A public key cryptosystem based on data complexity under quantum environment

Since the Shor algorithm showed that a quantum algorithm can efficiently calculate discrete logarithms and factorize integers, it has been used to break the RSA, EIGamal, and ECC classical public key cryptosystems. This is therefore a significant issue in the context of ensuring communication security over insecure channels. In this paper, we prove that there are no polynomial-size quantum circuits that can compute all Boolean functions(of which there are 22ncases) in the standard quantum oracle model. Based on this,we propose the notion of data complexity under a quantum environment and suggest that it can be used as a condition for post-quantum computation. It is generally believed that NP-complete problems cannot be solved in polynomial time even with quantum computers. Therefore, a public key cryptosystem and signature scheme based on the difficulty of NP-complete problems and the notion of data complexity are presented here. Finally,we analyze the security of the proposed encryption and signature schemes.

The hardness of tensor decomposition problem has many achievements, but limited applications in cryptography, and the tensor decomposition problem has been considered to have the potential to resist quantum computing. In this paper, we firstly proposed a new variant of tensor decomposition problem, then two one-way functions are proposed based on the hard problem. Secondly we propose a key exchange protocol based on the one-way functions, then the security analysis, efficiency, recommended parameters and etc. are also given. The analyses show that our scheme has the following characteristics: easy to implement in software and hardware, security can be reduced to hard problems, and it has the potential to resist quantum computing.Besides the new key exchange can be as an alternative comparing with other classical key protocols.

This report discloses a distinctive palladium-catalyzed sequential tandem cyclization reaction of two molecular haloalkynes and one molecular N-alkylanilines,leading to the efficient assembly of various 3-halo-1,2,5-triarylpyrrole derivatives.Two carbon-carbon tri-ple bonds and one carbon-halogen bond in two molecular haloalkynes are transformed conveniently in one single step,which may involve the aminoalkynylation of haloalkyne and cyclization of the newly formed enyne intermediate.The high chemo-and regiose-lectivities,good functional group tolerance and late-stage modification of the halopyrrole products further illustrate the synthetic value of this strategy.

农户是乡村建设行动的建设主体和受益主体,促进农户参与乡村建设,提高农户的积极性、主动性和创造性,对真正搞好乡村建设具有十分重大的意义。文章通过实地调查,对盘州市石桥镇东冲村农户参与乡村建设行动的现状和意愿进行了深入的分析,并采用二元Logistic回归模型对影响当地农户参与乡村建设意愿的因素进行了计量分析。研究结果表明:东冲村农户参与乡村建设的意愿较高,占89.5%,没有参与意愿只有10.5%;性别、身体健康状况、乡村建设前景、经济发展水平是影响当地农户参与乡村建设的主要因素。基于此,提出了增加农村健康投入、提高村民认知、完善农户参与机制、加大对农业产业的扶持力度等促进农户参与乡村建设的对策与建议。

Protective Effect and Mechanism of TGF-β1 on Intestinal Mucosa against I/R Injury in Rats

Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of TGF-β1 on intestinal mucosa against ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury,so as to provide new methods of clinical prevention from and dealing with intestine I/R injury and gut-derived multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=10 each),A:namely sham-operation group (group A):superior mesenteric artery (SMA) was only isolated but not blocked; B:control group (group B),ischemia for 60 minutes,then reperfusion for 120 minutes,and administered with normal saline solution (NS) 0.5ml through SMA 10 minutes before SMA blockage; C:experimental group (group C):animals underwent the same procedure with group B except for taking TGF-β1 instead of NS. The contents of intestinal mucosa Chiu's score,bacteria translocation,intestinal mucosa cellular apoptosis index,expression of bax mRNA and bcl-2 mRNA and protein were measured.Results Compared with group A,the results from group B are as follows,the Chiu's score significantly increased,bacteria translocation increased,intestinal mucosa cellular apoptosis rate significantly increased,level of bax mRNA and Bax protein significantly increased,while level of intestinal mucosal bcl-2 mRNA and Bcl-2 protein significantly decreased. All the changes in group B were reversed significantly in group C.Conclusion TGF-β1 exerts a protective effect on the gut barrier against intestine I/R injury,perhaps via reversing injury-induced downregulation in bcl-2 transcription and upregulation in bax transcription,with the result in modulating bcl-2 and bax protein expression and downregulation of the susceptibility to apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells.

为有效控制海运环境下易流态固体散货因液化而导致的船舶倾覆事故风险,基于船舶运动学及波能理论,采用AWQA水动力计算软件,模拟分析全球固体散货海运主力船型在各典型海域航行过程中所遭遇的外界环境载荷,并根据土动力学理论及三轴试验结果对相关外界环境载荷进行货物液化风险的等效分析,在此基础上,构建货物液化风险评估模型。基于风险评估模型及其数值计算样本,采用BP神经网络算法完成货物液化风险快速预测,实现了货物海运液化风险的快速智能预测,并通过模型的权值矩阵及阈值矩阵得到BP快速预测模型的显性表述。运用该预测模型,对4种典型易流态固体散货海运环境下的液化风险进行快速预测,预测结果与评估模型结果具有很好的一致性。该预测模型可基于船型和海况等参数快速、有效预测易流态固体散货海运液化风险,为一线海事监管提供了安全方法,同时对IMSBC规则的发展也起到良好的促进作用。

A novel and viable palladium-catalyzed sequential cyclization/functionalization of alkynone O-methyloximes with unactivated vinyl ethers under aerobic conditions was described.The structure of the products could be successfully controlled by varying the nature of the substituents of the vinyl ethers.This new approach provides a convenient and straightforward synthetic protocol for the preparation of structurally diverse 4-(1-alkoxyvinyl)-isoxazoles and 4-vinylisoxazoles in moderate to good yields with highly regioselectivity.Remarkably,this protocol can be performed on a gram scale,showing the promising application in synthetic and pharmaceutical chemistry.
