Spatiotemporal changes in sunshine duration and its influential factors in Chongqing,China from 1961 to 2020

The surface solar radiation in most parts of the world has undergone a phenomenon known as global dimming and brightening,characterized by an initial decrease followed by an increase.As a result,the sunshine duration(SD)has decreased in the past 60 years.Against the backdrop of global dimming and brightening,SD has decreased to varying degrees in many regions of China.Using the observed data of SD,cloud amount(total cloud amount and low cloud amount,abbreviated as TCA and LCA),precipitation,and relative humidity(RH)from 34 meteorological stations in Chongqing during the period of 1961-2020,along with a digital elevation model(DEM)with a resolution of 90 m,this study analyzed the spatiotemporal variations and influencing factors of SD.The analysis employed methods such as linear regression,Mann-Kendall test,wavelet transformation,and DEM-based possible SD distributed model.The results showed that the annual SD in Chongqing has significantly decreased over the last 60 years,with a decreasing interannual trend rate(ITR)of 40.4 h/10a.Except for no obvious trend in spring,SD decreased significantly in summer,autumn and winter at the ITR of 21.1 h/10a,8.5 h/10a and 7.5 h/10a,respectively.An abrupt decrease in the annual SD was found in 1979.The difference before and after the abrupt decrease was 177.7 h.The difference before and after the abrupt decrease was 177.7 h.The annual SD possessed the oscillation period of 11a.The spatial heterogeneity of the mean annual SD during the last 60 years was obvious.The distribution of SD in Chongqing is high in the northeast and low in the southeast.In addition,about 73%of the total area in Chongqing showed a significant and very significant decreasing trend.The regions with significant changes are mainly concentrated in the regions with altitudes of 200~1000 m.The increasing LCA was the main cause of the decrease of the annual SD in the regions with 200-400 m altitude decreased the most and changed the most.Increasing LCA is the primary cause of the reduction in annual SD,showing

Nanoimprint-induced strain engineering of two-dimensional materials

The high stretchability of two-dimensional(2D)materials has facilitated the possibility of using external strain to manipulate their properties.Hence,strain engineering has emerged as a promising technique for tailoring the performance of 2D materials by controlling the applied elastic strain field.Although various types of strain engineering methods have been proposed,deterministic and controllable generation of the strain in 2D materials remains a challenging task.Here,we report a nanoimprint-induced strain engineering(NISE)strategy for introducing controllable periodic strain profiles on 2D materials.A three-dimensional(3D)tunable strain is generated in a molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))sheet by pressing and conforming to the topography of an imprint mold.different strain profiles generated in MoS_(2)are demonstrated and verified by Raman and photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy.The strain modulation capability of NISE is investigated by changing the imprint pressure and the patterns of the imprint molds,which enables precise control of the strain magnitudes and distributions in MoS_(2).Furthermore,a finite element model is developed to simulate the NISE process and reveal the straining behavior of MoS_(2).This deterministic and effective strain engineering technique can be easily extended to other materials and is also compatible with common semiconductor fabrication processes;therefore,it provides prospects for advances in broad nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices.

Highly sensitive,fast and low-temperature detection of triethylamine （TEA） gas based on Sn O2is attractive yet remains challenging.Herein,Sn S2nanosheets （NSs）/Sn O2hollow multishelled structures （Ho MSs）-based sensors are designed by the synthesis of Sn O2Ho MSs,followed by in situ sulfuration with thioacetamide.By varying the thioacetamide levels,Sn S2/Sn O2heterostructures with different Sn S2contents were obtained and their TEA gas sensing performances were investigated.

BACKGROUND Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMDAR)encephalitis is a rare but important complication of ovarian teratoma.Between July 2012 and December 2019,six patients with ovarian teratoma-associated anti-NMDAR encephalitis were enrolled in our hospital and their clinical characteristics,treatment,and follow-up were reviewed.We also conducted a systematic literature review of ovarian teratoma related anti-NMDAR encephalitis reports between January 2014 and December 2019.AIM To better understand anti-NMDAR encephalitis through literature review and patients enrolled in our hospital.METHODS The six patients enrolled in the study were those diagnosed with anti-NMDAR encephalitis.Their history,clinical manifestations,and medications were recorded and optimum treatment provided in addition to maintaining a record of the follow-ups.In addition,we also extensively surveyed the literature and provide summarized data from 155 published cases of anti-NMDAR encephalitis from 130 case reports.PubMed and Scopus were the sources of these publications and the time period covered was 6 years ranging from January 2014 through December 2019.RESULTS The six patients enrolled for this study presented with typical symptoms resulting in a diagnosis of ovarian teratoma induced anti-NMDAR encephalitis.Appropriate interventions led to a positive outcome in all the patients,with five of six patients reporting full recovery and the sixth patient recovering with a few deficits.No death was recorded.The literature survey comprising of 155 patients cases across 130 case reports of anti-NMDAR encephalitis clearly indicated an upward trend in the reports/diagnosis in China,particularly in the surveyed time from 2014 through 2019.The majority of patients(150/155)underwent surgical intervention resulting in positive outcome.No treatment intervention was mentioned for one case while the four patients who were not surgically operated succumbed to the disease.CONCLUSION Suspected anti-NMDAR encephalitis should be quickly evaluated for anti-NMDAR

Preeclampsia(PE)is a pregnancy-specific hypertensive disorder which poses a severe threat to maternal and fetal health.1 Defective decidualization may contribute to PE.^(2) N6-methyladenosine(m6A)is associated with various diseases.The regulatory mechanism of m6A in PE is not well established to date.We aimed to identify differentially expressed m6A and explore its regulatory role in the pathogenesis of PE.

Study on the Relationship between AMPK/UCP2 Pathway and Mitochondrial Dysfunction in Granulosa Cells of Polycystic Ovay Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the changes of the AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/uncoupling protein 2(UCP2)(AMPK/UCP2)pathway in ovarian granulosa cells with PCOS and its relationship with mitochondrial dysfunction.Methods:PCOS mouse models and normally fed mice,ovarian granulosa cells from the two mice were extracted,and the protein expression levels of AMPKα,p-AMPKαand UCP2 were detected by western blotting.The ROS and ATP content of granulosa cells were determined by colorimetric and chemiluminescence immunoassays to assess mitochondrial function.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between AMPK/UCP2 pathway-related proteins,ROS and ATP.Results:P-AMPKα/GAPDH(0.12±0.09),AMPKα/GAPDH(0.35±0.40),P-AMPKα/AMPKα(0.56±0.33)and ATP(0.36±0.04)pmol/mg in PCOS model mice were lower than those in non-POCS groups,while UCP2/GAPDH(1.18±0.28)and ROS(48810.92±4498.08)were lower than those in non-POCS groups.The fluorescence intensity of DCF was higher than that of the non-POCS group(Pding to mitochondrial dysfunction.Regulation of AMPK/UCP2 pathway activity may be a potential therapeutic target to ameliorate PCOS-related mitochondrial dysfunction.

Immunoglobulin(IgG)glycosylation affects the effector functions of IgG in a myriad of biological processes and has been closely associated with numerous autoimmune diseases,including systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),thus underlining the pathogenic role of glycosylation aberration in autoimmunity.This study aims to explore the relationship between IgG sialylation patterns and lupus pregnancy.Relative to that in serum samples from the control cohort,IgG sialylation level was aberrantly downregulated in serum samples from the SLE cohort at four stages(from preconception to the third trimester of pregnancy)and was significantly associated with lupus activity and fetal loss during lupus pregnancy.The type I interferon signature of pregnant patients with SLE was negatively correlated with the level of IgG sialylation.The lack of sialylation dampened the ability of IgG to suppress the functions of plasmacytoid dendritic cells(pDCs).RNA-seq analysis further revealed that the expression of genes associated with the spleen tyrosine kinase(SYK)signaling pathway significantly differed between IgG-and deSia-IgG-treated pDCs.This finding was confirmed by the attenuation of the ability to phosphorylate SYK and BLNK in deSia-IgG.Finally,the coculture of pDCs isolated from pregnant patients with SLE with IgG/deSia-IgG demonstrated the sialylation-dependent anti-inflammatory function of IgG.Our findings suggested that IgG influences lupus activity through regulating pDCs function via the modulation of the SYK pathway in a sialic acid-dependent manner.

面对日益复杂的飞机系统,传统的安全性分析方法对复杂系统间的不安全交互行为和危险源的识别能力不足。为有效评价持续适航阶段的飞机系统安全性,提出了一种融合系统理论过程分析(system theory process analysis,STPA)和动态故障树(dynamic fault tree,DFT)的改进的STPA安全性分析方法和评价模型。模型采用STPA识别出不安全控制行为和致因因素,并将其与动态故障树分析方法相融合,以事故致因理论优化致因分析方法,计算得出不安全控制行为发生概率并确定系统潜在危险的关键致因因素。以飞机起落架系统为例进行分析验证,结果表明,改进后的STPA分析方法可以准确地对系统危险进行识别和分析,为持续适航阶段的安全性分析提供支持。
