With the booming development of terrestrial network, scaling terrestrial network over satellite network to build Integrated Terrestrial-Satellite Network(ITSN) and meanwhile to provide the global Internet access, has become ever more attractive. Naturally, the widely and successfully used terrestrial routing protocols are the promising protocols to integrate the terrestrial and satellite networks. However, the terrestrial routing protocols, which rely on propagating routing messages to discover New Network Topology(NNT) in the terrestrial network with rare topology changes, will suffer from overly numerous routing messages in satellite network whose topology frequently changes as satellites move. In this paper, a Topology Discovery Sub-layer for ITSN Routing Schemes(TDS-IRS) is firstly proposed to avoid the propagation of numerous routing messages by taking advantage of the movement predictability of satellite and the requirements of routing schemes to discover NNT in advance of topology change. Secondly, a Weighted Perfect Matching based Topology Discovery(WPM-TD) model is designed to conduct the NNT discovery on the ground. Thirdly, this paper builds a testbed with real network devices and meanwhile interconnect that testbed with real Internet, to validate that RS-TDS can discover NNT immediately with the less on-board overhead compared with optimized routing schemes. Finally, different network scenarios are applied to validate the WPM-TD, i.e., the core module of TDS-IRS. Extensive experiments show WPM-TD can work efficiently, avoiding the invalid NNT discovery and decreasing 20% ~ 57% of potential topology changes, which can also improve up to 47% ~ 105% of network throughput.

随着组播应用的不断增加以及参与者的增多,组播领域的研究一直受到人们的广泛关注.而另一方面,近年来,移动设备迅速得到了普及,并且无线网络技术也得到了飞速的发展,因此,如何为移动主机提供更好的支持引起了人们的普遍关注.由于组播应用所具有的可扩展性强、高效等特点在移动这种资源受限的环境中显得尤为突出和重要,因此,移动环境中的组播应用引起了人们越来越多的重视,在该领域展开了大量的研究.详细地介绍了现有的主要移动组播算法和协议,讨论了每种算法或协议的适应范围以及优点,比较深入地剖析了其中存在的缺陷和问题,并且对这些移动组播算法和协议进行了综合对比.同时,特别针对移动环境可靠性较差的特点,对移动环境中进行可靠组播所面临的新问题以及相关研究现状进行了讨论.希望通过这些说明和对比,能够帮助研究者为其特定的需求选择适当的移动组播算法或协议.最后,讨论了移动环境中IP组播未来的研究方向.

域间协议是快速实现天地一体化信息网络中各类卫星系统及天地异构网络间互联的关键。然而,天地一体化信息网络的天、地网络拓扑的极大差异性使直接部署现有域间协议可能面临性能问题。为验证域间协议的工作性能,设计了一种天地一体化信息网络协议验证平台,采用虚拟网络技术高效模拟大规模、高动态的空间网络以及现有地面网络。实验结果显示,随着空间网络的拓扑规模和地面网络的路由表规模增加,天、地网络间的互联效率变得非常低。

为各类飞行器提供互联网接入的主要技术方案可以分为卫星通信和地空宽带2种。当飞行器处于两者的重叠覆盖区域,采用多路径进行数据通信将有可能极大改善传输性能。针对上述飞行器多接入场景,该文提出了一种多路径传输优化方案DMPTCP(dynamic multipath transmission control protocol)。针对链路通断情况发现缓慢、数据分配效率低的问题,结合飞行轨迹可预测的特点,设计了一种基于链路通断状态预测的数据分配算法;并针对链路时延和丢包率差异大所导致的接收方乱序情况严重的问题,通过接收方同时在多条子流回复连接层否定确认信息,使得发送方能够快速获得接收方总体乱序情况并对丢包进行重传。仿真实验表明:DMPTCP在聚合带宽和接收方总体乱序情况两方面均明显优于现有多路径传输机制。

天地一体化信息网络是中国'科技创新2030'的重要项目,也是未来互联网发展的重点方向。域间路由协议是实现天地一体化信息网络中各类卫星网络与现有地面网络有效融合的关键,然而,卫星网络具有网络拓扑高动态的特性,使得现有域间路由协议的部署面临巨大挑战。该文在现有普遍应用的域间路由协议BGP(border gateway protocol)的基础上,提出了一种网络拓扑解耦的边界网关协议NTDBGP。NTD-BGP引入独立于物理拓扑变化的域间邻居发现机制和主动路由更新模块,结合卫星运动的可预测特性,解耦网络拓扑与域间邻居关系和路由更新之间的映射关系,实现低开销、高稳定的域间路由。试验结果表明:NTDBGP在维持域间邻居关系、减少路由更新时间以及保持网络稳定性等方面明显优于传统BGP。

Restriction factors constitute the first line of defense against viral infection, while viruses such as HIV can evade host restrictions by hijacking the ubiquitin-proteasome system to degrade restriction factors. To systematically understand host-virus interaction in HIV infection, we performed the first genome-wide proteomic profiling of HIV infection of human primary CD4 T cells, using isobaric tag based quantitative mass spectrometry. We quantified the abundance of ～14,000 proteins and identified XXX, a protein highly down-regulated by HIV, as a novel HIV restriction factor. XXX is induced by interferon γ in activated T cells, and its induction leads to a block of HIV reverse transcription and virion release. The anti-HIV activity of XXX is consistent with its role in interfering with actin dynamics necessary for viral reverse transcription and virion release. In addition, we found that HIV Vpu can bind XXX and induce its ubiquitination and degradation through the cullin 1-Rbx1-β-Tr CP2 ubiquitin ligase. Our study identifies a novel XXX-based host defense system that is counteracted by HIV Vpu.).

Recently, Worobey et al.(2022) published a report entitled ‘The Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in wuhan was the early epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic’ that succinctly summarizes their study [1]. A pre-print version of this study had earlier elicited a series of highprofile media coverages [2,3]. All these reports deliver a social-political message that the Huanan market is the epicenter of COVID-19.

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main *** of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator *** this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are *** large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith ***,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.
