The component, hardness, density and microstructure of typical glass mould materials made in developed countries are analyzed. It is shown that glass mould material made by Jiangsu Changshu Orient Mold and Die Co Ltd differs from that from the developed countries. The way to improve Orient Glass Mold materials was introduced. KDT-1 type mold material with Dtype graphite was produced.

A Ni-Cr-B-Si coating technique was developed and successfully applied on austenite grey iron substrate in a conventional resistance furnace under graphite powder protection. The microstructure, phase distribution, chemical composition profile and microhardness along the coating layer depth were investigated. Shear strength of the coating was also tested. Microanalysis shows that the coating is consist of γ-Ni solution and γ-Ni+Ni3B lamellar eutectic, as well as small amount of Cr5B3 particles. Diffusion induced metallurgical bonding occurs at the coating/substrate interfaces, and the higher the temperature, the more sufficient elements diffused, the broader interfusion region and the larger bonding strength, but it has an optimum value. And the bonding strength at the interface can be enable to reach 250-270 MPa, which is nearly the same as that of processed by flame spray. The microhardness along the coating layer depth shows a gradient distribution manner.

A new casting method, the vacuum-sealed mold casting under pressure, has been developed, and thin wall iron castings with high precision and smooth surface have been produced successfully with this casting method. The experimental results show that the liquid iron has a very excellent filling ability because a high negative pressure is formed in the mold cavity during filling process. The vacuum-sealed mold under pressure has very high compressive strength greater than 650 kPa, which is 3-4 times as high as that of the molds produced by high-pressure molding process or vacuum-sealed molding process.

Transfer RNA(tRNA)-derived fragments,a new type of tRNA-derived small RNA(tsRNA),can be cleaved from tRNA by enzymes to regulate target gene expression at the transcriptional and translational *** are not only degradation fragments but also have biological functions,including those in immune inflammation,metabolic disorders,and cell *** dysregulation is closely associated with multiple diseases,including various cancers and acute pancreatitis(AP).AP is a common gastrointestinal disease,and its incidence increases *** development is associated with tsRNAs,which regulate cell injury and induce inflammation,especially pyroptosis and ***,serum tRF36 has the potential to serve as a non-invasive diagnostic biomarker and leads to pancreatic acinar cell ferroptosis causing inflammation to promote *** show the characteristics of tsRNAs and their diagnostic value and function in AP,and discuss the potential opportunities and challenges of using tsRNAs in clinical applications and research.

用普通电阻炉加石墨保护的方法成功地在铁素体基灰铸铁及珠光体基灰铸铁基体上制备了镍基自熔性合金粉末复合材料。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度仪、CMT4305型万能测试仪等分别对复合材料的显微组织、成分分布、显微硬度以及结合强度等进行了观察和测试。试验表明,在基体与覆层熔覆的过程中存在着元素的相互扩散,促进了二者之间的冶金结合,且铁素体基灰铸铁与镍基覆层之间的结合好于珠光体基灰铸铁,另外由于元素的扩散使基体与熔覆层组织的显微硬度呈梯度分布。
