Here we disc.ss rec.nt progress in understanding tropic.l c.c.one(Tc.subseasonal variability and its *** has been a c.nc.rted effort to understand the sourc.s of predic.ability at subseasonal time-sc.les,and this effort has c.ntinued to make progress in rec.nt *** the Madden-Julian Osc.llation(MJO),other modes of variability affec. Tc. at these time-sc.les,in partic.lar various equatorial ***,Tc.ac.ivity is also modulated by extratropic.l proc.sses via Rossby wave *** has also been progress in the ability of models to simulate the MJO and its modulation of Tc.*** efforts have c.eated multi-model ensemble datasets,whic. have made it possible to evaluate the forec.st skill of the MJO and Tc. on subseasonal time-sc.les in multiple forec.sting *** there is positive skill in some c.ses,there is strong dependenc. on the ensemble system c.nsidered,the basin examined,and whether the storms have extratropic.l influenc.s or ***,the definition of skill differs among *** c.nters are c.rrently issuing subseasonal Tc.forec.sts using various tec.niques(statistic.l,statistic.l-dynamic.l and dynamic.l).There is also a strong interest in the private sec.or for forec.sts with 3-4 weeks lead time.

背景：内皮功能紊乱见于已确诊的2型糖尿病，也有可能在发展为糖尿病之前出现。目的：在最初无糖尿病的妇女中，明确血浆内皮功能紊乱的生物学标志(E-选择素、细胞问粘附分子1[interc.llular adhesion molec.le 1，Ic.M-1]和血管细胞粘附分子1[vasc.lar c.ll adhesion molec.le1，Vc.M-1])水平升高是否可预测2型糖尿病的发生。设计和地点：护士健康研究(Nurses’Health Study)中之前瞻性、窠式病例对照研究。护士健康研究于1976年启动，目前仍在进行中。参试者：在1989—1990年最初入选的121700名妇女中，有32826人提供了血标本。基线时无糖尿病、心血管疾病或癌症的参试者中，至2000年有737人发生糖尿病。根据年龄、空腹状态以及种族情况选择匹配的对照组(n=785)。主要观察指标：通过不同基线E-选择素、Ic.M-1和Vc.M-1水平确定临床诊断2型糖尿病的危险性。结果：基线时病例组生物学标志的中位值与对照组比较明显升高(E-选择素，61．2比45．4ng/mL；Ic.M-1，264．9比247．0 ng/mL；Vc.M-1：545．4比526．0 ng／mL[P值均≤0．004])。在logistic.归分析模型中，在匹配标准条件下，在校正体重指数(body mass index，BMI)、糖尿病家族史、吸烟、饮食积分、酒精摄入、活动指数以及绝经后使用激素情况后，发现E-选择素和Ic.M-1水平升高可以预测糖尿病的发生。最高5分位与最低5分位比较，校正后发生糖尿病的相对危险度E-选择素为5．43(95％可信区间[c.nfidenc. interval，c.]，3．47～8．50)，Ic.M-1为3．56(95％ c.，2．28～5．58)，Vc.M-1为1．12(95%，c.，0．76—1．66)。以腰围取代BMI进行校正或进一步校正基线c.反应蛋白、空腹胰岛素和糖化血红蛋白A1c.平，或排除于最初4年期间随访诊断糖尿病的病例，均未改变其相关性。结论：内皮功能紊乱可以预测女性2型糖尿病的发生，而且独立于其他已知的危险因素(包括肥胖和亚临床炎症)。

Dothideomyc.tes c.mprise a highly diverse range of fungi c.arac.erized mainly by asc. with two wall layers(bitunic.te asc.)and often with fissitunic.te *** spec.es are saprobes,with many asexual states c.mprising important plant *** are also endophytes,epiphytes,fungic.lous,lic.enized,or lic.enic.lous *** oc.ur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats in almost every part of the *** ac.ept 105 families in Dothideomyc.tes with the new families Anteagloniac.ae,Bambusic.lac.ae,Biatriosporac.ae,Lic.enoc.niac.ae,Muyoc.pronac.ae,Paranec.riellac.ae,Roussoellac.ae,Salsugineac.ae,Seynesiopeltidac.ae and Thyridariac.ae introduc.d in this *** family is provided with a desc.iption and notes,inc.uding asexual and asexual states,and if more than one genus is inc.uded,the type genus is also *** family is provided with at least one figure-plate,usually illustrating the type genus,a list of ac.epted genera,inc.uding asexual genera,and a key to these genera.A phylogenetic.tree based on four gene c.mbined analysis add support for 64 of the families and 22 orders,inc.uding the novel orders,Dyfrolomyc.tales,Lic.enoc.niales,Lic.enotheliales,Monoblastiales,Natipusillales,Phaeotric.ales and *** paper is expec.ed to provide a working doc.ment on Dothideomyc.tes whic. c.n be modified as new data c.mes to *** is hoped that by illustrating types we provide stimulation and interest so that more work is c.rried out in this remarkable group of fungi.
