蒲公英抗膀胱癌潜在机制的研究进展

膀胱癌(BCa)是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率逐年上升。目前对所有可切除的非转移性肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,强烈建议行根治性膀胱切除术+双侧盆腔淋巴结清扫,但其术后仍面临着复发、转移、死亡的风险。近年来,晚期和转移性BCa患者在新诊断BCa患者中的比例不断升高。虽然目前的治疗模式多样,但由于其有效性低及不良反应较大,往往难以取得显著疗效,导致晚期和转移性BCa患者生存率仍然较低。因此BCa的治疗仍然面临巨大挑战,迫切需要发现一种有效的新型抗肿瘤药物。随着医疗水平的提升,中药药物在BCa患者治疗中显示出极大优势。中药温和,易接受,可通过多途径、多方式、多靶点抑制肿瘤进展,从而发挥抗癌作用。蒲公英是一种药食同源植物,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保肝利胆、降糖和增强免疫力等多种生物活性,其已在乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、舌癌和肺癌等癌症中显示出明确的抗癌作用。通过回顾既往国内外研究,该文对蒲公英提取物通过诱导细胞发生自噬、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞迁移与侵袭、调节细胞的周期和增殖、调节细胞代谢、抑制肿瘤血管生成、联合化疗药物的作用、调控相关信号通路的转导的机制进行总结,系统阐述蒲公英抗BCa的潜在作用机制,以期为BCa的研究和治疗提供一定的理论依据。

6例BHD综合征肺部CT特征分析

目的探讨分析Birt-Hogg-Dubé(BHD)综合征的肺部CT特征表现,旨在提高该病临床诊断的精确性。方法由2位具有5年以上工作经验的主治医师分别对6例BHD综合征患者的肺部CT特征表现进行分析,主要观察肺囊肿的大小、形状、分布及其与胸膜的关系等影像学特征并进行总结。结果6例BHD综合征患者肺部影像特征主要表现为大小不等、边缘光滑的肺囊肿,每例各自的肺囊肿数量不一(45~395个),6例患者肺囊肿总数为1074个,不规则形囊肿占总数的52%,胸膜下区分布的囊肿占48%,分布于双肺下叶的囊肿占63%,患者肺囊肿内可见纤维分隔或肺血管影,其他病变还包括胸膜增厚、肺内纤维灶等。结论以双肺下叶及沿胸膜下分布并表面光滑,且内见纤维分隔的多发性肺囊肿是BHD综合征的特征性CT表现。

Despite the unique properties of bismuth(Bi),there is a lack of two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures between Bi and other functional 2D ***,a coherent strategy is reported to simultaneously synthesize rhombohedral phase Bi nanoflakes and bismuth oxychloride(BiOCI)*** delicate balance between several reactions is mediated mainly for the reduction and chlorination in the chemical vapor transport(CVT)*** Bi-BiOCI lateral heterostructures have been constructed via the coalescence of the two different 2D *** characteristics of ambipolar conducting Bi and insulator-like BiOCI are elaborated by scanning microwave impedance microscopy(sMIM).This work demonstrates a way to construct a 2D Bi nanostructure in junction with its oxyhalide.

TiO_(2)is a promising photocatalyst with limited use in practical applications owing to its wide bandgap,narrow light response range,and rapid recombination of photoexcited *** address these limitations,a novel 1D/2D TiO_(2)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)heterostructure was designed according to the principles of the S-scheme *** TiO_(2)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)(TZISx)hybrids prepared via a hydrothermal method afforded significant improvement in photocatalytic hydrogen evolution(PHE)in comparison to pristine TiO_(2)and ZnIn_(2)S_(4).In particular,the optimal TZIS2 sample(mass ratio of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)to TiO_(2)was 0.4)exhibited the highest PHE activity(6.03 mmol/h/g),which was approximately 3.7 and 2.0 times higher than those of pristine TiO_(2)and ZnIn_(2)S_(4),*** improvement in the PHE of the TZIS2 sample could be attributed to the formation of an intimate heterojunction interface,high-efficiency separation of charge carriers,abundant reactive sites,and enhanced light absorption ***,theoretical and experimental results demonstrated that the S-scheme mechanism of interfacial electron transfer in the TZISx composites facilitated the transfer and separation of photoexcited charge carriers,resulting in more isolated photoexcited electrons for the PHE reaction.

Micro-scale FEM Calculation of Concrete Temperature during Production and Casting

A micro-scale finite element method(FEM) was proposed to precisely calculate the heat conduction between mortar and aggregate, and thus to accurately predict the non-uniformity of concrete pouring temperature. The concrete temperature field during vibration was also precisely calculated by accurate description of heat absorption characteristics of different parts of concrete when vibration. Based on the above method, the prediction model was used to predict the pouring temperature of a practical engineering. The comparison between actual results and simulated values shows that this method can be adopted to accurately predict the non-uniformity of concrete pouring temperature and the influence of mechanized vibration on concrete pouring temperature, and thus accurately predict pouring temperature. The control of casting temperature is crucial for preventing concrete fracture. The study provides a new method for predicting the pouring temperature of concrete structures, which has great practical value in engineering application.

中华鳖5个养殖群体肌肉营养成分分析与评价

【目的】分析和评价国内中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)主要养殖群体的肌肉营养品质,为中华鳖品质性状遗传改良及相关配合饲料的研发提供依据。【方法】测定东莞、高要、萧山、郓城和余姚5个群体的肌肉常规营养成分、氨基酸和脂肪酸含量,并进行营养评价。【结果】(1)各群体之间粗蛋白、粗脂肪、水分和灰分存在显著差异(P<0.05)。其中,萧山群体的粗蛋白质量分数最高,水分质量分数最低,东莞群体的粗脂肪质量分数最高,粗蛋白质量分数最低,高要群体的粗灰分质量分数最高,粗脂肪质量分数最低,而郓城和余姚群体的常规营养成分质量分数相对居中;(2)以鲜质量计,检出必需氨基酸总质量分数为8.65%(东莞)~10.21%(萧山),非必需氨基酸总质量分数为8.61%(东莞)~10.73%(萧山)。各群体的氨基酸评分为0.62~1.68,化学评分为0.42~1.29,必需氨基酸指数为77.72~83.98,苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸为第一限制性氨基酸;(3)5个群体均检出10种脂肪酸。以鲜质量计,脂肪酸总质量分数为348.41 mg/100 g(高要)~708.55 mg/100 g(东莞),饱和脂肪酸总质量分数为133.69 mg/100 g(高要)~212.58 mg/100 g(东莞),单不饱和脂肪酸总质量分数为86.02 mg/100 g(高要)~246.25 mg/100 g(东莞),多不饱和脂肪酸总质量分数为128.70 mg/100 g(高要)~249.73 mg/100 g(东莞)。【结论】中华鳖肌肉具有高蛋白(19.63%~21.42%)、低脂肪(0.37%~0.95%)的营养特点,可作为优质食物蛋白来源。不同养殖群体中华鳖的肌肉营养组成基本一致,但含量和营养价值存在差异,其中,萧山群体表现出较为突出的高蛋白、低脂肪营养特性,而东莞群体脂肪和脂肪酸质量分数较高,可能具有更好的风味和口感。

Optimization methods of production layer combination for coalbed methane development in multi-coal seams

Based on the productivity equation of coalbed methane(CBM) wells, three indexes, main production layer optimization index, main production layer expansion index and capacity contribution index are proposed, with which the three-step optimization method of production-layer combination is established. In selecting main production layer, the coal seam thickness, CBM content, coal seam permeability, coal seam reservoir pressure and coal structure are considered comprehensively to evaluate the potential of the production layer. In selecting expansion of the main production layer combination, on the premise of ensuring full and slow desorption of the main production layer and non-exposure of the main production layer out of liquid surface, the degree of mutual interference between the main and non-main production layers is comprehensively evaluated by coupling the critical desorption pressure, layer spacing and reservoir pressure gradient difference. In optimizing production layer combination, the main concern is the economic efficiency of the combined layers. Only when the contribution coefficient of the main production layer is greater than 30% and the contribution index of the other production layers is more than 10%, the economic benefit of a CBM well after being put into production can be ensured. Based on the comparative analysis of the development effect of the development test wells in Songhe of Guizhou province, it is proved that the "three-step method" for the optimization of production-layer combination is scientific and practical, and can be used to design the multi-layer commingling scheme of coalbed methane.

辛硫磷对罗氏沼虾的毒性效应研究

为探究辛硫磷对水产动物的毒性作用,在水温(21.0±0.5)℃下,将平均体质量为(1.2±0.2)g的罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)置于30 L水体中,水中辛硫磷浓度为0μg/L(对照组)、3.125μg/L、6.25μg/L、12.5μg/L、25.0μg/L、50.0μg/L和100.0μg/L,采用半静水方法开展急性毒性试验。为进一步探究辛硫磷对罗氏沼虾的毒性及损伤的可逆性,将罗氏沼虾暴露于1/3 96 h半数致死浓度(LC50)的辛硫磷水体中饲养4 d后,移至清水中饲养7 d,对照组饲养于清水中,每天更换1/2水体,设置3个平行,每组40尾罗氏沼虾。在第0 d、4 d、11 d随机取各组肝胰腺、鳃和肠道,用Bouin’s试液固定,进行组织病理学观察;在第0 d、1 d、2 d、4 d、11 d随机取肝胰腺和肌肉组织,液氮中快速冷冻,-80℃保存,用于酶活和基因表达测定。结果表明,辛硫磷对罗氏沼虾的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h LC50分别是16.834μg/L、10.644μg/L、8.570μg/L和6.988μg/L,属剧毒。暴露于2μg/L的辛硫磷中4 d,罗氏沼虾肝胰腺、鳃和肠道组织损伤严重,肝小管结构破坏,管内空隙消失,鳃丝顶部膨大,鳃基部出现空泡,肠道绒毛结构受损,上皮细胞脱落;肝胰腺谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性显著下降(P<0.01),氧自由基和脂氧化产物(丙二醛,MDA)含量显著上升(P<0.01),抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶,SOD和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,GSH-p X)活性显著下降(P<0.01),神经传导关键酶(乙酰胆碱酶,ACh E)活性显著下降(P<0.01),免疫相关基因(alf基因、hsp基因、hemocyanin基因和proPO基因)表达量显著下调(P<0.01)。移至清水养殖7 d后,罗氏沼虾的组织病理损伤、肝胰腺功能、氧化应激、神经和免疫损伤均有恢复,但未恢复至对照组水平,表明辛硫磷对罗氏沼虾的部分损伤不可逆。
