A highly selective synthesis of 2,6-dimethylnaphthanlene（2,6-DMN） by transalkylation between 2-methylnaphthanlene（2-MN） and 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene（TeMB） was performed with 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazo- lium aluminum chloride（[Cnmim]Cl-AlCl3） ionic liquids（ILs） as catalysts. The influences of the alkyl group as the organic cation, the acidic strength of [C4mim]Cl-AlCl3 ILs as well as the reaction conditions on the catalytic performance were investigated. [C4mim]Cl-AlCl3 ILs[x（AlCl3）=71%] exhibited high activity and selectivity toward 2,6-DMN. The selectivity to 2,6-DMN and the 2,6-DMN/2,7-DMN ratio reached up to 68.2% and 3.7：1, respectively. The UV-Vis spectrum of TeMB treated by different ILs shows that the protonated degree of TeMB dependeds on the acidity strength of ILs, which has a significant impact on the reaction results. The high protonated degree of TeMB is advantageous to enhancing the conversion of transalkylation and the large stereo-hindrance effect of TeMB is favorable to improving the selecivity to 2,6-DMN.

AIM:To investigate the clinical profile of patients with acquired lacrimal sac mucocele(ALSM)and evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy(En-DCR)for this ***:En-DCRs were performed on 141 patients with ALSM patients from January 2016 to March *** clinical baseline information and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images were recorded and *** assess the effectiveness of En-DCR therapy,both anatomical and functional success rate was assessed during a 12mo ***:A total of 141 patients,with a mean age of 57.70±14.11y,were enrolled in this *** of the patients were female(n=91;64.54%)and all had unilateral *** patients had a previous history of epiphora and purulent secretion,and the duration from lacrimal duct obstruction to mucocele formation ranged from 6 to *** findings consistently revealed an enlarged sac diameter,fluid accumulation separated by a thin rim from adjacent tissues,which is indicative of lacrimal sac ***-DCR was performed with an anatomical success rate of 93.62%and a functional success rate of 81.56%.CONCLUSION:ALSM is more commonly seen in females and *** is essentially a complication of lacrimal duct *** characteristics can be used for precise clinical diagnosis,while En-DCR emerges as an optimal therapy for this *** results provide a comprehensive reference for the diagnosis and treatment of ALSM.

Background:Episodic memory loss is a prominent clinical manifestation of Alzheimer’s disease(AD),which is closely related to tau pathology and hippocampal *** to the heterogeneity of brain neurons,the specific roles of different brain neurons in terms of their sensitivity to tau accumulation and their contribution to AD-like social memory loss remain ***,further investigation is ***:We investigated the effects of AD-like tau pathology by Tandem mass tag proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis,social behavioural tests,hippocampal electrophysiology,immunofluorescence staining and in vivo optical fibre recording of GCaMP6f and ***,we utilized optogenetics and administered ursolic acid(UA)via oral gavage to examine the effects of these agents on social memory in ***:The results of proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses revealed the characteristics of ventral hippocampal CA1(vCA1)under both physiological conditions and AD-like tau *** tau progressively accumulated,vCA1,especially its excitatory and parvalbumin(PV)neurons,were fully filled with mislocated and phosphorylated tau(p-Tau).This finding was not observed for dorsal hippocampal CA1(dCA1).The overexpression of human tau(hTau)in excitatory and PV neurons mimicked AD-like tau accumulation,significantly inhibited neuronal excitability and suppressed distinct discrimination-associated firings of these neurons within *** excitatory and PV neurons in vCA1 at specific rhythms and time windows efficiently ameliorated tau-impaired social ***,1 month of UA administration efficiently decreased tau accumulation via autophagy in a transcription factor EB(TFEB)-dependent manner and restored the vCA1 microcircuit to ameliorate tau-impaired social ***:This study elucidated distinct protein and phosphoprotein networks between dCA1 and vCA1 and highlighted the susceptibility of the vCA1 microcircuit to AD-like tau

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

The process of development and calibration for the first Moon-based ex- treme ultraviolet （EUV） camera to observe Earth＇s plasmasphere is introduced and the design, test and calibration results are presented. The EUV camera is composed of a multilayer film mirror, a thin film filter, a photon-counting imaging detector, a mech- anism that can adjust the direction in two dimensions, a protective cover, an electronic unit and a thermal control unit. The center wavelength of the EUV camera is 30.2 nm with a bandwidth of 4.6nm. The field of view is 14.7° with an angular resolution of 0.08°, and the sensitivity of the camera is 0.11 count s-1 Rayleigh-1. The geomet- ric calibration, the absolute photometric calibration and the relative photometric cal- ibration are carried out under different temperatures before launch to obtain a matrix that can correct geometric distortion and a matrix for relative photometric correction, which are used for in-orbit correction of the images to ensure their accuracy.

Spin defects in silicon carbide(SiC)have attracted much attentions in various quantum *** this work,we study the optical manipulation of charge state and coherent control of multifold divacancy spins ensemble in SiC under resonant *** results reveal that the resonantly excited divacancy ensemble counts have dozens of enhancements by repumping a higher-energy ***,it has a similar optimal repump laser wavelength of around 670 nm for multiple *** the basis of this,the optically detected magnetic resonance(ODMR)experiment shows that repump lasers with different wavelengths do not affect the ODMR contrast and line *** addition,the repump lasers also do not change the divacancy spins'coherence *** experiments pave the way for using the optimal repump excitation method for SiC-based quantum information processing and quantum sensing.

The New Vacuum Solar Telescope （NVST） is a one meter vacuum solar telescope that aims to observe fine structures on the Sun. The main goals of NVST are high resolution imaging and spectral observations, including measurements of the solar magnetic field. NVST is the primary ground-based facility used by the Chinese solar research community in this solar cycle. It is located by Fuxian Lake in southwest China, where the seeing is good enough to perform high resolution observations. We first introduce the general conditions at the Fuxian Solar Observatory and the primary science cases of NVST. Then, the basic structures of this telescope and instruments are described in detail. Finally, some typical high resolution data of the solar photosphere and chromosphere are also shown.

The Hot Dry Rock(HDR)is considered as a clean and renewable energy,poised to significantly contribute to the global energy decarbonization *** HDR projects worldwide have accumulated valuable experience in efficient drilling and completion,reservoir construction,and fracture *** 2019,China Geological Survey(CGS)initiated a demonstration project of HDR exploration and production in the Gonghe Basin,aiming to overcome the setbacks faced by HDR *** the ensuing four years,the Gonghe HDR project achieved the first power generation in 2021,followed by the second power generation test in *** establishing the primary well group in the initial phase,two directional wells and one branch well were *** progress was made in successfully constructing the targeted reservoir,realizing inter-well connectivity,power generation and grid connection,implementing of the real-time micro-seismic monitoring.A closed-loop technical validation of the HDR exploration and production was ***,many technical challenges remain in the process of HDR industrialization,such as reservoir fracture network characterization,efficient drilling and completion,multiple fracturing treatment,continuous injection and production,as well as mitigation of induced seismicity and numerical simulation technology.

An experiment for m p（14C},14C＊→10Be＋α）p inelastic excitation and decay was performed in inverse kinematics at a beam energy of 25.3 MeV/u. A series of 14C excited states, including a new one at 18.3（1） MeV, were observed which decay to various states of the final nucleus of 10Be. A specially designed telescope system, installed around zero degrees, played an essential role in detecting the resonant states near the α-separation threshold. A state at 14.1（1） MeV is clearly identified, being consistent with the predicted band-head of the molecular rotational band characterized by the π-bond linear chain configuration. Further clarification of the properties of this exotic state is suggested by using appropriate reaction tools.
