OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the role of electroacupuncture in maintaining brain plasticity in ischemic stroke mediated brain damage. METHODS: We searched for all relevant trials published through Oct 7， 2022 from seven databases. Methodological quality was assessed using the CAMARADES Risk of Bias Tool. A Meta-analysis of comparative effects was performed using Review Manager v.5.3 software. RESULTS: A total of 101 studies involving 2148 animals were included. For most studies， primary outcomes results of the Meta-analysis indicate that EA significantly improved ischemic stroke rat’s postsynaptic density thickness [Standardized Mean Difference (SMD) = 1.41， 95% confidence interval (CI) (0.59， 2.23)， P = 0.0008]， numerical density of synapses [SMD = 1.55， 95% CI (0.48， 2.63)， P = 0.005] compared with non-EA-treated. Similarly， EA could improve parts of biomarkers of synapses， neurogenesis， angiogenesis and neurotrophin activity than the control group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The existing evidence suggests EA regulating ischemic stroke may be through brain plasticity. More rigorous and high quality studies should be conducted in the future.

归纳推理和演绎推理这两种推理能力对于物理的学习和研究都至关重要,但是目前的高中物理课堂教学和考试评价主要针对的是演绎推理能力,而较少涉及归纳推理能力。作为学生认知发展的关键阶段,高中自然也是培养归纳推理能力的关键时期。在对现行的人教版、教科版、鲁科版、粤教版、沪教版、沪科版等六个版本新教材进行研究后发现:“归纳”一词在不同版本新教材中出现的频率并不相同,同时其培养场景也不尽相同。在教材分析的基础上,结合教学实际,给出了归纳推理能力培养的教学建议:引导学生认识到归纳推理方法的多种应用场景、引导学生感受实验归纳和理论演绎的不同作用、结合真实物理情景提升归纳推理能力。

向心加速度是高中物理的重点内容,但是现行人教版等教材并没有设计对向心加速度的精确测量,这导致在教学中学生往往缺乏对向心加速度大小的直接感知。基于此,本文结合深度学习理念设计以项目学习为主线的教学活动,让学生利用手机传感器和phyphox软件直接对向心加速度进行精确测量并探究其大小的表达式,以此促进学生物理核心素养的发展。

This study presents a case history of a tunnel lining with an insufficient *** effect of the defects resulting from the insuf-ficient thickness of the secondary lining and their locations on the internal forces are discussed based on numerical *** results show that defects increase the number of inflection points in the defect *** increased maximum bending moment is located on the air side of the secondary lining around the defect *** defects near the crown of the secondary lining have the most significant influence on the internal forces of the primary and secondary linings,while the defects near the sidewall of the secondary lining have a limited influence on the internal forces of the lining.A remediation measure consisting of the installation of a tertiary lining is proposed and its efficiency is *** tertiary lining significantly reduces the bending moment of the secondary lining and the axial force of the primary *** effect of the thickness and location of the tertiary lining on the tunnel performance is discussed.

主要基于光纤光栅传感技术的计轴系统,对光纤光栅传感机理和计轴原理进行介绍,以此为基础将光栅计轴系统分为传感、解调、主控3个子系统开展研究。根据车轮和钢轨的应力耦合分布确定光纤光栅传感器的安装位置和方式;从计轴应用需求出发提出对应的光纤光栅波长解调方式和解调子系统结构设计;介绍主控子系统的实现方式和功能。选取某货运车站完成光纤光栅计轴系统的多场景测试,结果表明光纤光栅计轴系统在过车、停车、倒车等复杂场景下均可实现准确计轴功能。

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based edge computing is an emerging technology that provides fast task processing for a wider area. To address the issues of limited computation resource of a single UAV and finite communication resource in multi-UAV networks, this paper joints consideration of task offloading and wireless channel allocation on a collaborative multi-UAV computing network, where a high altitude platform station (HAPS)is adopted as the relay device for communication between UAV clusters consisting of UAV cluster heads (ch-UAVs) and mission UAVs (m-UAVs). We propose an algorithm, jointing task offloading and wireless channel allocation to maximize the average service success rate (ASSR)of a period time. In particular,the simulated annealing(SA)algorithm with random perturbations is used for optimal channel allocation,aiming to reduce interference and minimize transmission delay.A multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient (MADDPG) is proposed to get the best task offloading strategy. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the SA algorithm in channel allocation. Meanwhile,when jointly considering computation and channel resources,the proposed scheme effectively enhances the ASSR in comparison to other benchmark algorithms.

Efficacy and Safety of Iron Isomaltoside Compared with an Oral Iron Supplement in the Management of Patients with Iron Deficiency Anemia

Objective: To evaluate the treatment outcome of iron isomaltoside compared with an oral iron supplement in the management of iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Methods: The study included patients with IDA who visited the Outpatient Clinic of the Department of Hematology, the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from October 2021 to August 2022 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. According to the actual application of iron supplementation, the patients were divided into two groups: iron isomaltoside treatment group and oral iron treatment group. Baseline measurements were collected before the start of treatment, and measurements were collected subsequently at intervals of 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months. The hematological parameters analyzed included Hemoglobin (Hb), Mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), Mean Hemoglobin content (MCH), Mean corpuscular Hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and Platelet (Plt). Safety data and adverse event profiles were recorded. Results: Intra-group comparisons: After 1 month of treatment, the Hb significantly improved (P 0.05). Inter-group comparisons: The biochemical parameters were significantly improved (P 0.05) in the iron isomaltoside group compared with those in the oral iron group after 1 month of iron supplementation in patients with mild and moderate anemia. Adverse reactions were tolerable for the patients in both iron isomaltoside group and oral iron group. Only 1 patient in iron isomaltoside group developed anaphylactic shock during medication and recovered after aggressive rescue. Conclusions: Iron isomaltoside which increases Hb more rapidly compared with the oral iron supplementation has few adverse reactions and good acceptance.
