One-pot synthesis of N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon for high-performance CO_(2) adsorption and supercapacitors

Waste resource utilization of petroleum coke is crucial for achieving global carbon emission ***,a series of N-doped microporous carbons were fabricated from petroleum coke using a one-pot synthesis *** as-prepared samples had a large specific surface area(up to 2512 m^(2)/g),a moderate-high N content(up to 4.82 at.%),and high population(55%)of ultra-micropores(<0.7 nm).Regulating the N content and ultra-microporosity led to efficient CO_(2)adsorption and *** ambient pressure,the optimal N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon exhibited the highest CO_(2)uptake of 4.25 mmol/g at 25℃ and 6.57 mmol/g at 0℃.These values are comparable or even better than those of numerous previously reported adsorbents prepared by multistep synthesis,primarily due to the existence of *** sample exhibited excellent CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity at 25℃ owing to the abundant basic pyridinic and pyrrolic N species;and showed superior CO_(2)adsorption-desorption cycling performance,which was maintained at 97% after 10 cycles at 25℃.Moreover,petroleum coke-based microporous carbon,with a considerably high specific surface area and hierarchical pore structure,exhibited excellent electrochemical performance over the N-doped sample,maintaining a favorable specific capacitance of 233.25F/g at 0.5 A/g in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous *** study provides insight into the influence of N-doping on the porous properties of petroleum coke-based ***,the as-prepared carbons were found to be promising adsorbents for CO_(2)adsorption,CO_(2)/N_(2)separation and electrochemical application.

The voltage breakdown and hardness of coating increase with increasing current density. The phase composition, morphologies, element and the distribution of ceramic coating are investigated by XRD, EPMA.

目的制备第九批狂犬病疫苗效力检定用国家标准品,并进行质量研究。方法按照《中华人民共和国药典》2015版(三部)(简称《中国药典》)中关于国家药品标准品制备的相关要求,采用生物反应器工艺,以Vero细胞为基质培养狂犬病病毒CTN-1V疫苗株,经收获、超滤浓缩、病毒灭活和水解后,层析柱纯化得到疫苗原液。采用ELSIA对原液中的糖蛋白抗原含量进行测定,以终浓度为3.0%的人血清白蛋白为稳定剂,并按原液糖蛋白抗原含量7.0 EU/mL进行半成品配制,之后按1.0 mL/支规格进行无菌分装,采用2台冻干机冻干,批号分别为201906001-01、201906001-02,对分装冻干候选标准品的外观、分装精度和均匀性进行检查。并依据《中国药典》中冻干人用狂犬病疫苗制品相关标准分别对单次收获液、疫苗原液和冻干标准品的无菌检查等项目进行了检定。结果单次病毒收获液、原液质量均符合要求,该批原液中糖蛋白抗原含量为25.9 EU/mL。标准品冻干成品外观、分装精度和均匀性均符合标准物质的要求。另外,该2批候选标准品的渗透压、pH、水分等项目均符合《中国药典》的相关要求。结论本研究制备的候选标准品各项质量检测指标均符合《中国药典》的各项要求,分装精度和均匀性良好,可在完成效价值的协作标定并经批准后作为第九批狂犬病疫苗国家标准品使用。

医疗援疆在新时代党中央的治疆方略中具有重要的意义。福建医科大学附属口腔医院在对口医疗援助新疆昌吉回族自治州人民医院口腔科期间,围绕提高受援地口腔修复临床治疗以及科研水平的目的,针对新疆地区地域文化及口腔疾病发病特点,以临床问题为导向,通过师带徒结对带教,案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)组织专题讲座培训,临床反馈式手术操作演示,立足临床基础培养提升受援科室的临床科研能力等方式,充分带动受援单位人员学习的主观能动性,养成自我学习、分析问题的习惯,从而达到为当地口腔修复学科构建人才培养体系,建设学科人才梯队,有效提升临床诊疗水平的目的,并为医疗援疆人才培养及学科建设提供示范借鉴作用,让医疗援疆真正实现由输血到造血的转变,留下一支带不走的人才队伍。

Stability analysis of the active control system with time delay using IHB method

In this paper, the incremental harmonic balance method is employed to solve the periodic solution that a vibration active control system with double time delays generates, and the stability analysis of which is achieved by the Poincare theorem. The system stability regions can be obtained in view of time delay and feedback gain, the variation of which is also studied. It turns out that along with the increase of time delay, the active control system is not always from stable to unstable, and the system can be from stable to unstable state, whereas the system can be from unstable to stable state. The extent that the two times delays impact to the relative magnitude of the two feedback gains. the condition of the well-matched feedback gains. control strategy of time-delayed feedback.

On the effect of injection of gas in the numerical simulation of accretion flows

We investigate the effects of various ways of injection of gas at the outer boundary in the numerical simulations of non-viscous accretion *** study three *** Model A,we inject material around the equatorial *** Models B and C,fullrange θ injection is used(we employ spherical coordinates).In all three models,the injected material has the same density distribution with polar angle θ.From the equatorial region to the polar regions,angular momentum of the injected material of Model B decreases faster than that in Model *** all of the models,after a transient episode of infall at the beginning of the simulations,the gas piles up in the equatorial regions outside the black hole and forms a thick torus bounded by a centrifugal *** find that the accretion rates of Models B and C are more than ten times higher than that in Model *** Model A,there is weak accretion only in the torus and outflows are found on the surface of the *** Model B,we find strong inflows on the surface of its torus,and the accretion in the torus is *** Model C,strong inflows also occur on the surface of its torus,but the accretion regions are narrower and there are strong outflows in its *** all of our models,the time-averaged density,pressure and angular momentum in the equatorial region can be described by a radial power law,with P ∝r-3/2,P ∝r-2 and l∝r0.

Design of highly active and durable oxygen evolution catalyst with intrinsic chlorine inhibition property for seawater electrolysis

High-efficiency seawater electrolysis is impeded by the low activity and low durability of oxygen evolution catalysts due to the complex composition and competitive side reactions in ***,a heterogeneousstructured catalyst is constructed by depositing NiFe-layered double hydroxides （NiFe-LDH） on the substrate of MXene （V2CTx） modified Ni foam （NF）,and abbreviated as NiFe-LDH/V2CTx/*** demonstrated,owing to the intrinsic negative charge characteristic of V2CTx,chlorine ions are denied entry to the interface between NiFeLDH and V2CTx/NF substrate,thus endowing NiFe-LDH/V2CTx/NF catalyst with high corrosion resistance and durable stability for 110 h at 500 mA ***,the two-dimensional structure and high electrical conductivity of V2CTxcan respectively enlarge the electrochemical active surface area and guarantee fast charge transfer,thereby synergistically promoting the catalytic performance of NiFe-LDH/V2CTx/NF in both deionized water electrolyte (261 m V at 100 m A cm-2) and simulated seawater electrolyte (241 mV at 100 mA cm-2).This work can guide the preparation of oxygen evolution catalysts and accelerate the industrialization of seawater electrolysis.

Transcriptomic Response to Yersinia pestis:RIG-I Like Receptor Signaling Response Is Detrimental to the Host against Plague

Bacterial pathogens have evolved various mechanisms to modulate host immune responses for successful infection. In this study, RNA- sequencing technology was used to analyze the responses of human monocytes THP1 to Yersinia pestis infection. Over 6000 genes were differentially expressed over the 12 h infection. Kinetic responses of pathogen recognition receptor signaling pathways, apoptosis, antigen processing, and presentation pathway and coagulation system were analyzed in detail. Among them, RIG-I-like receptor （RLR） signaling pathway, which was established for antiviral defense, was significantly affected. Mice lacking MAVS, the adaptor of the RLR signaling pathway, were less sensitive to infection and exhibited lower IFN-13 production, higher Thl-type cytokines IFN-γ and IL-12 production, and lower Th2-type cytokines IL-4 and IL-13 production in the serum compared with wild-type mice. Moreover, infection of pathogenic bacteria other than E pestis also altered the expression of the RLR pathway, suggesting that the response of RLR pathway to bacterial infection is a universal mechanism.

2023年3月13日,从浙江省长兴县东方梅园有限公司梅花基地采集绿萼梅花蕾,采用顶空-固相微萃取、水蒸气蒸馏、超临界二氧化碳3种萃取方法,结合气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析绿萼梅Prunus mume ***花蕾中的挥发性成分,以明确其花蕾中挥发性成分组成、含量及不同萃取方式对挥发性成分萃取效果的影响。结果表明,三种萃取方法获得的绿萼梅花提取物中共鉴定出醛、醇、酮、烯等9类57种化合物,主要挥发性成分是苯甲醛、壬醛、金合欢醇、苯甲酸、α-香树脂醇、D-柠檬烯,其中苯甲醛含量最高。绿萼梅花顶空-固相微萃取物中共鉴定出21种化合物,以醛、醇和酯类化合物为主;水蒸气蒸馏物中共鉴定出30种化合物,以酯、烯、酮等水难溶化合物为主;而超临界二氧化碳提取物中共鉴定出30种化合物,以长链烷、酯类化合物为主。三种提取方法中超临界二氧化碳萃取物中蜡质含量较高,顶空-固相微萃取和水蒸气蒸馏法结合更适合作为植物芳香类挥发物的检测手段。
