中国科学院空间科学战略性先导科技专项(以下简称“空间科学先导专项”)是中国科学院作为国家战略科技力量主力军,以空间飞行器为平台,瞄准世界科学前沿,从2011年开始布局和实施的前瞻性、战略性重大科技项目。迄今,空间科学先导专项已走过了11年的历程,使我国空间科学的发展第一次有了系统性的支持计划,使我国的空间科学家从旁观者、参与者逐渐走近世界空间科学舞台的中央。文章回顾了空间科学先导专项从实施以来的发展历程,包括专项一期在科学前沿领域和在航天技术领域取得的突破,专项二期正在实施的项目情况,以及正在论证中的空间科学未来规划任务的优选项目。习近平总书记2016年在全国科技创新大会、两院院士大会、中国科协第九次全国代表大会上明确提出,“必须推动空间科学、空间技术、空间应用全面发展”,将发展空间科学放到了我国航天科技发展的首要位置上。展望未来,我们要继续瞄准空间科学领域的重大科技前沿,通过实现“从0到1的突破”,使空间科学在建设中国特色社会主义科技强国的过程中,发挥不可替代的作用。

Aims:The endoscopic treatment of esophagogastric varices is challenging,and the nationwide application of endoscopic therapies for various types of esophagogastric varices and different clinical scenarios remains *** study investigated the use of endoscopic therapy for portal hypertension in ***:This study used a questionnaire survey initiated by the Liver Health Consortium in china to investigate the use of endoscopic therapies for portal *** were released online from January 30,2023 to February 28,2023 and filled out by chief physicians or senior instructors responsible for endoscopic therapies in participating hospitals across 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in *** of guideline adherence between primary and referral medical centers were performed using the chi‐square test or Fisher's exact ***:In total,836 hospitals participated in the *** primary and secondary prophylaxis of esophagogastric variceal bleeding(EGVB),adherence to the national guidelines was 72.5%(606/836)and 39.2%(328/836),*** differences were observed in the rate of adherence between the primary and referral centers for primary(79.9%[111/139]vs.71.0%[495/697],p=0.033)and secondary prophylaxis(27.3%[38/139]vs.41.6%[290/697],p=0.002).Of the hospitals,78.2%(654/836)preferred endoscopic therapies for acute EGVB,and the timing of endoscopy was usually within 12 h(48.5%,317/654)and 12-24 h(36.9%,241/654)after *** therapy was more likely to be the first choice of treatment for acute EGVB in referral centers than in primary centers(82.6%[576/697]vs.56.1%[78/139],p<0.001).Regarding the management of gastroesophageal varices type 2 and isolated gastric varices type 1,the most prevalent procedures were cyanoacrylate injection combined with sclerotherapy(48.2%[403/836]and 29.9%[250/836],respectively);however,substantial hospitals preferred clip-assisted therapies(12.4%[104/836]and 2

目的探究老年不可切除/晚期肝细胞癌(HCC)患者使用卡瑞利珠单抗联合分子靶向药物的效果并评估使用过程中的安全情况。方法回顾性纳入了2019年1月1日—2021年3月31日就诊于6家医院的不可切除/晚期HCC患者,所有患者接受卡瑞利珠单抗治疗,84.8%的患者同时联合了靶向治疗,根据患者年龄分为老年组(≥65岁)及非老年组(0.05)。老年组的中位OS尚未达到,非老年组中位OS为18.9(13.0~24.8)个月,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.485)。单因素及多因素Cox回归分析显示,基线大血管浸润(MVI)是6个月PFS(HR=2.603,95%CI:1.136~5.964,P=0.024)和DCR(HR=3.963,95%CI:1.671~9.397,P=0.002)的独立危险因素,而年龄、性别、HBV感染病因、出现肝外转移、child-Pugh B级和AFP>400 ng/mL与6个月PFS和DCR无关。老年组患者中任何级别的ir AE和3/4级ir AE发生率分别为51.9%和25.9%,与非老年组患者比较差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);两组最常见的ir AE为皮肤疾病(39.4%)。结论卡瑞利珠单抗联合分子靶向药物治疗≥65岁不可切除/晚期HCC患者的效果和安全性与<65岁患者相当。MVI与免疫治疗应答不佳和不良预后相关。

Studying the regulatory mechanisms that drive nitrogen-use efficiency(NUE)in crops is important for sustainable agriculture and environmental *** this study,we generated a high-quality genome assembly for the high-NUE wheat cultivar Kenong 9204 and systematically analyzed genes related to nitrogen uptake and *** comparative analyses,we found that the high-affinity nitrate transporter gene family had expanded in *** studies showed that subsequent functional differentiation endowed the expanded family members with saline inducibility,providing a genetic basis for improving the adaptability of wheat to nitrogen deficiency in various *** explore the genetic and molecular mechanisms of high NUE,we compared genomic and transcriptomic data from the high-NUE cultivar Kenong 9204(KN9204)and the low-NUE cultivar jing 411 and quantified their nitrogen accumulation under high-and low-nitrogen *** with jing 411,KN9204 absorbed significantly more nitrogen at the reproductive stage after shooting and accumulated it in the shoots and *** data analysis revealed that nitrogen deficiency clearly suppressed the expression of genes related to cell division in the young spike of jing 411,whereas this suppression of gene expression was much lower in *** addition,KN9204 maintained relatively high expression of NPF genes for a longer time than jing 411 during seed *** and transcriptome data revealed that KN9204 was more tolerant of nitrogen deficiency than jing 411,especially at the reproductive *** high NUE of KN9204 is an integrated effect controlled at different *** together,our data provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of NUE and important gene resources for improving wheat cultivars with a higher NUE trait.

神南矿区煤炭绿色开采的水资源监测研究

陕北毛乌素沙地地质环境脆弱,水资源贫乏,煤炭绿色开发已经成为陕北煤炭基地可持续健康发展的必然选择,而陕北煤炭基地大规模、高强度的煤炭开采对水资源的影响程度一直是煤炭绿色开采的重要考核指标之一。为了研究陕北煤炭基地以水资源监测为核心的绿色开采监测,完善该地区水资源监测网的内容,以神南矿区柠条塔煤矿、红柳林煤矿、张家峁煤矿3座大型现代化矿井为例开展了水资源监测研究,结果表明:神南矿区内的萨拉乌苏组和风化基岩组为中-强富水性含水层,烧变岩组为强富水性含水层,这3个岩组是区内的主要含水层,神南矿区针对区内不同含水层位共布置了60个监测钻孔,其中布置在萨拉乌苏组8个,烧变岩6个,风化基岩37个,直罗组基岩1个,延安组基岩8个。地下水监测数据通过自动监测系统的无线传输系统传输至数据中心,通过中心的监测管理软件实现数据的远程采集、远程实时监测。地表水监测则是在考考乌素沟上游及下游、肯铁令河、小侯家母河沟、塔沟、肯铁令沟、乌兰不拉沟及常家沟水库等地表水体各布置1个地表水监测点。通过以神南矿区60个地下水监测井、8个地表河流及泉监测点构成的水资源监测网为例,实施矿区水资源动态监控,以期为陕北煤炭基地煤炭绿色开采水资源监测提供借鉴。

番茄叶片对不同灌溉量的生理响应

为了探究不同灌溉量对无机基质无土栽培番茄叶片相关指标的影响,以‘瑞粉882’为试验材料,采用封闭式无机基质循环槽培系统种植,营养液灌溉方式为滴灌,试验设置6个营养液灌溉量[0.5 L/(株·d^(-1))(T1)、0.8 L/(株·d^(-1))(T2)、1.1 L/(株·d^(-1))(T3)、1.4 L/(株·d^(-1))(T4)、1.7 L/(株·d^(-1))(T5)、2.0 L/(株·d^(-1))(T6)]。试验结果表明,随着营养液灌溉量的下降,与T6处理相比,T1、T2、T3、T4处理番茄株高分别下降了14.23%、12.77%、8.76%、5.84%,T5处理无显著性差异(PwuE)T1处理显著高于T6处理24.92%。同时叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度、栅海比、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈先上升后下降趋势;丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量呈先下降后上升趋势。随着处理时间的延长,叶片光合参数、荧光参数、叶片结构相关参数和酶活性均下降,丙二醛和过氧化氢含量上升。本研究结果说明减少灌溉量抑制植株生长和光合作用,降低番茄产量和光能转化效率(F_(v)/F_(m)),但提高了叶片水分利用效率(wuE)。同时适度的减少灌溉量可以提高叶片结构相关指标和抗氧化酶活性,但超过一定范围则会对番茄叶片造成严重损伤。

通过悬浮共聚-表面氨基化反应制得三乙胺修饰的聚苯乙烯微球(TPM),考察了TPM去除水中硝酸盐的性能。试验结果表明,相较于颗粒活性炭(GAC)、大孔吸附树脂(XAD-4)和离子交换树脂(D201),TPM去除硝酸盐的效果较好。pH值对TPM吸附硝酸盐的效果有影响,当pH值为6~7时具有最大的硝酸盐吸附量(45.23 mg/g)。在有竞争离子存在的条件下,TPM对硝酸盐表现出良好的吸附选择性,这得益于其表面修饰的三乙胺基团上长烷基链的疏水作用。吸附饱和的TPM能够通过NaOH-NaCl混合溶液进行原位再生,再生后的TPM对硝酸盐的吸附性能保持稳定,从而可实现多批次循环吸附。
