Since gas hydrate exists in three different forms at the same time such as pore filling,particle support and separate stratification,the calculation method of hydrate saturation using traditional shaly sand formation interpretation models is equivalent to considering only the simple case that hydrate exists as pore filling,and does not consider other complex states.Based on the analysis of hydrate resistivity experimental data and the general form of the resistivity-oil(gas)saturation relationship,the best simplified formula of hydrate saturation calculation is derived,then the physical meaning of the three items are clarified:they respectively represent the resistivity index-saturation relationship when hydrate particles are completely distributed in the pores of formation rocks,supported in the form of particles,and exist in layers,corresponding quantitative evaluation method of hydrate saturation is built.The field application shows that the hydrate saturation calculated by this method is closer to that obtained by sampling analysis.At the same time,it also provides a logging analysis basis for the effective development after hydrate exploration.

Central Asia(CA)is one of the most fragile regions worldwide owing to arid climate and accumulated human activities,and is a global hotspot due to gradually deteriorating ecological environment.The Amu Darya Basin(ADB),as the most economically and demographically important region in CA,is of particular concern.To determine the concentration,source and pollution status of heavy metals(HMs)in surface sediments of the ADB,154samples were collected and analyzed for metals across the basin.Correlation and cluster analysis,and positive matrix factorization model were implemented to understand metals’association and apportion their possible sources.Cumulative frequency distribution and normalization methods were used to determine the geochemical baseline values(GBVs).Then,various pollution indices and ecological risk index were employed to characterize and evaluate the pollution levels and associated risks based on the GBVs.Results indicated that the mean concentrations of HMs showed the following descending order in the surface sediments of ADB:Zn>Cr>Ni>Cu>Pb>Co>Cd.The spatial distribution maps showed that Cr,Ni,and Cu had relatively high enrichment in the irrigated agricultural area;high abundances of Zn,Pb,and Cd were mainly found in the urban areas.Four source factors were identified for these metals,namely natural sources,industrial discharge,agricultural activities,and mixed source of traffic and mining activities,accounting for 33.5%,11.4%,34.2%,and 20.9%of the total contribution,respectively.The GBVs of Cd,Zn,Pb,Cu,Ni,Cr,and Co in the ADB were 0.27,58.9,14.6,20.3,25.8,53.4,and 9.80 mg/kg,respectively,which were similar to the regional background values obtained from lake sediments in the bottom.In general,the assessment results revealed that surface sediments of the ADB were moderately polluted and low ecological risk by HMs.

Input-output efficiency model of urban greenenergy development from the perspective of a low-carbon economy

With the acceleration of urbanization,cities are the main targets for carbon neutrality and urban energy is the terminal of energy consumption and the integration point of various energy systems.Therefore,there is a need to promote the development of urban green energy and achieve low input and high output to achieve a low-carbon economy in cities.Previous studies have not considered the input-output efficiency of urban green-energy development.This study fills this gap.Based on the economic-energy-environmental framework,an input-output efficiency-evaluation index system for urban green-energy development was constructed.Based on improved data-envelopment analysis,a comparative evaluation of the input-output efficiency of green-energy development was carried out in 30 provinces in China in 2019.Considering the differences in regions,the development of urban green energy in different provinces was classified.From the perspective of a low-carbon economy,economic growth factors and environmental constraint factors were set.Together with the generalized Divisia index approach,the input-output efficiency optimization directions of urban green-energy development were obtained.The results showed that the input-output efficiencies of urban green-energy development in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Inner Mongolia,Ningxia and other provinces and cities were relatively high.Provinces with faster economic development and higher environmental carrying capacity have advantages after optimization and will become pilot areas for the development of urban green energy.This research provides a reference for the development of urban green energy in various provinces from the input and output perspective.

The targeted reservoir,which is referred as the first member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in Gulong Sag,Songliao Basin,NE China,is characterized by the enrichment of clay and lamellation fractures.Aiming at the technical challenge of determining oil saturation of such reservoir,nano-pores were accurately described and located through focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy and quantitative evaluation of minerals by scanning electron microscopy based on Simandoux model,to construct a 4D digital core frame.Electrical parameters of the shale reservoir were determined by finite element simulation,and the oil saturation calculation method suitable for shale was proposed.Comparison between the results from this method with that from real core test and 2D nuclear magnetic log shows that the absolute errors meet the requirements of the current reserve specification in China for clay-rich shale reservoir.Comparison analysis of multiple wells shows that the oil saturation values calculated by this method of several points vertically in single wells and multiple wells on the plane are in agreement with the test results of core samples and the regional deposition pattern,proving the accuracy and applicability of the method model.

Effect of Deformation Temperatures on Microstructure of AQ80 Magnesium Alloy under Repeated Upsetting-Extrusion

A new repeated upsetting-extrusion (RUE) process was proposed to improve the microstructure and the mechanical properties of Mg alloys. The effects of deformation temperature on the microstructure and microhardness of RUEed AQ80 Mg alloy were studied. The results showed that Mg alloy is subjected to sufficient corner shear deformation, upsetting deformation, and extrusion deformation, resulting in a large and uniformly distributed effective strain after RUE deformation. The microstructure is refined to an average grain size of 2.1 μm by the continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) mechanism at 250 °C. As the temperature increases to 300 °C, the discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) mechanism is activated and the average grain size is refined to 1.6 µm by the combined effect of CDRX and DDRX. In comparison to their parent grains, the orientations of the CDRXed grains show a clearly preferred orientation, but those of the DDRXed grains are completely different. At 350 °C, {10-12} extension twins appear in the microstructure, and the twinning-induced recrystallization (TDRX) mechanism plays an important role in grain refinement. With the two strengthening mechanisms of fine-grained strengthening and dislocation strengthening, the microhardness of the 250 °C sample is greatly improved, with an increase of about 35.1% compared to the initial sample.

Effect of steam spraying on a sintering bed on sinter quality and the emission of flue gas pollutants

The technology for spraying a sintering bed and thus improving sinter quality indicators while reducing the emission of flue gas pollutants has recently become an important research topic.The impacts on sinter quality and emissions when spraying the sintering surface with different amounts and flow rates of steam were investigated in this study.The sinter quality indicators were most effectively improved by spraying 180 g of steam flow continuously at a rate of 0.02 m^(3)/min for 15 min after ignition for 8 min.The optimal effect on emission reduction was obtained by spraying 90 g of steam flow continuously at a rate of 0.01 m^(3)/min for 15 min after ignition for 8 min.

Objective: Fluid therapy is one of the key components of perioperative management. However, evidence of intraoperative fluid(IOF) administration affecting clinical outcomes following McKeown esophagogastrectomy remains limited. This study investigated the impact of IOF on clinical outcomes after McKeown esophagogastrectomy.Methods: Patients who underwent McKeown esophagogastrectomy between July 2013 and July 2016 were identified. Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative variables for each eligible patient were retrospectively collected from our electronic medical records and anesthetic records. IOF rates were determined and their relationships to postoperative clinical outcomes were compared.Results: A total of 546 patients were enrolled in the analysis. The median IOF rate was 8.87 mL/kg/h. We divided the patients into two groups: a low fluid volume group(LFVG <8.87 mL/kg/h, n=273) and a high fluid volume group(HFVG ≥8.87 mL/kg/h, n=273). No statistically significant differences in postoperative clinical outcomes were found between LFVG and HFVG either before or after propensity score matching.Conclusions: No effect of IOF administration on clinical outcomes in patients undergoing McKeown esophagogastrectomy was identified. Further high-quality studies examining the influence of IOF administration on clinical outcomes following McKeown esophagogastrectomy are still needed.

Alloy 690TT tube samples with different scratch depths were repaired by grinding treatments using abra-sive papers of two different particle sizes.The microstructure and stress corrosion cracking(SCC)behavior were studied in detail.During grinding,the plastic accumulation zone vulnerable to SCC was removed.Meanwhile,some residual slip steps remained in the scratched area.Corrosion tests lasting 1000,2000,3000,and 4000 h show that the sensitivity and risk of SCC in the scratched area are decreased by grind-ing.Treatment using abrasive particles of a smaller size is more effective.Nevertheless,deep scratches remained hazardous even after the grinding.
