As children mature, bike products for children in the market develop at the same time, and the conditions are frequently updated. Certain problems occur when using a bike, such as cycle overlapping, repeating function, and short life cycle, which go against the principles of energy conservation and the environmental protection intensive design concept. In this paper, a rational multi-function method of design through functional superposition, transformation, and technical implementation is proposed. An organic combination of frog-style scooter and children’s tricycle is developed using the multi-function method. From the ergonomic perspective, the paper elaborates on the body size of children aged 5 to 12 and effectively extracts data for a multi-function children’s bike, which can be used for gliding and riding. By inverting the body, parts can be interchanged between the handles and the pedals of the bike. Finally, the paper provides a detailed analysis of the components and structural design, body material, and processing technology of the bike. The study of Industrial Product Innovation Design provides an effective design method to solve the bicycle problems, extends the function problems, improves the product market situation, and enhances the energy saving feature while implementing intensive product development effectively at the same time.

With the rapid development of digital and intelligent information systems, display of radar situation interface has become an important challenge in the field of human-computer interaction. We propose a method for the optimization of radar situation interface from error-cognition through the mapping of information characteristics. A mapping method of matrix description is adopted to analyze the association properties between error-cognition sets and design information sets. Based on the mapping relationship between the domain of error-cognition and the domain of design information, a cross-correlational analysis is carried out between error-cognition and design *** obtain the relationship matrix between the error-cognition of correlation between design information and the degree of importance among design information. Taking the task interface of a warfare navigation display as an example, error factors and the features of design information are extracted. Based on the results, we also propose an optimization design scheme for the radar situation interface.

Zinc is an essential trace element required for bone remodelling process,but its role in such process remains to be *** particular,inconsistent results have been reported on the effect of Zn on osteoclastic responses,and supplement of receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand(RANKL)factors has been commonly ***-culture is a suitable approach to elucidating the role of Zn in bone remodelling process,by better imitating the cellular environment as the presence of osteoblasts plays critical role in modulating osteoclastic *** this study,zincsubstituted HA coatings have been deposited using a liquid precursor plasma spraying process at two different concentrations(1,2 wt.%).The effect of zinc substitution on osteoblastic and osteoclastic differentiation has been studied in *** particular,a cultivation regime was designed to first induce osteoblastic differentiation of rat bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)for 14 days,and then induce osteoclastic differentiation of osteoclast-like precursor RAW 264.7 cells through the aid of the osteoblasts formed for additional 14 days,in the absence of the external addition of *** results showed that Zn substitution moderately promoted the BMSC differentiation into the osteoblasts and reduced the osteoclastic activity in early time(1 day co-culture).However,promotion of the osteoclastic activity were observed at later stages,as indicated by the significantly enhanced expressions of trap5b and IL-1(8-and 15-day co-culture)and moderate stimulation of the nucleus integration and formation of the multinucleated cells(14-day co-culture).Such stimulating effect of the osteoclastic activity was absent under mono-culture of RAW 264.7 cell,with simple RANKL *** results suggest that both the zinc and the presence of MSC/osteoblast play profound and highly interacted roles on osteoclast differentiation and activity,which is critical in modulating the bone remodelling process.

Water quality criteria (WQC) are threshold limits for pollutants or other hazard factors in the ambient water environment, which are based on scientific experiments and extrapolations. Until now, there is limited information available regarding the study of water quality criteria in China. It is imperative to launch national-level systematic WQC studies that focus on the regional characteristics of China and provide scientific support for the enactment or revision of water quality standards and environmental management. This article reviews the concept of WQC and discusses the methodology and global progress of WQC research. The article also summarizes the key scientific issues in WQC research, including species sensitivity distribution, toxicological endpoint selection, and models selection. Furthermore, we can adopt the derivation method used in the USA and divide WQC into acute and chronic criteria. Finally, considering the current status of WQC research in China, we point out important directions for future national studies, including the selection of native species and the comprehensive use of models.

Objective:Heavy metal and harmful element contamination are frequently reported in Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs),and roots and rhizomes parts showed a higher content than other *** investigate the residue level and assess the potential human health risk of heavy metals and harmful elements in roots and rhizomes,720 batches of the sample representing 20 species of herbs from different sources were ***:The content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,and Cu in the digests was determined using *** chronic hazard index estimate based on non-cancer hazard quotient(HQ)was applied for potential health risk assessment of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,and Cu via consumption of ***:Compared with the Chinese limit standard(Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission,2020 edition)of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,and Cu in Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,the exceedance percentage of Pb in total samples was 14.1%,which were generally far higher than Cd,As,Hg,and *** risk assessment results based on hazard quotient calculating showed that total HQ of Cu,Pb,As,Cd,and Hg in Pulsatillae Radix and Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma exceeded 1,with the value of 1.543 and ***,Arsenic had the highest HQ value(0.957)in Pulsatillae ***:Consuming raw materials of Pulsatillae Radix and Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma may pose a potential risk and Arsenic residues in Pulsatillae Radix deserved special attention.

BACKGROUND： It has been reported that dermatomal somatosensory evoked potential （DSEP） can be used for diagnosing nerve root injury in patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH）, and that 83% 95% of patients suffer from the disease. Body height correction is not performed prior to determinations of latency and latency difference between the healthy and affected sides. However, latency noticeably correlates to body height. OBJECTIVE： This study aims to determine the lumbosacral nerve root injury in patients with LDH by DSEP, and to evaluate the sensitivity of the DSEP difference between the healthy and affected sides using a diagnostic index following body height correction. DESIGN： A case-control observation. SETTING： Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Hainan Provincial People＇s Hospital. PARTICIPANTS： Ninety-six patients, comprised of 67 males and 29 females, with an average age of 43 years and a mean body height of 1.65 m （range 1.48-1.81 m）, were recruited for this study. These patients suffered from unilateral lower limb radiation pain and received treatment at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Hainan Provincial People＇s Hospital between January 2004 and December 2006. All patients were confirmed to suffer from LDH at the L3-4, L-5, and/or Ls-SI by CT and/or MRI examinations. Central nervous system diseases were excluded. In order to obtain a normal reference value, DSEP was determined for a group of 50 subjects, who concurrently received health examinations in the same department. The subjects had no previous history of back leg pain or nervous system disease. The group of healthy controls included 26 males and 24 females, with an average age of 37 years and a mean body height of 1.63 m （range 1.50-1.80 m）. BACKGROUND： Computed Tomography （CT） and Magnetic Resonance Imaging （MRI） can display the site of lumbar spinal stenosis and predict nervous compression at the morphological level; however, pure morphological changes cannot reflect functional alterations in a compressed nerve root. Dermatomal somatosensory evoked potential （DSEP） provides a means to assess the functional state of a nerve root. OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical significance of DSEP, assessing the degree of nerve root injury following lumbar spinal stenosis. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A case-control study was performed in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Hainan People＇s Hospital, China, between September 2004 and December 2007. PARTICIPANTS： Forty-seven patients diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis by CT or MRI were selected as the case group; fifty healthy subjects were collected as the control group. METHODS： A KEYPOINT myoelectric evoked potential apparatus （DANTEC Company, Denmark） was used to measure DSEP, and stimulative spots were determined in accordance with the skin key sensory spot standards established by The American Spinal Injury Association： L4 in the medial malleolus, L5 in the third metatarsophalangeal joint of the dorsum of foot and S1 in the lateral heel. The needle electrode used as the recording electrode was located at the Cz point of the cranium, and the reference electrode at the Fz point. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： Latency of the P40 peak of DSEP, P1-N1 amplitude, P40 waveform and differentiation and disappearance of various waves. RESULTS： The sensitivity and diagnostic concurrence with surgery of nerve root injury following lumbar spinal stenosis evaluated by DSEP was 95.7 %. P40 latencies at L4, L5 and S1 in the case group were significantly longer than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the P1-N1 amplitude in the case group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05-0.01）. BACKGROUND： Imaging has been used to determine gray matter volume and metabolism in subjects with depressed Parkinson＇s disease （DPD）. OBJECTIVE： To reveal abnormalities in orbitofrontal white matter and the anterior cingulate bundle in depressed and non-depressed Parkinson＇s disease （NDPD） patients using diffusion tensor imaging. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A non-randomized, concurrent, control, neuroimaging study was performed at the Laboratory of Neurodegenerative Diseases and Center of Neuroimage, Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University from July 2008 to January 2009. PARTICIPANTS： A total of 30 Parkinson＇s disease patients, including 14 males and 16 females, were included in the present study. All patients met Brain Bank criteria for idiopathic Parkinson＇s disease formulated by the United Kingdom Parkinson＇s Disease Society. Patients, who underwent previous head surgery, exhibited abnormal density on T2-weighted images, or Mini-Mental State Examination scores 〈 corresponding education level, were excluded from the study. METHODS： All 35 patients underwent MRI scans, including traditional T2-weighted and DTI scans. The patients were assigned to DPD （n = 16） and NDPD （n = 14） groups according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV （DSM-IV） criteria. The fractional anisotropy values of regions of interest were compared between the NDPD and DPD groups. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： Abnormalities in the orbitofrontal white matter and anterior cingulate bundle. RESULTS： Compared with the NDPD group, the DPD group exhibited significantly lower fractional anisotropy values in orbitofrontal white matter and anterior cingulate bundle （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Microstructure abnormalities existed in the orbitofrontal and anterior cingulate regions in DPD patients. This is the first report of abnormalities in the orbitofrontal white matter region in DPD patients.
