Simulation of Multilayer Silicon Thin Films Growth on Si(111) Surface

The homoepitaxial growth of multilayer Si thin film on Si(111) surfaces was simulated by Monte Carlo (MC) method with realistic growth model and physical parameters. Special emphasis was placed on revealing the influence of the Ehrlich-Schwoebel (ES) barrier on the growth modes and morphologies. It is evident that there exists the ES barrier during multilayer Si thin film growth on Si (111) surface, which is deduced from the incomplete layer-by-layer growth process in the realistic experiments. The ES barrier EB=0.1～0.125 eV is estimated from the three-dimensional (3D) MC simulation and compared with the experimental results.

The initial stages of multilayer Co thin film grown on Cu(111) surface were simulated by means of kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) method, where the realistic growth model and physical parameters were presented. The effects of edge diffusion along the islands and mass transport between interlayers were included in the simulation model. Emphasis was placed on revealing the transition of growth morphology in heteroepitaxial Co/Cu(111) system with the changing of surface temperature. The simulation results show that the dendritic islands form at low temperature (T=210 K), while compact islands grow at room temperature (RT). The Volmer-Webber (three-dimensional, 3D) growth mode is presented due to the relative higher Ehrlich-Schwoebel (ES) barrier. Our simulation results are in good agreement with the real scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) experiments.

目的探讨多瘤别癌症风险评估工具对社区女性乳腺癌筛查行为的影响。方法以2018年5月-2020年5月参与社区居民癌症筛查与早发现管理项目的上海市近郊2个社区共计10326名女性居民为研究对象,采用自身前后对照的研究方法,比较总体和不同特征对象在风险评估前后乳腺癌筛查行为的变化。采用配对χ^(2)检验对癌症风险评估前后筛查参与率进行比较,以逐步前进法对评估前后筛查参与率的影响因素进行多因素logistic回归分析,并通过皮尔森χ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法比较评估后筛查参与者中新增筛查者与非新增筛查者、评估后新增筛查者与评估前筛查者的人群特征差异。结果研究对象风险评估前2年内和评估后2年内的乳腺癌筛查参与率分别为3.07%(317/10326)和2.61%(269/10326)。评估后参加筛查的对象中,新增者占93.31%(251/269)。文化程度、家庭人均月收入、一级亲属癌症家族史和乳腺相关症状史等评估前筛查参与率的影响因素对评估后筛查参与率不再有影响;评估后筛查参与者中,无一级亲属癌症家族史、无二级亲属癌症家族史、无乳腺癌相关疾病史和乳腺癌中低风险者是新增筛查的可能性分别是有一级亲属癌症家族史、有二级亲属癌症家族史、有乳腺相关疾病史和乳腺癌高危风险者的1.818、3.377、2.444、2.185和2.031倍。结论癌症风险评估工具可能促进不具有乳腺癌相关危险因素的、之前未筛查过的一般人群参加筛查。

准确的风速预报具有重要的社会意义.在本研究中,使用名为WSFBC-XGB的XGBoost机器学习模型对中国浙江省杭州市自动气象站的短期风速预报误差进行校正.WSFBC-XGB使用本地数值天气预报系统的产品作为输入.将WSFBC-XGB校正的结果与传统MOS(模型输出统计)方法校正的结果进行了比较.结果表明:WSFBC-XGB预报风速的均方根误差(RMSE)/准确率(ACC)分别比NWP和MOS降低/提高了26.1%和7.64%/35.6%和7.02%;对于90%的站点WSFBC-XGB的RMSE/ACC均小于/高于MOS.此外,采用平均杂质减少法对WSFBC-XGB的可解释性进行分析,以帮助用户增加对模型的信任.结果表明:10米风速(47.35%),10米风的经向分量(12.73%),日循环(9.97%)和1000百帕风的经向分量(7.45%)是前4个最重要的特征.WSFBC-XGB模型将有助于提高短期风速预报的准确性,为大型户外活动提供支持.

The cross-section pattern of Fe-based alloy ribbon (Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9) annealed at different temperatures was investigated by AFM (atomic force microscope), and the effect mechanism of Nb and Cu in Fe-based alloy ribbon annealing was analyzed with XRD diffraction crystal analysis technique and other research results. New concepts of encapsulated grain, Nb vacancy cluster, Nb-B atom cluster and so on were proposed and used to describe the formation mechanism of α-Fe (Si) nanocrystal. Finally, a three-phase (separation phase, encapsulated phase and nanocrystalline phase) interconnected structure model in Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy was established.

The cross-section of the Fe-based alloy (Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9) ribbon annealed at 540°C under various tensile stress was investigated with atomic force microscope (AFM). The stress effect mechanism in Fe-based alloy ribbon tensile stress annealed inducing transverse magnetic anisotropy field was studied using the X-ray diffraction spectra and longitudinal drive giant magneto-impedance effect curves, and the model of direction dominant in encapsulated grain agglomeration was established. The relationship between the direction dominant in encapsulated grain agglomeration and magnetic anisotropy field was disclosed.
