Nursing effect of narrative nursing intervention on postoperative patients with severe lung cancer

BACKGROUND Lung cancer is a common disease with high mortality,and psychological support is very important in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative patients with cancer *** To explore the application effect of the narrative nursing method in postoperative lung cancer patients in the intensive care *** A total of 120 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and experiencing cancer-related pain were randomly allocated into two groups:an observation group and a control group,each consisting of 60 *** control group was given routine analgesic and psychological care,while the research group applied the five-step narrative nursing method based on routine care,comparing the visual analogue scale scores,sleep status,anxiety and depression status,and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the *** The pain scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention using the narrative nursing method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Using narrative nursing methods to intervene in patients with lung cancer combined with cancerous pain can help patients to correctly recognize their disease,adjust their mentality,establish confidence,alleviate patients'subjective pain feelings,and improve their adverse emotions.

目的探究改良中药硬膏热贴敷配合A型肉毒毒素(Botulinum toxin A,BTA)治疗中风后肩痛(Hemiplegic shoulder pain, HSP)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年9月期间衡水市中医医院脑病门诊就诊及住院的中风后肩痛患者200例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组给予A型肉毒毒素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予改良中药硬膏热贴敷配合A型肉毒毒素治疗。持续治疗8周。观察比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后炎性因子[血清白细胞介素1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)及一氧化氮(Nitric oxide, NO)]水平、扩展Barthel指数(Extended barthel index, EBI)量表评分、上肢简化Fugl-Meyer法(Fugl-Meyer assessment, FMA)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale, VAS)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(The national institutes of health stroke scale, NIHSS)评分、肩关节活动度评分。结果治疗后观察组总有效率94.00%(94/100)高于对照组81.00%(81/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者炎症因子IL-1β、NO水平较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者EBI、FMA评分较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者VAS、NIHSS评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者肩关节外展、外旋、屈曲活动度评分较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良中药硬膏热贴敷配合BTA治疗能够改善中风后肩痛患者的上肢神经功能、肩关节活动度以及日常生活能力,缓解其疼痛,治疗效果显著优于单独BTA治疗。

Studying the system state of coexistence regions will peek into to reveal microscopic interactions between different phases of a thermodynamic ***,there is no effective method to study thermodynamic nature of the coexistence black hole regions for the failure of the equation of *** at these coexistence states,in this work,we develop a general approach by introducing two new ratio *** first one is the ratio of the horizon radii of the saturated coexistence small and large black holes,and the second one measures that of the small black hole molecule number to the total molecule *** demonstrate that the first parameter can serve as an order parameter to characterize the first-order phase *** study also shows that the black hole state in the coexistence region is uniquely determined by these two introduced parameters bounded between 0 and *** results are quite significant in the analytical study of phase transition and the microscopic nature of black hole in the coexistence regions.

Effect of BaO and MgO on structure and properties of aluminate slag with various CaO/Al_(2)0_(3)ratios

To provide theoretical guidance for performance stability control of low-reactive mold fluxes,the effects of BaO and MgO on the structure and properties of aluminate slag with various CaO/Al_(2)0_(3)(C/A)ratios were investigated using the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,Raman spectroscope,hemispherical melting point instrument,rotational viscometer and X-ray *** results indicated that with BaO and MgO addition,the structure polymerization was first weakened and then enhanced at C/A of 1.1,and the transition contents corresponded to 8 wt.%BaO and 2 wt.%MgO,respectively,while the structure polymerization decreased continuously at C/A of *** the viscosity change was well consistent with the structure evolution,the polymerization degree played a more prominent role in the slag viscosity than superheat degree when the melting temperature difference was within 40℃.The break temperature decreased initially and then increased with augment of BaO and MgO at C/A of 1.1,while it manifested a decrease trend with BaO addition,and it decreased obviously but then turned to increase with MgO increment at C/A of *** crystallization phase and crystallization ratio kept stable with BaO increment,while the crystallization ratio rose greatly with MgO promoting LiAlO_(2)precipitation at C/A of *** crystal types of all experimental slags were mainly Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)and CaF_(2)at C/A of 1.3,and the precipitation of crystalline phase BaAl2O4 demonstrated a rising trend,while that of Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)gradually declined with BaO augment.

In the determination of the Earth gravity field in satellite geodesy, the inclination functions represent the projection of data observed along the orbital plane of a satellite orbit into the sphere in the terrestial reference frame. The inclination functions in this work is studied from a group theoretical perspective. The inclination functions are proved to generate a representation of the SO(3) group. An orthogonal relation of the inclination functions is derived and some recurrence relations for the inclination functions are given, based on which an algorithm to calculate the inclination functions is proposed.

Effect of polyamine on seed germination of wheat under drought stress is related to changes in hormones and carbohydrates

Drought is a multifaceted stress condition that inhibits crop growth. Seed germination is one of the critical and sensitive stages of plants, and its process is inhibited or even entirely prevented by drought. Polyamines （PAs） are closely associ- ated with plant resistance to drought stress and seed germination. However, little is known about the effect of PA on the seed germination of wheat under drought stress. This study investigated the involvement of PAs in regulating wheat seed germination under drought stress. Six wheat genotypes differing in drought resistance were used, and endogenous PA levels were measured during seed germination under different water treatments. In addition, external PAwas used for seed soaking and the variation of hormones, total soluble sugar and starch were measured during the seed germination under different water treatments. These results indicated that the free spermidine （Spd） accumulation in seeds during the seed germination period favored wheat seed germination under drought stress; however, the free putrescine （Put） accumulation in seeds during the seed germination period may work against wheat seed germination under drought stress. In addition, seed soaking in Spd and spermine （Spm） significantly relieved the inhibition of seed germination by drought stress; howev- er, soaking seeds in Put had no significant effect on seed germination under drought. External Spd and Spm significantly increased the endogenous indole-3-acetic acid （IAA）, zeatin （Z）＋zeatin riboside （ZR）, abscisic acid （ABA）, and gibberellins （GA） contents in seeds and accelerated the seed starch degradation and increased the concentration of soluble sugars in seeds during seed germination. This may promote wheat seed germination under drought stress. The gut microbiome interacts with the host to maintain body homeostasis,with gut microbial dysbiosis implicated in many ***,the underlying mechanisms of gut microbe regulation of host behavior and brain functions remain *** study aimed to elucidate the influence of gut microbiota on brain functions via post-translational modification mechanisms in the presence or absence of bacteria without any *** conducted succinylome analysis of hippocampal proteins in germ-free(GF)and specific pathogen-free(SPF)mice and metagenomic analysis of feces from SPF *** results were integrated with previously reported hippocampal acetylome and phosphorylome data from the same batch of *** bioinformatics analyses revealed 584 succinylation sites on 455 proteins,including 54 up-regulated succinylation sites on 91 proteins and 99 down-regulated sites on 51 proteins in the GF mice compared to the SPF *** constructed a panoramic map of gut microbiota-regulated succinylation,acetylation,and phosphorylation,and identified cross-talk and relative independence between the different types of post-translational modifications in modulating complicated intracellular *** correlation analysis indicated that 13 taxa,predominantly belonging to the Bacteroidetes phylum,were correlated with the biological functions of post-translational *** correlations between these taxa and succinylation and negative correlations between these taxa and acetylation were identified in the modulation of intracellular *** study highlights the hippocampal physiological changes induced by the absence of gut microbiota,and proteomic quantification of succinylation,phosphorylation,and acetylation,contributing to our understanding of the role of the gut microbiome in brain function and behavioral phenotypes.

Observation of gapless corner modes of photonic crystal slabs in synthetic translation dimensions
