The Capability Maturity Model(CMM) and ISO9001 are probably the two best known and most widely used models for software organization quality assurance and improvement. As they both continue to evolve, each has a series of versions which own new aspects. This paper discusses the similarities and differences between the two models, based on the CMM version 2.0 c and the 1997 release of ISO9001, examines 20 clauses in ISO9001 and maps them to practices in the latest CMM. In the end, their implementations in China are presented.

Phosphomannose isomerase （PMI） encoding gene manA is a desirable selective marker in transgenic research. Under- standing of its expression patterns in transgenic plant and establishing highly sensitive detection method based on immunoassay have great impacts on the application of PMI. In this study, PMI-specific monoclonal antibodies were generated using recombinant protein as immunogen, and could be used in Western blot to detect as little as 0.5 ng His-tagged PMI protein or rice expressed PMI protein in sample accounted for 0.4% of single rice grain （about 0.08 mg）. PMI protein driven by CaMV-35S promoter was detected in dozens of tested tissues, including root, stem, leaf, panicle, and seed at all developmental stages during rice growing, and PMI protein accounted for about 0.036% of total protein in the leaves at seedling stage. The established method potentially can be used to monitor PMI protein in rice grains.

Ionic Liquid Electrospray Thrusters(ILETs)are well suited for micro-nano satellite applications due to their small size,low power consumption,and high specific ***,the limited thrust of a single-emitter ILET restricts its use in space *** optimize the performance of ILETs and make them suitable for a wider range of space missions,we designed a Circular-emitter ILET(CILET)to convert a one-dimensional(point)emission into a twodimensional(line)*** CILET can self-organize multiple Taylor cones *** cones were photographed and the axial emission currents were measured under different voltage and pressure difference conditions with a CILET experimental *** emission can be divided into two stable states and one unstable state based on the flow and current *** current in Stable state Ⅰ increases non-linearly with the voltage,while that in Stable state Ⅱ is nearly linear with respect to the *** number of cones increases with the voltage in stable states,while the cones become short and crowded under high-voltage *** variation law of the number of cones can be explained with the self-organization *** variation in the current exhibits a good correlation with the number of *** study demonstrates the feasibility of circular emitters and experimentally indicates that the emission current is improved by approximately two orders of magnitude compared to that of a single capillary.

Pyridyl-based ketones and 1,6-diketones are both attractive and invaluable scaffolds which play pivotal roles in the construction and structural modification of a plethora of synthetically paramount natural products, pharmaceuticals, organic materials and fine chemicals. In this context, we herein demonstrate an unprecedented, robust and generally applicable synthetically strategy to deliver these two crucial ketone frameworks via visible-light-induced ring-opening coupling reactions of cycloalcohols with vinylazaarenes and enones, respectively. A plausible mechanism involves the selective β-C-C bond cleavage of cycloalcohols enabled by proton-coupled electron transfer and ensuing Giese-type addition followed by single electron reduction and protonation. The synthetic methodology exhibits broad substrate scope,excellent functional group compatibility as well as operational simplicity and environmental friendliness.

The challenge of aerodynamic noise is a key obstacle in the advancement of low-pressure tube ultra-high-speed maglev transportation,demanding urgent *** study utilizes a broadband noise source model to perform a quantitative analysis of the aerodynamic noise produced by ultra-high-speed maglev trains operating in low-pressure ***,an external flow field calculation model for the ultra-high-speed maglev train is ***,numerical simulations based on the broadband noise source model are used to examine the noise *** impact of the train speed and pressure level on noise generation is investigated ***,a correlation formula is *** results reveal that the amplitude of sound source changes in the streamlined region of the head and tail cars of the train is large,and the amplitude of changes for the middle car is *** noise source strength increases with speed,with a quadrupole noise source becoming dominant when the train speed exceeds 600 km/*** a speed of 1000 km/h,the noise source intensity from the streamlined area at the rear of the train overcomes that at the ***,the noise source decreases as the pressure level in the tube *** the pressure level drops to 0.01 atm,the quadrupole noise source intensity of a train running at 600 km/h significantly weakens and falls below that of the dipole noise source.

In spinless systems,growing attention has recently been attracted to synthetic gauge fields,which redefine the fundamental crystal symmetries by utilizing the projective algebraic ***,synthetic gauge fields have been commonly investigated in single orbital systems,and explorations on hybrid orbitals remain elusive in ***,we report the experimental observation of hybrid topological phases induced by hybrid synthetic gauge flux,which is formed by the interaction between p and d orbitals embedded in acoustic *** breaking the translation symmetries of L_(x) and/or L_(y),we unambiguously demonstrate the first-order Möbius edge states and higher-order corner *** work establishes a platform for seeking exotic topological phases induced by hybrid-orbitals interactions and initializing the framework of hybrid-orbitalsrelated topological *** applications can be anticipated in scenarios such as high-quality sensing and robust wave trapping due to the stepwise energy distribution of the hybrid topological phase.

Gradient nano-grained structure is frequently engineered into metallic materials,including Mg alloys,to achieve superior combination of strength and ***,the influence of this microstructural feature on aging precipitation behavior remains inadequately *** this study,the age-precipitation behavior of a gradient nano-grained Mg-Gd-Ag-Zr alloy prepared via ultrasonic severe surface rolling was *** result indicates that the aging precipitation behavior exhibits a depth-dependent variation within this *** the nano-grained surface layer,hierarchicalβnano-precipitates are predominant,while at greater depths,the precipitates consist ofβnanoparticles located at grain boundaries,along with intragranularβ′andγ″*** formation ofβnano-precipitates deviates from the conventional precipitation behavior observed in Mg-Gd-Ag alloys,and is attributed to the high density of defects induced by the surface nano-grained *** finding advances our understanding of the precipitation behavior in the alloys with heterogeneous microstructure.
