Background:Most bone-related injuries to grassroots troops are caused by training or accidental injuries.To establish preventive measures to reduce all kinds of trauma and improve the combat effectiveness of grassroots troops,it is imperative to develop new strategies and scafolds to promote bone regeneration.Methods:In this study,a porous piezoelectric hydrogel bone scafold was fabricated by incorporating polydopamine(PDA)-modified ceramic hydroxyapatite(PDA-hydroxyapatite,PHA)and PDA-modified barium titanate(PDABaTiO3,PBT)nanoparticles into a chitosan/gelatin(Cs/Gel)matrix.The physical and chemical properties of the Cs/Gel/PHA scafold with 0–10 wt%PBT were analyzed.Cell and animal experiments were performed to characterize the immunomodulatory,angiogenic,and osteogenic capabilities of the piezoelectric hydrogel scafold in vitro and in vivo.Results:The incorporation of BaTiO3into the scafold improved its mechanical properties and increased self-generated electricity.Due to their endogenous piezoelectric stimulation and bioactive constituents,the prepared Cs/Gel/PHA/PBT hydrogels exhibited cytocompatibility as well as immunomodulatory,angiogenic,and osteogenic capabilities;they not only effectively induced macrophage polarization to M2 phenotype but also promoted the migration,tube formation,and angiogenic differentiation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and facilitated the migration,osteodifferentiation,and extracellular matrix(ECM)mineralization of MC3T3-E1 cells.The in vivo evaluations showed that these piezoelectric hydrogels with versatile capabilities significantly facilitated new bone formation in a rat large-sized cranial injury model.The underlying molecular mechanism can be partly attributed to the immunomodulation of the Cs/Gel/PHA/PBT hydrogels as shown via transcriptome sequencing analysis,and the PI3K/Akt signaling axis plays an important role in regulating macrophage M2 polarization.Conclusion:The piezoelectric Cs/Gel/PHA/PBT hydrogels developed here with favorable immunomodulation,

Classical and quantum space-to-ground communications necessitate highly sensitive receivers capable of extracting information from modulated photons to extend the communication distance from near-earth orbits to deep space explorations.To achieve gigabit data rates while mitigating strong background noise photons and beam drift in a highly attenuated free-space channel,a comprehensive design of a multi-functional detector is indispensable.In this study,we present an innovative compact multi-pixel superconducting nanowire single-photon detector array that integrates near-unity detection efficiency(91.6%),high photon counting rate(1.61 Gcps),large dynamic range for resolving different photon numbers(1-24),and four-quadrant position sensing function all within one device.Furthermore,we have constructed a communication testbed to validate the advantages offered by such an architecture.Through 8-PPM(pulse position modulation)format communication experiments,we have achieved an impressive maximum data rate of 1.5 Gbps,demonstrating sensitivities surpassing previous benchmarks at respective speeds.By incorporating photon number information into error correction codes,the receiver can tolerate maximum background noise levels equivalent to 0.8 photons/slot at a data rate of 120 Mbps—showcasing a great potential for daylight operation scenarios.Additionally,preliminary beam tracking tests were conducted through open-loop scanning techniques,which revealed clear quantitative dependence indicating sensitivity variations based on beam location.Based on the device characterizations and communication results,we anticipate that this device architecture,along with its corresponding signal processing and coding techniques,will be applicable in future space-to-ground communication tasks.

Objective To describe the treatment patterns and survival status of advanced gastric cancer(AGC)in China in the past two decades,and objectively evaluate the impact of standardized Chinese medicine(CM)treatment on the survival of AGC patients.Methods This multicenter registry designed and propensity score analysis study described the diagnosis characteristics,treatment-pattern development and survival status of AGC from 10 hospitals in China between January 1,2000 and July 31,2021.Overall survival(OS)was evaluated between non-CM cohort(standard medical treatment)and CM cohort(integrated standard CM treatment≥3 months).Propensity score matching(PSM)and inverse probability of treatment weighting(IPTW)were performed to adjust any difference in average outcomes for bias.Results A total of 2,001 patients histologically confirmed locally advanced and/or metastasis stomach and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma were enrolled.Among them,1,607 received systemic chemotherapy,215(10.74%)accepted molecular targeted therapy,44(2.2%)received checkpoint inhibitor therapy,and 769(38.43%)received CM.Two-drug regimen was the main choice for first-line treatment,with fluoropyrimidine plus platinum as the most common regimen(530 cases,60.09%).While 45.71%(16 cases)of patients with HER2 amplification received trastuzumab in first-line.The application of apatinib increased(33.33%)in third-line.The application of checkpoint inhibitors has increased since 2020.COX analysis showed that Lauren mixed type(P=0.017),cycles of first-line treatment>6(P=0.000),CM(P=0.000),palliative gastrectomy(P=0.000),trastuzumab(P=0.011),and apatinib(P=0.008)were independent prognostic factors for the OS of AGC.After PSM and IPTW,the median OS of CM cohort and non-CM cohort was 18.17 and 12.45 months,respectively(P<0.001).Conclusions In real-world practice for AGC in China,therapy choices consisted with guidelines.Two-drug regimen was the main first-line choice.Standardized CM treatment was an independent prognostic factor and could prolong the OS of C

BACKGROUND RAS,BRAF,and mismatch repair(MMR)/microsatellite instability(MSI)are crucial biomarkers recommended by clinical practice guidelines for colorectal cancer(CRC).However,their characteristics and influencing factors in Chinese patients have not been thoroughly described.AIM To analyze the clinicopathological features of KRAS,NRAS,BRAF,and PIK3CA mutations and the DNA MMR status in CRC.METHODS We enrolled 2271 Chinese CRC patients at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital.MMR proteins were tested using immunohistochemical analysis,and the KRAS/NRAS/BRAF/PIK3CA mutations were determined using quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Microsatellite status was determined using an MSI detection kit.Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS software and logistic regression.RESULTS The KRAS,NRAS,BRAF,and PIK3CA mutations were detected in 44.6%,3.4%,3.7%,and 3.9% of CRC patients,respectively.KRAS mutations were more likely to occur in patients with moderate-to-high differentiation.BRAF mutations were more likely to occur in patients with right-sided CRC,poorly differentiated,or no perineural invasion.Deficient MMR(dMMR)was detected in 7.9% of all patients and 16.8% of those with mucinous adenocarcinomas.KRAS,NRAS,BRAF,and PIK3CA mutations were detected in 29.6%,1.1%,8.1%,and 22.3% of patients with dMMR,respectively.The dMMR was more likely to occur in patients with a family history of CRC,aged<50 years,right-sided CRC,poorly differentiated histology,no perineural invasion,and with carcinoma in situ,stage I,or stage II tumors.CONCLUSION This study analyzed the molecular profiles of KRAS,NRAS,BRAF,PIK3CA,and MMR/MSI in CRC,identifying key influencing factors,with implications for clinical management of CRC.

在实际静电放电测试时,发现各种功率金属-氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)的静电放电测试结果均呈现出正反向耐压不对称现象,而人体与器件接触时的静电放电过程是不区分正反向的.正反向耐压差异较大对于功率MOSFET或作为静电放电保护器件来说都是无法接受的,其造成器件失效的问题格外凸显.本文通过建立SGT-MOSFET,VUMOSFET和VDMOS在静电放电正反向电压下的栅源电容解析模型,对比分析了三种功率MOSFET器件静电放电正反向耐压不对称及其比值不同的原因,为器件的静电放电测试及可靠性分析提供了理论依据.

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of foot baths with Tangbi Waixi Decoction(TW)in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:It is a multicenter double-blinded randomized controlled trial.Participants with DPN were recruited between November 18,2016 and May 30,2018 from 8 hospitals in China.All patients received basic treatments for glycemic management.Patients received foot baths with TW herbal granules either 66.9 g(intervention group)or 6.69 g(control group)for 30 min once a day for 2 weeks and followed by a 2-week rest,as a therapeutic course.If the Toronto Clinical Scoring System total score(TCSS-TS)6 points,the patients received a total of 3 therapeutic courses(for 12 weeks)and were followed up for 12 weeks.The primary outcome was change in TCSS-TS score at 12 and 24 weeks.Secondary outcomes included changes in bilateral motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal nerve.Safety was also assessed.Results:Totally 632 patients were enrolled,and 317 and 315 were randomized to the intervention and control groups,respectively.After the 12-week intervention,patients in both groups showed significant declines in TCSSTS scores,and significant increases in MNCV and SNCV of the median and common peroneal nerves compared with pre-treatment(P0.05),and no serious adverse event was related with treatment.Conclusion:Treatment of TW foot baths was safe and significantly benefitted patients with DPN.A low dose of TW appeared to be more effective than a high dose.(Registry No.Chi CTR-IOR-16009331)

采用激光辅助低压冷喷涂(LPCS)方法制备Cu涂层,研究激光辐照对Cu涂层显微组织和腐蚀行为的影响。与LPCS-Cu涂层相比,激光辅助LPCS-Cu涂层更致密,涂层与基材的界面结合更好。激光辐照加大了沉积颗粒的整体塑性变形程度,使Cu沉积颗粒晶粒得到均匀细化。因此,激光辅助LPCS-Cu涂层呈更均匀的显微组织和更小的晶粒尺寸。电化学测试结果表明,激光辅助LPCS-Cu涂层在3.5%NaCl(质量分数)溶液中比LPCS-Cu涂层具有更高的腐蚀电位、更低的腐蚀电流和腐蚀速率。主要原因是激光辐照提高了涂层致密度和颗粒之间的紧密结合,并在激光辅助LPCS-Cu涂层表面形成由CuCl和Cu2O组成的连续、致密的腐蚀产物膜,以阻挡腐蚀溶液的侵蚀。

The development of high-efficient adsorbents for the treatment of antibiotics from contaminated water has been of great concern.This work introduced an alcohol-solvent mediated strategy to increase the specific surface area(SSA)and porosity of hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)for improving tetracycline(TC)removal efficiency.The BNNSs synthesized with the mediation of n-propanol solvent(BN-P)exhibited the largest pore volume and relatively high SSA(increased by 34%and 64%,respectively,compared with that synthesized under the mediation of water)in its structure,which in turn facilitated the mass transfer of TC molecules onto BN-P framework.The remarkable adsorption performance of BN-P,with 20%increase in equilibrium adsorption capacity and Langmuir maximum adsorption capacity of 556 mg·g^(-1),was achieved for capturing TC within just 3 h,which is mainly through p-p interaction and electrostatic force.Pseudo-second kinetics equation can well illustrate the adsorption process,while Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models fitted the equilibrium data well.Thermodynamics study demonstrated a spontaneous exothermal adsorption process.Furthermore,the strong environmental suitability and notable recycling performance of BN-P revealed its good application prospect in removing antibiotic TC from wastewater.

为探讨环境浓度多西环素长期暴露对斑马鱼焦虑行为、学习记忆、认知灵活性及肠道菌群的影响,采用不同环境浓度多西环素(0、0.01、0.1和1μg/L)对斑马鱼成鱼进行水体暴露染毒21d后,采用新缸实验、Y迷宫、明暗实验和斑马鱼行为学高通量监测系统方法检测环境浓度多西环素对斑马鱼行为学和肠道菌群的影响。结果表明:在新缸实验中,与对照组相比, 0.01、0.1和1μg/L浓度组斑马鱼平均游泳速度显著降低;随着多西环素浓度升高,斑马鱼最大游泳速度和总游动距离与对照组相比呈现下降趋势,其中1μg/L浓度组同对照组相比差异显著;在底部区域停留时间上,与对照组相比, 0.01、0.1和1μg/L组均有升高, 0.01μg/L差异显著。在Y迷宫实验中, 0.01μg/L浓度组斑马鱼在探索臂停留时间与对照组相比显著增加, 0.1和1μg/L浓度组显著降低;0.01μg/L浓度组斑马鱼在探索臂的转弯角度与对照组相比增加,而0.1和1μg/L浓度组显著降低。在明暗实验中,斑马鱼在光区停留时间随着多西环素浓度增加具有上升的趋势。在斑马鱼行为学高通量监测系统实验中,斑马鱼总游动距离随着多西环素浓度的增加呈现下降趋势,其中1μg/L浓度组同对照组相比差异显著。基于16S rRNA测序技术对肠道菌群进行分析, 12份肠道样本共获得1454814条原始有效序列,筛选后获得1314404条优质序列供后续分析。同时利用DADA2方法降噪,以100%相似度聚类,发现多西环素各浓度组减少了斑马鱼肠道菌群的丰度,博斯氏菌属、副球菌属、不动杆菌等菌属丰度降低,棒状杆菌属和漫游球菌等菌属丰度升高。香农指数、辛普森指数和chao1指数染毒组同对照组相比显著降低,此外,主坐标分析中多西环素组和对照组之间的群落不同。综上,环境浓度多西环素长时间暴露能够引起斑马鱼行为改变,产生焦虑样行为, 0.01μg/L浓度组能够提高斑马鱼短期学习记忆能力和认知灵活性;多西环素长期暴露引起斑马鱼肠道菌群丰度和多样性改变。
