Highly sensitive infrared polarized photodetector enabled by out-ofplane PSN architecture composing of p-MoTe_(2),semimetal-MoTe_(2)and n-SnSe_(2)

Leveraging the unique physical properties,two-dimensional(2D)materials have circumvented the disadvantages of conventional epitaxial semiconductors and held great promise for potential optoelectronic applications.So far,two main detector architectures including photodiode based on a van der Waals P-N junction or Schottky junction and phototransistor based on individual 2D materials or hybrids have been well developed.However,a trade-off between responsivity and speed always exists in those technologies thus hindering the overall performance improvement.Here,we propose a new device concept by sandwiching the 2D anisotropic semimetal between p-type and n-type semiconductors in the out-of-plane direction,called PSN architecture,realizing the improvement of each parameter including broad spectral coverage,fast speed,high sensitivity,power-free and polarization-sensitive.We stack the p-type 2H-MoTe_(2),Weyl semimetal 1T-MoTe_(2)and n-type SnSe_(2)layer-by-layer constructing vertical sandwich structure where the top and bottom layers contribute to the internal built-in electric field,the intermediate layer can facilitate the exciton dissociation and act as infrared polarized light sensitizers.As a result,this PSN device exhibits broadband photo-response from 405 to 1,550 nm without external bias supply.At optical communication band(1,310 nm),operating at self-driven mode and room temperature,the responsivity and detectivity can reach up to 64.2 mA·W^(–1)and 2.2×10^(11)Jones,respectively,along with fast speed on the order of millisecond.Moreover,the device simultaneously exhibits exceptional detection capability for infrared polarized light,demonstrating the anisotropic photocurrent ratio of 1.55 at 1,310 nm and 2.02 at 1,550 nm,which is attributed to the strong in-plane optical anisotropy of middle 1T-MoTe_(2)layer.This work develops a new photodetector scheme with novel PSN architecture toward broadband,self-power,polarized light sensing and imaging modules.

目的探讨应激性血糖升高比值(SHR)联合HbA1c对老年急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)病人静脉溶栓后出血转化(HT)的预测价值。方法纳入2018年6月至2020年12月连云港市第一人民医院和江苏大学附属医院接受重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)静脉溶栓AIS老年住院病人共234例,依据急性期内复查CT或MRI结果,将病人分为HT组(n=50)和非HT组(n=184)。收集并比较2组病人临床基线资料。采用多因素Logistic回归分析老年AIS病人rt-PA静脉溶栓后HT的危险因素,应用ROC曲线分析SHR、HbA1c及二者联合预测老年AIS病人rt-PA后HT的价值。结果 2组年龄、溶栓前NIHSS评分、FPG、HbA1c水平,房颤、TOAST分型和梗死大面积比例差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明:高水平SHR(OR=39.443,95%CI:1.847~842.343)、HbA1c(OR=1.777,95%CI:1.091~2.859)以及大面积梗死(OR=3.093,95%CI:1.359~7.036)是老年AIS病人rt-PA静脉溶栓后HT的独立危险因素。HbA1c、SHR及二者联合预测老年AIS病人rt-PA静脉溶栓后HT风险的AUC分别为:0.631(95%CI:0.541~0.721)、0.656(95%CI:0.654~0.748)、0.741(95%CI:0.665~0.816)。HbA1c联合SHR预测的AUC显著大于两指标单独预测,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论高水平SHR和HbA1c是老年AIS病人rt-PA静脉溶栓后HT的独立危险因素,两者联合可更好地预测老年AIS病人rt-PA静脉溶栓后HT风险。

目的繁育T细胞条件性敲除Spi1基因的小鼠并对其进行鉴定,为进一步探索Spi1编码蛋白PU.1的作用提供研究基础。方法将Lck-Cre小鼠与Spi1^(flox/flox)小鼠进行杂交繁育,通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和琼脂糖凝胶电泳鉴定小鼠基因型,筛选出基因型为Lck-Cre×Spi1^(flox/flox)的小鼠即为T细胞条件性敲除Spi1基因的纯合子小鼠。使用磁珠分选脾脏T淋巴细胞,并应用Western blot、实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)及流式细胞术检测PU.1在T细胞中的敲除效率。结果Lck-Cre×Spi1^(flox/flox)小鼠基因稳定遗传。与Spi1^(flox/flox)小鼠相比,Lck-Cre×Spi1^(flox/flox)小鼠脾脏T细胞中的PU.1表达水平显著降低。结论该研究应用Cre/LoxP系统和CRISPR/Cas9技术成功构建了T细胞条件性敲除Spi1基因小鼠,为后续研究PU.1在T细胞相关疾病中的具体作用提供了可靠的动物模型。

目的构建髓系特异性Spi1基因敲除小鼠并分析其基因型,为疾病病理机制及药物靶点研究提供动物模型基础。方法根据CRISPR/Cas9技术原理和Cre/LoxP系统,设计并构建sgRNA和Donor载体,以第2号外显子(Exon 2)所在的转录本为敲除区域,在Exon 2两侧各放置同向Loxp元件;将Cas9蛋白、sgRNA和Donor载体混合显微注射到C57BL/6J小鼠的受精卵中,移植受精卵到假孕的C57BL/6J母鼠的子宫中,19~20 d后获得F0代。将阳性F0代小鼠与C57BL/6J小鼠交配,得到稳定的F1代Spi1^(flox/+)小鼠。F1代Spi1^(flox/+)小鼠雌雄自交得到Spi1^(flox/flox)小鼠。Spi1^(flox/flox)与Lyz2-Cre^(+)小鼠交配得到Spi1^(flox/+)/Lyz2-Cre^(+)小鼠,再将其与Spi1^(flox/flox)交配,得到的Spi1^(flox/flox)/Lyz2-Cre^(+)小鼠为髓系特异性Spi1基因敲除(KO)小鼠;Spi1^(flox/flox)/Lyz2-Cre^(-)小鼠作为野生型(WT)小鼠。提取WT和KO小鼠DNA,PCR扩增后琼脂糖凝胶电泳鉴定基因型;Western blot检测WT和KO小鼠免疫细胞中脾病灶形成病毒前病毒整合癌基因-1/富含嘌呤盒1(PU.1)表达。结果PCR鉴定结果显示,采用flox引物鉴定时仅扩增出220 bp条带的小鼠,即基因型为Spi1^(flox/flox)纯合子,采用Lyz2-Cre引物鉴定时扩增出700 bp的小鼠,基因型为Lyz2-Cre^(+);Western blot结果显示,与WT组比较,KO组小鼠骨髓来源巨噬细胞(BMDMs)和腹腔原位巨噬细胞(PM)中的PU.1不表达(P<0.01);T细胞中KO小鼠PU.1表达水平与WT小鼠差异无统计学意义;PCR和Western blot结果均表明髓系特异性Spi1 KO小鼠构建成功。结论成功构建和鉴定髓系特异性Spi1 KO小鼠,为进一步揭示PU.1在免疫调节中的潜在机制研究提供动物模型基础。

We developed a highly selective and efficient multicomponent transformation by utilizing alkynes and olefins/(hetero)arenes through photoinduced energy-transfer catalysis.The reaction involves the formation of three distinct chemical bonds,namely C(sp~3)–C(sp~2),C(sp~2)–C(sp~3),and C(sp~3)–N,in a single coordinated manner.The strategy used a vinyl radical-mediated radical relay approach under mild conditions,exhibiting a broad substrate scope(>70 examples),excellent functional-group tolerance,and remarkable regio-and anti-stereoselectivity.Through the utilization of a combination of experimental techniques and density functional theory(DFT),we delved deeper into the mechanistic intricacies of this distinctive system.Results revealed that the selective radical addition to electron-deficient alkynes,rather than olefins,was governed by the inherent reactivity of alkyl radicals.This discovery presented a highly effective approach for the synthesis of stereodefined multisubstituted alkenes.

Understanding the underlying mechanisms and links between genome evolution and adaptive innovations stands as a key goal in evolutionary studies.Poplars,among the world’s most widely distributed and cultivated trees,exhibit extensive phenotypic diversity and environmental adaptability.In this study,we present a genus-level super-pangenome comprising 19 Populus genomes,revealing the likely pivotal role of private genes in facilitating local environmental and climate adaptation.Through the integration of pangenomes with transcriptomes,methylomes,and chromatin accessibility mapping,we unveil that the evolutionary trajectories of pangenes and duplicated genes are closely linked to local genomic landscapes of regulatory and epigenetic architectures,notably CG methylation in gene-body regions.Further comparative genomic analyses have enabled the identification of 142202 structural variants across species that intersect with a significant number of genes and contribute substantially to both phenotypic and adaptive divergence.We have experimentally validated a∼180-bp presence/absence variant affecting the expression of the CUC2 gene,crucial for leaf serration formation.Finally,we developed a user-friendly web-based tool encompassing the multi-omics resources associated with the Populus super-pangenome(http://***).Together,the present pioneering super-pangenome resource in forest trees not only aids in the advancement of breeding efforts of this globally important tree genus but also offers valuable insights into potential avenues for comprehending tree biology.

A compact fiber-optic diode-laser sensor system for measuring relative humidity is studied. In such a system, a distributed feedback laser lasing near 1877 nm is used as light source while a high-precision Pt resistance as temperature sensor, an accuracy of 0.1% relative-humidity can be achieved. The laser sensor system is able to lock to the absorption peak and calculate the density of water vapor without any additional reference measurements. Using programs built in to the microcontroller unit, the laser system can switch functions between direct measurement at high density and second-harmonic detection at low density. The system can switch between the two modes automatically and work in a wide dynamic range.

Comparison of the Frequency-dependent Effects of Amiodarone on Ventricular Electrophysiology in Congestive Heart Failure Canine Models and Normal Dogs

Objectives To compare the frequency-dependent effects of amiodarone （Ami） on ventricular electrophysiology in fight ventricular rapid pacing-induced congestive heart failure （CHF） canine models. Methods Thirty-two dogs were randomized into four groups： the control group, the Ami group in which the normal dogs were given Ami orally 300 mg a day for 4 -5 weeks, the CHF group induced by right ventricular rapid pacing （240 pulses, min^- 1 for 4 -5 weeks ）, and the group of CHF dogs fed with Ami orally 300 mg a day for 4 - 5 weeks. The techniques of electrical stimulation and monophasic action potential （MAP） recording were used in the electrophysiology studies. Results The effects of Ami on ventricular MAP duration （MAPD90） and effective refractory period （VERP） were not frequency-dependent in CHF dogs. There was also no frequency-dependent effect on the increase in the ratio of VERP to MAPD90 （ VERP/MAPD90 ）. The prolongation of ventricular conduction time was frequencydependent. Conclusions The frequency-dependent effects of Ami on ventricular electrophysiology in CHF dogs were similar to that in normal dogs.
