In vivo measurement of radioactivity based on various body counters is arguably the leading measure used to determine the distribution and activity of radionuclides in human subjects,such as I-131 in the thyroid,Am-241 in the lungs,and Pb-210 in the *** the measurements,the radiation background is the key factor that determines the sensitivity of the ***,to facilitate in vivo measurements,a well-designed shielding room is required to create a low-background ***,because the compositions of the radiation background are quite complicated,the respective contributions from each source remain obscure,which places a considerable burden on seeking an optimized design of shielding rooms that strikes the optimum balance between the construction cost and background suppression *** this study,we conducted a systematic experimental investigation on the radiation background outside and inside four representative body counters with assorted designs using a variety of radiation detectors,including high-purity germanium detectors,CdZnTe detector,radon emanometer,and gamma-ray *** carefully controlling the experimental conditions and synergetic analysis of the measurement results,in conjunction with previous studies,we separated and determined the relative contributions induced by environmental radiation(4%),airborne radon and its daughters(2%),the normal radioactivity of human subjects arising from K-40(58%),cosmic rays(12%),and radioactivity in shielding materials and measuring instruments(24%).Furthermore,based on these results,we discuss practical guidelines to design a shielding room for body counters.

目的比较配戴多区正向设计离焦(DIMS)框架眼镜和角膜塑形镜对儿童近视进展的延缓效果。方法采用非随机对照临床研究方法,纳入2018年1月至2020年12月于郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的近视儿童390例390眼,等效球镜度(SER)为-0.75~-6.00 D。依据患儿及其监护人意愿将受试者分为DIMS框架眼镜组、角膜塑形镜组和单光框架眼镜组,每组130例130眼,分别给予配戴DIMS框架眼镜、标准型或带散光设计角膜塑形镜及非球面设计的普通单光足矫框架眼镜,分别在戴镜前及戴镜后1年采用全自动电脑验光仪联合主觉验光测定受试眼SER;采用IOLMaster测量眼轴长度(AL)。最终符合纳入及排除标准的随访者共327例327眼,其中DIMS框架眼镜组107例107眼、角膜塑形镜组112例112眼、单光框架眼镜组104例104眼,均取右眼数据纳入分析。比较3个组受试眼戴镜前及戴镜后1年SER和AL及其变化量。DIMS框架眼镜组受试眼AL和SER变化量与基线资料的关系评估采用Pearson线性相关分析。结果DIMS框架眼镜组、角膜塑形镜组、单光框架眼镜组不同时间点SER和AL总体比较差异均有统计学意义(SER:F_(组别)=7.065,P=0.009;F_(时间)=183.730,P<***:F_(组别)=6.151,P=0.014;F_(时间)=175.290,P<0.001),戴镜后1年3个组受试眼SER和AL变化量总体比较差异均有统计学意义(F=7.065,P=0.009;F=6.151,P=0.014),其中各组1年后SER和AL均大于基线时,角膜塑形镜组和DIMS框架眼镜组SER和AL及其变化量均明显小于单光框架眼镜组,DIMS框架眼镜组SER和AL及其变化量均大于角膜塑形镜组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与单光框架眼镜相比,配戴角膜塑形镜1年能分别抑制SER和AL进展58.3%和59.0%,配戴DIMS框架眼镜1年能分别抑制SER和AL进展46.9%和43.6%。戴镜1年单光框架眼镜组、角膜塑形镜组和DIMS框架眼镜组SER无变化的眼数占比分别为5.77%(6/104)、24.11%(27/112)和17.76%(19/107),AL无变化的眼数占比分别为0.00%(0/104)、8.93%(10/112)和7.48%(8/107),总体比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=9.316、8.676,均P<0.001)。DIMS框架眼镜组AL变化量与年龄呈弱负相关(r=-0.252,P=0.006)。结论配戴DIMS框架眼镜对儿童近视的延缓效果不及角膜塑形镜,但明显优于配戴普通单光框架眼镜。

Deep Learning for Seasonal Precipitation Prediction over China

Despite significant progress having been made in recent years,the forecast skill for seasonal precipitation over China remains *** this study,a deep-learning-based statistical prediction model for seasonal precipitation over China was *** model was trained to learn the distribution of the seasonal precipitation using simultaneous general circulation ***,it was pre-trained with the hindcasts of several general circulation models(GCMs),and evaluation of the test set suggested that the pre-trained model could basically reproduce the GCM-predicted precipitation,with the anomaly pattern correlation coefficients(PCCs)greater than ***,transfer learning was applied by using ECMWF Reanalysis v5(ERA5)data and gridded precipitation observational data over China,to further correct the systemic errors in the *** a result,using general circulation fields from reanalysis as the input,this hybrid model performed reasonably well in simulating the seasonal precipitation over China,with the PCC reaching *** addition,the results using the circulation fields predicted by GCMs as the input were also *** general,the proposed model improves the PCC over China by 0.10-0.13,as compared to the raw GCM outputs,for lead times of 1-4 *** deep learning model has been used at the National Climate Center of China Meteorological Administration for the past two years to provide guidance for summer precipitation prediction over China and has performed extremely well.

Identification and Purification of an Allergic Glycoprotein from Ginkgo biloba Kernel

Glycoprotein from Ginkgo biloba kernel may be allergic. In this paper, the allergic proteins were identified with Western blotting, and the 32 kDa glycoprotein was purified with ion exchange chromatography and gel chromatography. With Western blotting, there were 3 allergic proteins with molecular weight 21, 32, and 36 kDa. With SDS-PAGE analysis and measurements of the protein and sugar contents, the isolation and purification technology of 32 kDa was confirmed. Ginkgo crude protein extract was precipitated with ammonium sulphate （saturation gradient： 40-80%）. The precipitate was purified by chromatography with DEAE-cellulose 52, then chromatography with Sephadex G-200 and the target glycoprotein was finally obtained. The analysis results showed the molecule of the glycoprotein was 32.12 kDa and the ratio of protein to sugar was 20.56：1. In conclusion, the purification method could be used in preparation of the glycoprotein, and the study could provide a basis for the further research of the glycoprotein.

目的:探究鼻内镜下腺样体低温等离子射频消融术治疗小儿鼾症合并腺样体肥大的效果及安全性。方法:选取本院2021年11月至2023年11月收治的90例小儿鼾症合并腺样体肥大患儿,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各45例;对照组采用常规腺样体刮除术治疗,研究组则采用鼻内镜下腺样体低温等离子射频消融术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(88.89%)高于对照组(71.11%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d肺部第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)高于对照组,肾上腺素(E)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、皮质醇(Cor)水平低于对照组,疼痛指数(VAS)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)评分低于对照组,以及术后并发症发生率研究组(4.44%)低于对照组(17.78%),手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:鼻内镜下腺样体低温等离子射频消融术可提升小儿鼾症合并腺样体肥大患儿通气功能和睡眠呼吸质量,缓解术后疼痛和应激刺激,改善围术期指标,降低并发症发生风险,术式实用性较高。

To obtain better comprehensive properties of cast Al-Cu-Mg alloys,the secondary aging(T6I6)process(including initial aging,interrupted aging and re-aging stages)was optimized by an orthogonal *** microstructures of the optimized Al-Cu-Mg alloy were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,and the properties were investigated by hardness measurements,tensile tests,exfoliation corrosion tests,and intergranular corrosion *** show that the S phase andθ’phase simultaneously exist in the T6I6 treated *** increasing the temperature of the interrupted aging in the T6I6 process can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Al-Cu-Mg *** optimal comprehensive properties(tensile strength of 443.6 MPa,hardness of 161.6 HV)of the alloy are obtained by initial aging at 180℃for 2 h,interrupted aging at 90℃for 30 min,and re-aging at 170℃for 4 h.

Integrating intermittent wind power into power systems results in low or zero inertia, threatening their frequency stability. To accommodate intermittent generations, the demand response(DR) is introduced, and air conditioning loads(ACs) account for an increasing proportion of all loads. The replacement of traditional generators with wind turbines and the ACs user uncertainties produce parameter uncertainties. This paper aims to construct an equivalent input disturbance(EID)-based load frequency control(LFC) strategy for the power system by considering wind power and ACs. First, an open-loop model is constructed for the LFC scheme with parameter uncertainties. Then, the parameter uncertainties and external disturbance are lumped into a fictitious disturbance, which is estimated using an EID *** incorporating the estimation of disturbance into the control input, the disturbance-rejection performance is achieved. Next, the Lyapunov theory is used to derive the two linear-matrix-inequality-based asymptotic stability criteria. A design algorithm is developed for the EID-based LFC scheme by exploiting an overall performance evaluation index. Finally, simulation results for the single-area and two-area LFC schemes show that, compared with the existing approaches, the method presented realizes the better disturbance rejection and higher robustness against parameter uncertainties, wind power fluctuation, and tie-line power ***, its robustness to time delays is verified.

分别采用进口与国产铬系催化剂在Innovene S工艺装置上生产了小中空容器专用高密度聚乙烯HD5502W,利用凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热法分析等对比了HD5502W的粒径、相对分子质量及其分布、力学性能等。结果表明:采用国产催化剂生产的HD5502W粉料粒径较大,分布更均匀集中;国产催化剂活性为3400~3600 kg/kg,每吨乙烯平均消耗1-己烯3.7 kg,共聚性能优于进口催化剂;采用国产催化剂制备的HD5502W的相对分子质量分布为9.50,大于进口催化剂(8.66),且当重均分子量大于1×105时,HD5502W大分子链段中的1-己烯含量明显较使用进口催化剂高,力学性能和加工性能优于采用进口催化剂。
