Aberrant regulation of DNA methylation plays a crucial causative role in haematological malignancies(HMs).Targeted therapy,aiming for DNA methylation,is an effective mainstay of modem medicine;however,many issues remain to be addressed.The progress of epigenetic studies and the proposed theory of"state-target medicine"have provided conditions to form a new treatment paradigm that combines the"body state adjustment"of CM with targeted therapy.We discussed the correlation between Chinese medicine(CM)syndromes/states and DNA methylation in this paper.Additionally,the latest research findings on the intervention and regulation of DNA methylation in HMs,including the core targets,therapy status,CM compounds and active components of the Chinese materia medica were concisely summarized to establish a theoretical foundation of"state-target synchronous conditioning"pattern of integrative medicine for HMs,simultaneously leading a new perspective in clinical diagnosis and therapy.

Developing an effective method for improving the reproducibility of positive temperature coefficient(PTC)effect is of great significance for large-scale application of polymer based PTC composites,owing to its contribution to the security and reliability.Herein,we developed a carbon black(CB)/high density polyethylene(HDPE)/poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)composite with outstanding PTC reproducibility,by incorporating 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide([OMIm][NTf2])into the composite.After multiple repeated temperature cycles,the PTC performance of as-prepared material keeps almost unchanged and the varition of resistance at room temperature is less than 7%.Our studies revealed that[OMIm][NTf2]contributes to the improvement of PTC reproducibility in two ways:(i)it acts as an efficient plasticizer for refining the co-continuous phase morphology of HDPE/PVDE blends;(ii)it inhibits the crystallization of PVDF through the dilution effect,leading to more overlaps of the volume shrinkage process of HDPE and PVDF melt which results in the decrease of interface gap between HDPE and PVDF.This study demonstrated that ionic liquids as the multifunctional agents have great potential for improving the reproducibility in the application of the binary polymer based PTC composites.

A Zr-Gd alloy with neutron poisoning properties and resistance to boiling concentrated HNO3 corrosion was developed based on a corrosion-resistant Zr-702 alloy to meet the demand for neutron shielding in the closed-loop treatment of spent fuel and the nuclear chemical industry.In this study,1 wt.%,3 wt.%,5 wt.%,7 wt.%,and 9 wt.%Zr-Gd alloys were designed and fabricated with Zr-702 as the control element.The electrochemical behavior of the Zr-Gd alloys in boiling concentrated HNO3 was investigated,and the neutron shielding effect on plate thickness and Gd content was simulated.The experimental results demonstrate that the corrosion resistance of the alloy decreased slightly before~7-9 wt.%with increasing Gd content;this is the inflection point of its corrosion resistance.The alloy uniformly dissolved the Gd content that could not be dissolved in the Zr lattice,resulting in numerous micropores on the passivation coating,which deteriorated and accelerated the corrosion rate.The MCNP simulation demonstrated that when the Gd content was increased to 5 wt.%,a 2-mm-thick plate can shield 99.9%neutrons;an alloy with a Gd content≥7 wt.%required only a 1-mm-thick plate,thereby showing that the addition of Gd provides an excellent neutron poisoning effect.Thus,the corrosion resistance and neutron shielding performance of the Zr-Gd alloy can meet the harsh service requirements of the nuclear industry.

Graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)is the most common complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and also an important factor affecting the survival and quality of life in patients after transplantation.Currently,immunosuppressive therapy is commonly used for GVHD,but the curative effect is not ideal.How to effectively prevent and treat GVHD is one of the difficulties to be solved urgently in the field of transplantation.In this paper,we summarize the latest progress in pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of GVHD with Chinese medicine(CM).We hope it will provide ideas and methods for exploring the mechanism and establishing a new comprehensive therapy for GVHD with CM.

Background:Aeromedical evacuation of patients with burn trauma is an important transport method in times of peace and war,during which patients are exposed to prolonged periods of hypobaric hypoxia;however,the effects of such exposure on burn injuries,particularly on burn-induced lung injuries,are largely unexplored.This study aimed to determine the effects of hypobaric hypoxia on burn-induced lung injuries and to investigate the underlying mechanism using a rat burn model.Methods:A total of 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups(10 in each group):sham burn(SB)group,burn in normoxia condition(BN)group,burn in hypoxia condition(BH)group,and burn in hypoxia condition with treatment intervention(BHD)group.Rats with 30%total body surface area burns were exposed to hypobaric hypoxia(2000 m altitude simulation)or normoxia conditions for 4 h.Deoxyribonuclease I(DNase I)was administered systemically as a treatment intervention.Systemic inflammatory mediator and mitochondrial deoxyribonucleic acid(mtDNA)levels were determined.A histopathological evaluation was performed and the acute lung injury(ALI)score was determined.Malonaldehyde(MDA)content,myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity,and the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3)inflammasome level were determined in lung tissues.Data among groups were compared using analysis of variance followed by Tukey’s test post hoc analysis.Results:Burns resulted in a remarkably higher level of systemic inflammatory cytokines and mtDNA release,which was further heightened by hypobaric hypoxia exposure(P<0.01).Moreover,hypobaric hypoxia exposure gave rise to increased NLRP3 inflammasome expression,MDA content,and MPO activity in the lung(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Burn-induced lung injuries were exacerbated,as shown by the histopathological evaluation and ALI score(P<0.01).Administration of DNase I markedly reduced mtDNA release and systemic inflammatory cytokine production.Furthermore,the NLRP3 inflammasome level in lung tissu

A waterproof nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy core with a size of O.D.850 mm×I.D.316 mm×H.25 mm for radio frequency acceleration was successfully developed by winding 18μm 1k107b MA ribbons.Theμ'_(p)Qf products reached 7.5,10,and 12 GHz at 1,3,and 5 MHz,respectively.Theμ'_(p)Qf products of the MA core(O.D.250 mm×I.D.100 mm×H.25 mm)manufactured using a 13μm MA ribbon further increased by 30%.Detailed improvements on the MA core manufacture process are discussed herein.Continuous high-power tests on the new MA cores demonstrated its good performance of waterproofness,particularly its stability of highμ'_(p)Qf products.The MA core with highμ'pQf product and large size can operate under a high average RF power,high electric field,and in deionized water,which will be used in the China Spallation Neutron Source PhaseⅡ(CSNS-Ⅱ).

This paper reports geochronological data of detrital zircons from the country rock and sedimentary xenoliths of the Cilincuo pluton（79±0.7 Ma） in the southern Yidun arc belt and the inherited zircons from the Late Triassic granites in the eastern Yidun arc belt, eastern Tibet Plateau. Detrital zircons ages from the sedimentary xenoliths have four prominent peaks at 2.5–2.4 Ga, 1.9–1.8 Ga, 480–400 Ma, and 350–300 Ma, whereas those from the country rock exhibit another four prominent peaks at 1.9–1.8 Ga, 850–700 Ma, 480–400 Ma, and 300–250 Ma. Based on comparison with age data from previous studies, we suggest that the sedimentary xenoliths are from the Lanashan Formation and the major provenance of them is Qiangtang Block, Zhongza massif and South China Block, whereas the country rock belongs to the Lamaya Formation and the major provenance of them is similar to those of the neighbouring Songpan-Garzê terrane. In addition, the inherited zircons from the Late Triassic granites in the eastern Yidun arc belts have a prominent Neoproterozoic age population（900–700 Ma）, which suggests that there is an old basement with west Yangtze Craton affinity beneath the Triassic sediments. Combining with previous studies, we propose that the provenances of the formations vary from the Lanashan Formation to the Lamaya Formation which may indicate a record of the final closure of the Garzê-Litang Ocean.

党组织是我国城市基层治理的关键主体与核心力量。以江苏省Z社区为考察样本,从“政党整合”的角度出发,探讨城市社区网格化治理中基层党组织的行动逻辑。“政治整合、组织整合、资源整合、技术整合”是网格化治理中基层党组织的主要表现:在政治整合上,通过方向引领与规则制定营造网格治理运行的政治生态;在组织整合上,通过柔性嵌入、服务吸纳与党群协同的方式统合多元化的组织力量;在资源整合上,通过赋权街道党工委和社区党建引领的方式促进部门协同与属地资源共享;在技术整合上,通过信息的智能化采集与归类处理重塑行政治理手段并再造城市管理流程。本质上,“政党整合”的治理逻辑是对基层社会秩序重建的一种创新实践探索,反映了中国共产党回应基层治理危机强大的调适能力,有助于推动国家社会关系的重构,并建构中国本土化的基层治理理论体系。

中国城乡发展不平衡与乡村发展不充分已成为一个突出的结构性矛盾,借鉴世界乡村复兴的成功经验有着内在的必要性。文章以"嵌入性"为分析视角,基于政策文本分析,从"政策—空间—技术"三大维度重点考察了法国乡村建设的行动逻辑。研究发现,法国乡村建设主要遵循三条规律:在本原性层次上,通过多元化的"政策嵌入"营造积极的乡村复兴环境,进而达到清除弊害政策、破解建设壁垒以及增强乡村复兴内在动力的目的;在实践性维度上,通过产业集中、中小企业转型、地域功能分类的"空间嵌入"策略,推进乡村要素资源的重组与优化,进而增强乡村空间的整体性治理能力;在方法论层次上,通过多类"技术嵌入"乡村空间,以达到再造乡村复兴手段与"主体赋能"的根本目的。因此,营造网络化的乡村政策环境,推进乡村的"分类振兴"与"适度集中",以及强化技术驱动下的数字乡村建设,是新时代中国乡村振兴全面推进的努力方向。
