State estimation for delayed switched positive systems: delayed radius approach

In this paper, an interval estimation scheme is developed for delayed switched positive systems（DSPS） with mode-dependent average dwell time switching. A lossless zonotopic estimation approach is proposed for the delayed intersection zonotope with the positive generator matrix. First, considering the existence of asynchronism between the system mode and the correction matrix mode, the mismatched intersection zonotope is constructed for DSPS to verify the consistency between the system model and ***, by utilizing the introduced radius definitions, the ?∞performance is addressed to optimize the size of delayed intersection zonotopes. Subsequently, we present a joint-design approach of switching signals and the mode-dependent correction matrix by constructing positive generator matrix-based delayed radius functions. Furthermore, guaranteed nonnegative state bounds are derived for the considered DSPS based on the proposed lossless zonotopic estimation criteria. Finally, detailed simulations are conducted to validate the feasibility and superiority of the developed methods.

数字电网数据时序均值在冗余状态下的动态发展特点,导致迁移过程中难以有效控制丢包率。为此,文章提出基于深度强化学习的数字电网数据安全迁移研究。从集群(Cluster)角度入手,开展基于深度强化学习数字电网数据建模,明确在数字电网集群Queue存在空位的情况下集群的具体状态。在具体的迁移过程中,引入纹理基元理论,计算得到数字电网数据在阈值范围内的变化特征后,为数字电网数据迁移设置敏感度参数,构建数字电网数据迁移函数。在此测试结果中,整个迁移过程的丢包率仅为6.75%,具体迁移过程中各个阶段的最高丢包率仅为2.03%。

In a way similar to the continuous case formally, we define in different but equivalent manners the difference discrete connection and curvature on discrete vector bundle over the regular lattice as base space. We deal with the difference operators as the discrete counterparts of the derivatives based upon the differential calculus on the lattice. One of the definitions can be extended to the case over the random lattice. We also discuss the relation between our approach and the lattice gauge theory and apply to the discrete integrable systems.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of an herbal formula of Bushen Jianpi(补肾健脾方,BSJP)combined with sorafenib on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in vitro and in vivo,and to study the underlying mechanisms of ***:BSJP,a mixture of 12 raw herbs,was extracted in 70%alcohol/30%water and freeze-dried into a *** in vitro effects of BSJP alone,sorafenib alone,and their combination on cell survival,apoptosis,and cell cycle distribution were evaluated in HCC cell lines HCCLM3,HepG2,and *** expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),caspase-3,and caspase-9 in HCCLM3 cells was measured using Western blots after drug *** in vivo effects of BSJP and sorafenib were evaluated in a tumor surgical resection model using 4-week old male athymic BALB/c nude mice injected with HCCLM3 *** analysis of tumor tissues was performed to evaluate the effects of BSJP alone,sorafenib alone,and their combination on the expression of caspase-3,caspase-9,and ***:BSJP decreased the survival rate of HCC cell lines,and the combination of BSJP and sorafenib further decreased the survival *** significantly promoted cell apoptosis and blocked cell-cycle progression in HCCLM3,HepG2,and SMMC-7721 cells in a dose-dependent ***,the administration of BSJP and sorafenib inhibited the growth of HCCLM3 cell xenografts in nude mice,with no reduction in body *** vivo and in vitro experiments showed that BSJP combined with sorafenib could significantly decrease the expression of ***:Our findings suggest that the herbal formula of BSJP is a potential HCC antitumor agent.

针对污水处理厂深度脱氮需求,选用黄铁矿(FeS_(2))和聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯(PHBV)两种材料,构建应用于污水处理厂二级出水深度脱氮的反硝化生物填充床,通过进出水水质监测、材料结构表征(扫描电镜)、高通量测序等技术手段,探究了FeS_(2)-PHBV协同自养-异养反硝化体系的工艺运行效果及机理.结果表明,FeS_(2)-PHBV协同反硝化体系脱氮速率优于单独FeS_(2)自养体系,当水力停留时间为2h时,脱氮效率为90%以上,且产生更少的硫酸盐副产物.相比于单独PHBV异养体系,协同体系在达到相同总氮去除效果的同时释放更低的DOC(23.62mg/L).FeS_(2)-PHBV协同体系中两种材料表面结构均较利用前发生了显著变化,这是由于材料表面生物膜的富集和利用.共混反应器内优势菌群为厌氧发酵菌属(Sporomusaceae)和梭菌属(Clostridium sensu stricto 7),两者实现了共混体系异养-自养的协同反硝化效果,其中Fe代谢相关梭菌属(Clostridium)主导的自养反硝化在共混系统脱氮过程中可能发挥着重要作用.

针对管束-扬料板组合结构的逆流换热工艺油料滚筒干燥机的油料泄露、加热列管开焊及冷凝水的回流及排出问题,首先提出柔性自调节密封方案,降低进料筒与回转筒之间轴线的同轴度要求指标,有效防止油料泄漏;其次提出蒸汽及冷凝水回流系统,创新设计换热管道系统连接,使蒸汽分配均匀,彻底解决了焊缝开裂问题。工艺试验证明,采用此设计方案,设备投资额下降20%,总蒸汽能耗下降37%,电能消耗下降46%,既符合制油工艺进步的需要,也符合节能减排的发展趋势。

以聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)作为固相可生物降解模式碳源的生物填充床,针对分离获得的高效反硝化菌开展强化生物脱氮的特性研究,并利用荧光定量PCR解析反应器的微生物群落结构。结果表明,投加反硝化菌(W14)可以明显地提高反硝化脱氮效率,当水力停留时间(HRT)为0.5 h时,反硝化菌强化脱氮生物反应器的脱氮效率达到90%以上,且能有效地降低出水残余的DOC浓度。荧光定量PCR结果表明,高效反硝化菌投加强化能够增加nir S基因丰度和比例,较好地解释了不同接种生物反应器的脱氮效果差异,即反硝化菌的强化作用能有效增加反硝化菌数量并强化脱氮效果。
