexane to produce cyclohexanone as the sole product.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC)is a biliary disease accompanied by chronic inflammation of the liver and biliary *** stem cells(MSCs)are used to treat liver diseases because of their immune regulation and regeneration-promoting *** study was performed to explore the therapeutic potential of human placental MSCs(hP-MSCs)in PSC through the Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)receptor *** tissues were collected from patients with PSC and healthy donors(n=4)for RNA sequencing and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoid ***-MSCs were injected via the tail vein into Mdr2^(-/-),bile duct ligation(BDL),and 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine(DDC)mouse models or co-cultured with organoids to confirm their therapeutic effect on biliary *** in bile acid metabolic profile were analyzed by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Compared with healthy controls,liver tissues and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoids from PSC patients were characterized by inflammation and cholestasis,and marked downregulation of bile acid receptor TGR5 ***-MSC treatment apparently reduced the inflammation,cholestasis,and fibrosis in Mdr2^(-/-),BDL,and DDC model *** activating the phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase pathway,hP-MSC treatment promoted the proliferation of cholangiocytes,and affected the transcription of downstream nuclear factorκB through regulation of the binding of TGR5 and Pellino3,thereby affecting the cholangiocyte inflammatory phenotype.

Comparing short-term outcomes of robot-assisted and conventional laparoscopic total mesorectal excision surgery for rectal cancer in elderly patients

Device design principles and bioelectronic applications for flexible organic electrochemical transistors

Organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs) exhibit significant potential for applications in healthcare and human-machine interfaces, due to their tunable synthesis, facile deposition, and excellent biocompatibility. Expanding OECTs to the fexible devices will significantly facilitate stable contact with the skin and enable more possible bioelectronic applications. In this work,we summarize the device physics of fexible OECTs, aiming to offer a foundational understanding and guidelines for material selection and device architecture. Particular attention is paid to the advanced manufacturing approaches, including photolithography and printing techniques, which establish a robust foundation for the commercialization and large-scale fabrication. And abundantly demonstrated examples ranging from biosensors, artificial synapses/neurons, to bioinspired nervous systems are summarized to highlight the considerable prospects of smart healthcare. In the end, the challenges and opportunities are proposed for fexible OECTs. The purpose of this review is not only to elaborate on the basic design principles of fexible OECTs, but also to act as a roadmap for further exploration of wearable OECTs in advanced bio-applications.

Study on the α-cyclodextrin/poly(ethylene glycol) self-assembly supramolecular nanoparticles for drug delivery

This paper reports the synthesis and drug delivery properties of a novel supramolecular nanoparticle.α-Cyclodextrins(α-CD) were threaded on cinnamic acid modified poly(ethylene glycol) to form inclusion complex nanoparticles by supramolecular *** anti-tumor drug doxorubicin was loaded in the nanoparticles and released in vitro to study the drug release behavior and the anti-tumor *** structure and morphology of the nanoparticles were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance,X-ray diffraction,ultraviolet absorbance,dynamic laser scattering,scanning electronic microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and atom force *** distribution of the drug loaded nanoparticles in cells and the anti-tumor effects were studied by confocal laser *** results demonstrate that the supramolecular nanoparticle is biocompatible and it is a promising carrier for drug delivery systems.

An imperfect propagation environment or optical system would introduce wavefront aberrations to vortex *** phase aberrations and orbital angular momentum in a vortex beam are proved to be mutually restrictive in parameter *** make traditional topological charge(TC)probing methods ineffective while the phase singularity makes phase retrieval difficult due to the aliasing between the wrapped phase jump and the vortex phase *** interactive probing method is proposed to make measurements of the aberrated phase and orbital angular momentum in a vortex beam assist rather than hinder each *** phase unwrapping is liberated from the phase singularity by an annular shearing interference technique while the TC value is determined by a Moirétechnique immune to *** and experimental results proving the method effective are *** is of great significance to judge the characteristics of vortex beams passing through nonideal environments and optical systems.
