利用质子能损诊断部分电离等离子体靶中的束缚电子密度

部分电离等离子体是惯性约束聚变燃料及天体等离子体中的重要组成部分,该等离子体的输运及流体力学等性质受到束缚电子的显著影响,然而当前基于光谱学的技术手段难以对其进行高精度诊断.本文基于中国科学院近代物理研究所低能离子束与等离子体相互作用实验平台,精确测量了100 ke V质子束穿过部分电离氢等离子体靶后的能损,该能损是质子同靶区内自由电子与束缚电子碰撞共同作用的结果.利用已有的能损理论模型,结合激光干涉诊断获得的自由电子密度信息,最终得到了部分电离氢等离子体靶中沿离子路径上的束缚电子密度,并给出了该等离子体的离化度参数.该离子束诊断技术具有在线、原位、分辨率高等优势,为解决部分电离等离子体内部束缚电子密度的诊断问题提供了新的途径.

本研究测定和比较了段木茯苓、代料茯苓和发酵茯苓3种不同培养方式茯苓的总灰分、浸出物、总多糖、水溶性多糖、碱溶性多糖、总三萜、氨基酸和微量元素的含量;同时基于传统中医药理论,建立大鼠中医“脾虚湿阻”模型,对3种培养方式的茯苓进行利水渗湿、改善胃肠吸收和调节免疫的研究,分析不同培养方式茯苓药效学差异性。在化学成分含量方面,发酵茯苓的浸出物、总三萜、总氨基酸和微量元素含量均高于另2种茯苓;代料茯苓与段木茯苓化学成分含量无显著性差异。在药效学方面,段木茯苓、代料茯苓和发酵茯苓的利水渗湿和改善肠胃吸收能力无显著性差异;段木茯苓调节免疫的功效最佳,略强于另2种茯苓。在遗传因子相同的情况下,由于培养基和培养条件等环境因子的不同,茯苓的成分和药效存在一定程度的差异。

Objective:To explore the effect of oleuropein on sepsis-induced acute lung injury(ALI)in vitro and in vivo and investigate the underlying ***:In an lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-mediated cell model of sepsis-induced ALI and a cecal ligation and puncture-induced mouse model of septic ALI,CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry analysis were used to detect cell activity and *** and relevant assay kits were used to measure the levels of inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress,*** blot was applied to determine the expression of apoptosis-and AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor-2(Nrf-2)/heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)signaling-associated ***-1 staining,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)assay kit,and MitoSOX Red assays were performed to detect mitochondrial membrane potential,ATP content,and mitochondrial ROS formation,***,lung injury was evaluated by measuring lung morphological alternations,lung wet-to-dry ratio,myeloperoxidase content,and total protein ***:Oleuropein reduced inflammatory reaction,oxidative damage,and apoptosis,and ameliorated mitochondrial dysfunction in LPS-exposed BEAS-2B cells and mice with septic ***,oleuropein activated the AMPK/Nrf-2/HO-1 signaling ***,these effects of oleuropein were abrogated by an AMPK inhibitor compound ***:Oleuropein can protect against sepsis-induced ALI in vitro and in vivo by activating the AMPK/Nrf-2/HO-1 signaling,which might be a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of sepsis-induced ALI.

BACKGROUND Bronchial asthma is closely related to the occurrence of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children,which can easily have adverse effects on children’s learning and social *** have shown that childhood asthma can increase the risk of ADHD and the core symptoms of *** with children with ADHD alone,children with asthma and ADHD are more likely to show high levels of hyperactivity,hyperactive-impulsive and other externalizing behaviors and anxiety in clinical practice and have more symptoms of somatization and emotional *** To explore the relationship between ADHD in children and bronchial asthma and to analyze its influencing *** This retrospective cohort study was conducted at Dongying People's Hospital from September 2018 to August *** diagnosed with ADHD at this hospital were selected as the ADHD group,while healthy children without ADHD who underwent physical examinations during the same period served as the control *** and parental data were collected for all participating children,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to identify risk factors for comorbid asthma in children with *** differences were detected between the ADHD group and the control group in terms of family history ofasthma and allergic diseases, maternal complications during pregnancy, maternal use of asthma and allergymedications during pregnancy, maternal anxiety and depression during pregnancy, and parental relationshipstatus (P < 0.05). Out of the 183 children in the ADHD group, 25 had comorbid asthma, resulting in a comorbidityrate of 13.66% (25/183), compared to the comorbidity rate of 2.91% (16/549) among the 549 children in the controlgroup. The difference in the asthma comorbidity rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Objective:While the reduction of transient receptor potential channel subfamily M member 5(TRPM5)has been reported in islet cells from type 2 diabetic(T2D)mouse models,its role in lipotoxicity-induced pancreaticβ-cell dysfunction remains *** study aims to study its ***:Pancreas slices were prepared from mice subjected to a high-fat-diet(HFD)at different time points,and TRPM5 expression in the pancreaticβcells was examined using immunofluorescence ***-stimulated insulin secretion(GSIS)defects caused by lipotoxicity were mimicked by saturated fatty acid palmitate(Palm).Primary mouse islets and mouse insulinoma MIN6 cells were treated with Palm,and the TRPM5 expression was detected using qRT-PCR and Western ***-induced GSIS defects were measured following siRNA-based Trpm5 *** detrimental effects of Palm on primary mouse islets were also assessed after overexpressing Trpm5 via an adenovirus-derived Trpm5(Ad-Trpm5).Results:HFD feeding decreased the mRNA levels and protein expression of TRPM5 in mouse pancreatic *** reduced TRPM5 protein expression in a time-and dose-dependent manner in MIN6 *** also inhibited TRPM5 expression in primary mouse *** of Trpm5 inhibited insulin secretion upon high glucose stimulation but had little effect on insulin *** of Trpm5 reversed Palm-induced GSIS defects and the production of functional maturation molecules unique toβ***:Our findings suggest that lipotoxicity inhibits TRPM5 expression in pancreaticβcells both in vivo and in vitro and,in turn,drivesβ-cell dysfunction.

In this paper,we present a novel and robust nonlinear precoding(NLP)design and detection structure specifically tailored for multiple-input multipleoutput space division multiple access(MIMO-SDMA)systems toward 6G *** approach aims to effectively mitigate the impact of imperfect channel estimation by leveraging the channel fluctuation mean square error(MSE)for reconstructing a highly accurate precoding matrix at the ***,we introduce a simplified receiver structure that eliminates the need for equalization,resulting in reduced interference and notable enhancements in overall system *** conduct both computer simulations and experimental tests to validate the efficacy of our proposed *** results reveals that the proposed NLP scheme offers significant performance improvements,making it particularly well-suited for the forthcoming 6G wireless.
