It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

BACKGROUND Lymphovascular invasion(LVI)and perineural invasion(PNI)are associated with decreased survival in colorectal cancer(CRC),but its significance in N1c stage remains to be clearly *** We retrospectively identified 107 consecutive patients who had CRC with N1c disease radically resected at our *** were reviewed for LVI and PNI by one pathologist blinded to the patients’***-free survival(DFS),overall survival(OS)and cancer-specific survival(CSS)were determined using the Kaplan-Meier method,with LVI and PNI prognosis differences determined by multivariate analysis using the Cox multiple hazards *** were compared using log-rank *** receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the prognostic predictive *** The median follow-up time was 63.17(45.33-81.37)months for DFS,with 33.64%(36/107)of patients experiencing recurrence;21.5%of tumors were found to be LVI positive and 44.9%PNI *** 5-year DFS rate was greater for patients with LVI-negative tumors compared with LVI-positive tumors(74.0%vs 35.6%),and PNI was similar(82.5%vs 45.1%).On multivariate analysis,LVI[hazard ratio(HR)=3.368,95%confidence interval(CI):1.628-6.966,P=0.001]and PNI(HR=3.055,95%CI:1.478-6.313,P=0.002)were independent prognostic factors for *** patients could be divided into three groups of patients with different prognosis according to LVI and *** 5-year ROC curve for LVI,PNI and their combination prediction of DFS was 0.646,0.709 and 0.759,*** results were seen for OS and *** LVI and PNI could serve as independent prognostic factors of outcomes in N1c CRC *** with LVI or PNI should be given more attention during treatment.

Recent developments in chirality chemistry have revealed remarkable instances of atropisomers featuring multiple chiral elements. Despite significant progress in the synthesis and application of atropisomers, developing a synthetic protocol for the simultaneous introduction of axial and point chirality is still a fascinating challenge. In this context, we present a convenient and versatile method for synthesizing novel atropisomers with axial and point chirality. This approach, based on a new reaction mechanism with nickel-controlled Si–C bond activation, facilitates the controllable migratory insertion of aldehydes into the Ni–C bond. We utilize multidimensional strategies of desymmetrization, kinetic resolution and dynamic kinetic resolution to complete enantioselective nickel-catalyzed ring expansion of benzosilacyclobutenes with aldehydes. The design of multidimensional kinetic resolution, desymmetrization, and dynamic resolution, features a straightforward catalytic system, mild reaction conditions, and broad functional group tolerances. Various axially chiral biaryl oxasilacycles bearing carbon-or siliconstereogenic centers are obtained with excellent diastereo-and enantio-selectivities(up to >20:1 dr and >99.9% ee) through the use of a chiral Ni complex with a large cavity-type 1,1,4,4-tetra-aryl-2,3-O-isopropylidene-L-threitol(TADDOL)-derived phosphoramidite ligand.

基于实验室模拟燃烧以及稀释通道采样系统,利用扫描电迁移率粒径谱仪,采集分析了不同地区7种蜂窝煤和11种块煤燃烧排放亚微米颗粒物的数浓度和粒径分布特征,并获得了分粒径段数浓度排放因子和呼吸道沉积通量.结果表明,蜂窝煤和块煤燃烧过程中会排放大量亚微米颗粒物.亚微米颗粒物数浓度在核模态以及爱根核模态内下降趋势明显,在积聚模态低粒径段(100nm≤Dp≤200nm)下降趋势减弱,在积聚模态高粒径段(200nm≤Dp)颗粒物数浓度随粒径增长逐渐上升.蜂窝煤和块煤燃烧排放颗粒物总数浓度排放因子分别为(9.9×10^(14)±5.3×10^(14))个/kg和(1.4×10^(15)±7.9×10^(14))个/kg.块煤燃烧排放的三模态平均数浓度排放因子分别为(1.0×10^(15)±5.9×10^(14))、(2.8×10^(14)±2.5×10^(14))和(6.4×10^(13)±3.5×10^(13))个/kg,块煤在3个模态当中的数浓度排放因子分别是蜂窝煤1.3倍、1.9倍以及1.5倍.采用ICRP计算模型得出,蜂窝煤和块煤的总沉积通量(RDF)分别为7.6×10^(12)~4.7×10^(13)个/min和5.7×10^(12)~3.3×10^(13)个/min.燃烧排放的亚微米颗粒物中核模态与爱根核模态颗粒在呼吸道的沉积量占比超过90%.在呼吸系统的3个区域中,颗粒RDF尺寸分布均呈递减分布.本研究对比分析了不同地区民用煤燃烧排放不同粒径段颗粒物数浓度粒径分布、排放因子和吸入暴露,可为数浓度清单构建、效应模拟改进和健康风险评估等提供基础数据和有效支撑.

Growth of high-quality Nb_(3)Sn thin films for superconducting radiofrequency(SRF)applications using the vapor diffusion method requires a uniform distribution of tin nuclei on the niobium(Nb)*** study examines the mechanism underlying the observed non-uniform distribution of tin nuclei with tin chloride SnCl_(2).Electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)analysis was used to examine the correlation between the nucleation behavior and orientation of niobium grains in the *** findings of the density functional theory(DFT)simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results,showing that the non-uniform distribution of tin nuclei is the result of the adsorption energy of SnCl_(2)molecules by varied niobium grain *** analysis indicated that the surface roughness and grain size of niobium also played significant roles in the nucleation *** study provides valuable insights into enhancing the surface pretreatment of niobium substrates during the growth of Nb_(3)Sn thin films using the vapor diffusion method.

In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

Lithium-ion hybrid capacitors(LIHCs) are gaining more attention and applications because they break the performance limitations of supercapacitors(SCs) and lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the difference of energy storage mechanism between anode and cathode is a problem that must be faced by Li-ion hybrid *** selection of suitable anode and cathode materials is one of the effective ways to solve this ***,we synthesized hollow spherical perovskite fluoride NaNiF3 by a simple and safe *** specific capacity of NaNiF3 is 142 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) for 1000 *** mechanism in the cycling of NaNiF3 electrodes was investigated using ex situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),which is typical of the conversion ***,the NaNiF_(3)//activated carbon(AC) Li-ion hybrid capacitor assembled and showed better energy density(69 Wh·kg^(-1)) and power density(5699 W·kg^(-1)).Its capacity retention after long cycling was 79%.The use of NaNiF3 expands the choice of electrode materials for LIHCs and extends their practical applications.

Carbon deposition reaction is unfavorable for smooth operation of blast furnace,while the product of carburization reaction is a superior iron-bearing raw material in non-blast furnace *** kinetic triplet of these two reactions was obtained based on non-isothermal kinetic *** to the Sharp–Wentworth method,the activation energy of the carburization reaction is 397.77 kJ/mol,and the activation energies of the carbon depositions on hematite and magnetite are 188.92 and 100.89 kJ/mol,*** carburization reaction is controlled by the Jander mechanism,and the carbon depositions on hematite and magnetite are both controlled by the mechanism of Zhuravlev–Lesokhin–*** on Coats–Redfern method,the activation energies of the above three reactions are 360.65,149.29,and 102.36 kJ/mol,*** carburization reaction is a first-order reaction,while the carbon depositions on hematite and magnetite are both third-order *** particular,the negative activation energy is obtained if considering the anti-Arrhenius circumstance in the Sharp-Wentworth *** on above results,it is feasible to adopt non-isothermal kinetic method to study the kinetic triplet of a *** to the obtained activation energies and reaction mechanism functions,the simulated kinetic data are in good agreement with the experimental values even using the negative activation energy.
