Dark matter(DM)is a major constituent of the ***,no definite evidence of DM particles(denoted as“χ”)has been found in DM direct detection(DD)experiments to *** is a novel concept of detectingχfrom evaporating primordial black holes(PBHs).We search forχemitted from PBHs by investigating their interaction with target *** examined PBH masses range from 1×10^(15)to 7×10^(16)g under the current limits of PBH abundance *** 205.4 kg·day data obtained from the CDEX-10 experiment conducted in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory,we exclude theχ-electron(χ-e)elastic-scattering cross sectionσ_(χe)~5×10^(-29)cm^(2)forχwith a mass■keV from our *** the higher radiation background but lower energy threshold(160 eV),CDEX-10 fills a part of the gap in the previous ***(m_(χ),σ_(χe))can be determined in the future,DD experiments are expected to impose strong constraints on fPBHfor large MPBHs.

Background:In the era of immunotherapy,neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy(NAIC)for the treatment of locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)is used clinically but lacks of high-level clinical *** study aimed to compare the safety and long-term efficacy of NAIC followed byminimally invasive esophagectomy(MIE)with those of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)followed by ***:A prospective,single-center,open-label,randomized phase Ⅲ clinical trial was conducted at Henan Cancer Hospital,Zhengzhou,*** were randomly assigned to receive either neoadjuvant toripalimab(240mg)plus paclitaxel(175 mg/m^(2))+cisplatin(75 mg/m^(2))(toripalimab group)or paclitaxel+cisplatin alone(chemotherapy group)every 3 weeks for 2 *** surgery,the toripalimab group received toripalimab(240 mg every 3 weeks for up to 6 months).The primary endpoint was event-free survival(EFS).The pathological complete response(pCR)and overall survival(OS)were key secondary *** events(AEs)and quality of life were also ***:Between May 15,2020 and August 13,2021,252 ESCC patients ranging fromT1N1-3M0 to T2-3N0-3M0were enrolled for interim analysis,with 127 in the toripalimab group and 125 in the chemotherapy *** 1-year EFS rate was 77.9%in the toripalimab group compared to 64.3%in the chemotherapy group(hazard ratio[HR]=0.62;95%confidence interval[CI]=0.39 to 1.00;P=0.05).The 1-year OS rates were 94.1%and 83.0%in the toripalimab and chemotherapy groups,respectively(HR=0.48;95%CI=0.24 to 0.97;P=0.037).The patients in the toripalimab group had a higher pCR rate(18.6%vs.4.6%;P=0.001).The rates of postoperative Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅲb or higher morbidity were 9.8%in the toripalimab group and 6.8%in the chemotherapy group,with no significant difference observed(P=0.460).The rates of grade 3 or 4 treatment-related AEs did not differ between the two groups(12.5%versus 12.4%).Conclusions:The interim results of this ongoing trial showed that in resec

在Internet迅速发展的今天,TCP/IP协议族的一致性测试具有重要意义。协议一致性测试研究工作主要集中于两方面:测试组织,测试方法的研究和测试系统的建立;测试集,如何生成高质量的测试集。文章针对跨越Internet的远程异地测试需求,研究了时间透明性问题、测试组织、测试方法和测试系统构成。作者已将这种方法用于PITS系统TCP/IP协议族的远程异地测试子系统的设计。原来为各种本地测试方法所编写的TTCN抽象测试集只需小的修改即可使用。

IETF softwire unicast and multicast framework for IPv6 transition

IPv6 protocol plays an important role in the next generation of Internet （NGI）. It is expected that the elegant coexistence of IPv4 and IPv6 is the key point of IPv6 transition. To solve the transition problem, we propose a mesh unicast framework and a multicast framework in this paper. We describe two reference models for the mesh unicast framework, and put forward two potential solutions for the multicast framework. A linux-based prototype is implemented for IPv4 over IPv6 scenario and a test bed is deployed with 8 nodes on CERNET2. The deployment demon- strates the advantages of the framework.

With the booming development of terrestrial network, scaling terrestrial network over satellite network to build Integrated Terrestrial-Satellite Network(ITSN) and meanwhile to provide the global Internet access, has become ever more attractive. Naturally, the widely and successfully used terrestrial routing protocols are the promising protocols to integrate the terrestrial and satellite networks. However, the terrestrial routing protocols, which rely on propagating routing messages to discover New Network Topology(NNT) in the terrestrial network with rare topology changes, will suffer from overly numerous routing messages in satellite network whose topology frequently changes as satellites move. In this paper, a Topology Discovery Sub-layer for ITSN Routing Schemes(TDS-IRS) is firstly proposed to avoid the propagation of numerous routing messages by taking advantage of the movement predictability of satellite and the requirements of routing schemes to discover NNT in advance of topology change. Secondly, a Weighted Perfect Matching based Topology Discovery(WPM-TD) model is designed to conduct the NNT discovery on the ground. Thirdly, this paper builds a testbed with real network devices and meanwhile interconnect that testbed with real Internet, to validate that RS-TDS can discover NNT immediately with the less on-board overhead compared with optimized routing schemes. Finally, different network scenarios are applied to validate the WPM-TD, i.e., the core module of TDS-IRS. Extensive experiments show WPM-TD can work efficiently, avoiding the invalid NNT discovery and decreasing 20% ~ 57% of potential topology changes, which can also improve up to 47% ~ 105% of network throughput.

With the challenges brought by the expansion of network scale,as well as the diversity of the equipments and the complexity of network protocols,many self-configurable systems have been proposed combining formal specification and model finding *** this paper,we pay more attention to formal specifications of network information,i.e.,exploring principles and algorithm to map network information(topology,devices and status,etc.) to Alloy *** first model network information in relational form,which is easy to realize because of the structured feature of network information in *** we map the relational data to Alloy specifications according to our novel data mapping principles and *** on the transition of relational data,it is possible to automatically map network information to Alloy *** evaluate our data mapping principles and algorithm by applying them to a practical application *** results illustrate that we can find a model for the task within a tolerant time interval,which implies that our novel approach can convert relational data to Alloy specifications correctly and efficiently.
