The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

Widespread soil acidification due to atmospheric acid deposition and agricultural fertilization may greatly accelerate soil carbonate dissolution and ***,to date,few studies have addressed these ***,we use meta-analysis and nationwide-survey datasets to investigate changes in soil inorganic carbon(SIC) stocks in *** observe an overall decrease in SIC stocks in topsoil(0-30 cm)(11.33 g C m-2yr-1) from the 1980 s to the 2010 *** SIC stocks have decreased by～8.99±2.24%(1.37±0.37 Pg C).The average SIC losses across China(0.046 Pg C yr-1) and in cropland(0.016 Pg C yr-1) account for～17.6%-24.0% of the terrestrial C sink and 57.1% of the soil organic carbon sink in cropland,*** deposition and climate change have profound influences on SIC *** estimate that～19.12%-19.47% of SIC stocks will be further lost by *** consumption of SIC may offset a large portion of global efforts aimed at ecosystem carbon sequestration,which emphasizes the importance of achieving a better understanding of the indirect coupling mechanisms of nitrogen and carbon cycling and of effective countermeasures to minimize SIC loss.

Objective To examine whether the polymorphisms of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene are associated with the susceptibility to high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) in Chinese railway construction workers at Qinghai-Tibet where the altitude is over 4 500 m above sea level. Methods A case-control study was conducted including 149 HAPE patients in the construction workers and 160 healthy controls randomly recruited from their co-workers, matching the patients in ethnicity, age, sex, lifestyle, and working conditions. Three polymorphisms of eNOS gene, T-786C in promoter, 894G/T in exon 7, and 27bp variable number tandem repeat (VNTR) in intron 4, were genotyped using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and confirmed with DNA sequencing. Results The frequencies of 894T allele and heterozygous G/T of the 894G/T variant were significantly higher in HAPE patients group than in the control group (P=0.0028 and P=0.0047, respectively). However, the frequencies of the T-786C in promoter and the 27bp VNTR in intron 4 were not significantly different between the two groups. Haplotypic analysis revealed that the frequencies of two haplotypes (H3,T-T-b, b indicates 5 repeats of 27 bp VNTR; H6, C-G-a, a indicates 4 repeats of 27 bp VNTR) were significantly higher in HAPE patients (both P<0.0001). On the contrary, the frequencies of H1 (T-G-b) and H2 (T-G-a) were lower in HAPE patients than in healthy controls (both P<0.001). Conclusions Two haplotypes (T-T-b and C-G-a) may be strongly associated with susceptibility to HAPE. Compared with the individual alleles of eNOS gene, the interaction of multiple genetic markers within a haplotype may be a major determinant for the susceptibility to HAPE.

多巴胺能正电子发射断层扫描(PET)脑显像是目前诊断帕金森病的重要依据,但其对帕金森综合征的鉴别能力有限。葡萄糖代谢PET显像中不同的脑代谢模式为进一步鉴别诊断提供可能。文中在前期PET脑显像相关技术操作和临床应用专家共识的基础上,对开展多巴胺能联合葡萄糖代谢显像进行系统梳理,征求专家意见后形成本专家共识。旨在规范帕金森综合征患者的多巴胺能显像及葡萄糖代谢显像的技术操作,为医生提供报告解读建议,进一步指导多巴胺能与葡萄糖代谢PET脑显像联合应用在帕金森相关疾病中的临床实践流程。

目的制备人干扰素κ(hIFNκ)并初步研究其生物学活性。方法克隆hIFNκ的cDNA并根据大肠埃希菌的密码子偏好性人工合成了hIFNκ基因,在大肠埃希菌DH5α中高效表达、纯化后测定了rhIFNκ的多种生物学活性,包括抗病毒活性、抗细胞增殖活性、种属特异性以及NK细胞调节活性。结果成功地获得了高纯度的rhIFNκ,纯度在90%以上。利用WISHVSV系统检测rhIFNκ的抗病毒活力为2.0×106IU/mg。与rhIFNα2b的比较发现,rhIFNκ无论在抗病毒活性、细胞生长抑制,还是在促NK细胞活性方面均弱于前者。结论rhIFNκ在不同种属来源细胞上的抗病毒活性因种属来源而异,不同的病毒对rhIFNκ的敏感性是不同的。

目的探讨不同体表心电图记录方法对国人致心律失常性右室心肌病（arrhythmogenic righ tventricular cardiomyopathy，ARVC）患者Epsilon波检出率的影响。方法共入选ARVC患者32例，男性24例，女性8例，年龄18-70（42.3±13.3）岁。于安静仰卧位记录窦性心律情况下的标准12导联同步心电图（standard twelve leads electrocardiography，S-ECG）、右胸导联心电图（right precordial leads ECG，R-ECG）及Fontaine双极胸导联心电图（Fontaine bipolar precordial leads ECG，F-ECG）。Epsilon波判断标准为位于QRS波之后、ST段起始部的低波幅棘波、振荡波或平缓电位。结果该组病例S-ECG、R-ECG及F-ECG对Epsilon波的检出率分别为37.5％、37.5％和50.0％，三种心电图记录方法之间Epsilon波检出率的比较差异无统计学意义（均为P〉0.05）。其中1例Epsilon波仅见于S-ECG，3例仅见于R-ECG，5例仅见于F-ECG。S-ECG联合R-ECG的检出率为50.0％，S-ECG联合F-ECG的检出率为56.3％，三种记录方法的联合检出率为65.6％，S-ECG联合F-ECG的检出率与S-ECG相比明显提高（P〈0.05），联合三种心电图记录方法的检出率与S-ECG相比有显著提高（P〈0.01）。结论联合使用S-ECG、R-ECG及F-ECG三种心电图记录方法，可以显著提高ARVC患者Epsilon波的检出率，且三种记录方法之间可以相互补充。

目的探讨不同气腹压对老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后肝功能的影响及其可能机制。方法选择60岁以上老年患者行LC76例,根据术中CO2气腹压水平将患者分为3组,即低气腹压组(LP组,n=20)腹内压(IAP)维持在1.3kPa水平、标准气腹压组(SP组,n=33)IAP维持在1.6kPa水平和高气腹压组(HP组,n=23)IAP维持在2.0kPa水平。其中SP组根据术中气腹维持时间再细分为两个亚组,即A亚组(时间>50min),B亚组(时间≤50min)。各组患者分别于术前、术后1d及术后4d抽取静脉血测定血清ALT、AST含量并进行对比研究。结果SP组和HP组的血清ALT、AST水平均在术后1d明显升高(P0.05)。SP组在术后4d血清ALT、AST基本恢复至正常水平,而HP组虽有下降,但多数患者仍高于正常水平。SP组中的A亚组术后1d血清ALT、AST升高水平明显高于B亚组(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中建立的CO2气腹可能引起老年患者术后一过性肝功能异常,且与CO2气腹压的高低和维持时间有关。
