This paper is concerned with the global pinning synchronization problem of a class of switching directed networks with Lorenz-type node dynamics. By using tools from M-matrix theory and multiple Lyapunov functions approach, the issues of what kind of nodes should be pinned and how large the control strength of the network should be selected for achieving global synchronization are clearly addressed. It is theoretically shown that the global pinning synchronization can be achieved if the augmented networks always contains a directed spanning tree, the coupling strength is larger than a derived critical value, and the switching among the possible network structures is not too fast.

目的探讨基于患者门户系统(PPS)建立的个人电子健康记录(PHR)和慢性病管理平台在老年冠心病患者的应用及对自护能力、应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月–2021年6月某三甲医院收治的532例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组269例和对照组263例。对照组患者进行常规出院办理和随访,研究组患者基于PPS建立的PHR和慢性病管理平台进行出院办理和随访。管理6个月、12个月、18个月后应用自护能力测评表(ESCA)、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)、西雅图心绞痛问卷(SAQ)对两组患者的自护能力、应对方式、生活质量,分析管理效果进行评价。结果管理前,两组患者的各量表得分差异无统计学意义。管理6个月、12个月、18个月后,两组患者的ESCA量表评分均高于管理前(P<0.05);两组患者MCMQ量表中面对维度评分高于管理前(P<0.05),回避和屈服维度评分低于管理前(P<0.05);两组患者SAQ量表评分均高于管理前(P<0.05)。管理6个月、12个月、18个月后,研究组的ESCA量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的面对维度评分高于对照组,回避和屈服维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的SAQ量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组服药依从率为83.27%,高于对照组的69.96%(P<0.05)。研究组不良心血管事件发生率为4.09%,低于对照组的10.27%(P<0.05)。研究组急诊和再入院平均次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PPS建立的PHR和慢性病管理平台可提高老年冠心病患者的就医便利性,有利于改善自护能力、应对方式和生活质量,管理效果良好。

A significant body of work on reinforcement learning has been focused on the single-agent tasks where the agent aims to learn a policy thatmaximizes the cumulative reward in a dynamic environment.1 In the past decades,quite a few single-agent-based reinforcement learning algorithms have been developed in the literature.1 Yet,it is increasingly recognized that the single-agentbased reinforcement learning algorithms may fail to effectively handle largescale optimization(decision)tasks with joint features.

This paper considers the problem of distributed node-to-node consensus for general linear multi-agent systems with switched pinning links. The control goal in the present work is to make each follower track the corresponding leader asymptotically under the condition that only a small fraction of followers can sense their corresponding leaders through some switched communication channels. By using tools from M-matrix theory and switched systems theory, it is proved that such a node-to-node consensus can be achieved if each follower can be directly or indirectly influenced by at least one leader, and the inner linking matrix as well as coupling strength are appropriately designed.

In this paper, for the position control problem of permanent magnet linear motors, a digital control algorithm based on terminal sliding mode control method is proposed. At the first step, based on Euler’s discretization, the approximate discretetime model is obtained. By introducing a new discrete-time terminal sliding surface, then an improved discrete-time terminal sliding mode control method is designed. By a rigorous stability analysis, it is demonstrated that the improved discrete-time terminal sliding mode control method can offer a higher accuracy than the discrete-time linear sliding mode control method. The comparing simulation results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Traditional machine learning relies on a centralized data pipeline for model training in various applications;however,data are inherently *** a decentralized nature of databases presents the serious challenge for collaboration:sending all decentralized datasets to a central server raises serious privacy *** there has been a joint effort in tackling such a critical issue by proposing privacy-preserving machine learning frameworks,such as federated learning,most state-of-the-art frameworks are built still in a centralized way,in which a central client is needed for collecting and distributing model information(instead of data itself)from every other client,leading to high communication burden and high vulnerability when there exists a failure at or an attack on the central *** we propose a principled decentralized federated learning algorithm(DeceFL),which does not require a central client and relies only on local information transmission between clients and their neighbors,representing a fully decentralized learning *** has been further proven that every client reaches the global minimum with zero performance gap and achieves the same convergence rate O(1=T)(where T is the number of iterations in gradient descent)as centralized federated learning when the loss function is smooth and strongly ***,the proposed algorithm has been applied to a number of applications to illustrate its effectiveness for both convex and nonconvex loss functions,time-invariant and time-varying topologies,as well as IID and Non-IID of datasets,demonstrating its applicability to a wide range of real-world medical and industrial applications.

目的对天津市三级医院接收异地新型农村合作医疗跨省联网结报住院患者费用进行分析，为政府部门完善相关政策提供依据。方法对2017年5—10月天津市23家三级医院接收的异地新型农村合作医疗住院患者联网结报数据进行跟踪统计和分析。不同来源地、不同疾病的患者费用组间比较，采用单因素方差分析，多重比较采用LSD—t检验。结果收集有来自辽宁省等8个省份的118例新型农村合作医疗患者就医联网结报费用，患者总人均发生费用为26744．92元，实际人均报销费用为8890．68元，占人均发生费用的33．24％。结论患者自费占比偏高，与各省份对三级医院补偿比例偏低、目录外医疗收费、自费医用材料使用等有关。应完善补偿政策和医保支付政策，确保各地新型农村合作医疗患者享有更合理的政策待遇。
