The adsorption performances of individual adsorbent such as UiO-66-NH_(2)and MgAl-layered double hydroxides(MgAl-LDH)toward levofloxacin(LVX)is less satisfactory due to the disappointing uptake capacity and adsorption ***,a 3D flower-like composite adsorbent prepared via iterative hydrothermal synthesis method anchoring UiO-66-NH_(2)nanoparticles onto the MgAl-LDH *** to the synergistic effects of UiO-66-NH_(2),and MgAl-LDH,the MgAl-LDH@UiO-66-NH_(2)exhibits an outstanding adsorption performance toward ***,the maximum LVX uptake capacity over MgAl-LDH@UiO-66-NH_(2)reached 268 mg/g,which was higher than that of the individual adsorption materials UiO-66-NH_(2)(41 mg/g),MgAl-LDH(140 mg/g),and some adsorbents reported in previous *** rapid adsorption process can reach equilibrium within 20 min,which conformed well to the pseudo-second-order kinetics and the Langmuir isotherm *** thermodynamic result also indicated that the adsorption was spontaneous and exothermic,simultaneous coexisting physical and chemical adsorption ***,the MgAl-LDH@UiO-66-NH_(2)still maintained excellent adsorption capacity with a slightly decrease after fifth cycle,exhibiting a remarkable reuse and stable *** work provides a highly novel strategy to prepare recyclable composite adsorbent for the LVX capture from aqueous solution.

Metal-organic framework(MoF)with a buildable internal structure has aroused great interest focus as self-sacrificing precursors of porous carbon(PC).However,as a drug carrier,the MOF-derived PC developed thus far are generally composed of irregular powder shape due to their crystalline nature,which consequently causing the cerebral infarction,cerebral thrombosis,and other blood *** this article,we propose a novel approach to constructing amorphous carbon microspheres(AcMs)by dis-torting the topological network through hydrothermal treatment precursors of MIL-101(Fe).Then,a distinctive MIL-101(Fe)-derived spherical porous carbons(MSPC)is achieved through high temperature calcination toward *** of the glucose initial concentration and hydrothermal treatment time on the sphericity of the as-prepared mesoporous MsPC were investigated in *** the loading capacities and sustained-release performances of nitroimidazole drugs over MsPC through simulation internal environment of human body at different pH values was systematically *** nitro-imidazole drugs loading rate and release time of MsPC are 10% and 17 h under preferred ***,the MSPC exhibited very low toxicity on Hela cells and 293T cells at the concentrations tested(10-800μg mL^(-1)).This study,therefore,supports the potential of the mesoporous carbon spheres as a carrierfor nitroimidazole drug delivery.

为了快速、高效制备非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)单克隆抗体,本研究通过大肠杆菌系统表达并纯化了ASFV重组蛋白pA104R。以ASFV重组蛋白pA104R为抗原,分别比较了CpG ODN联合氢氧化铝佐剂和常规弗氏佐剂两种免疫策略,并重点比较半固体培养法和常规有限稀释法来制备ASFV pA104R单克隆抗体的效率。结果显示,本研究获得了相对分子质量为3.5×104的ASFV重组可溶性蛋白pA104R,通过其与CpG ODN联合氢氧化铝佐剂免疫小鼠,在第21 d即可达到融合要求,本试验方法(重组蛋白pA104R与CpG ODN联合氢氧化铝佐剂免疫)较重组蛋白pA104R与常规弗氏佐剂免疫节省14 d时间。通过半固体培养法筛选单克隆的试验周期比有限稀释法缩短28 d,并减少了亚克隆的工作量。半固体培养法获得5株阳性杂交瘤细胞,挑选效价较高的3株(9A4、9H6、11F5)进行鉴定,重链均为IgG,轻链均为KAPPA。纯化后的3株单克隆抗体针对pA104蛋白和全病毒蛋白质的效价分别达1∶160000~1∶320000和1∶200~1∶400。本研究优选了CpG ODN联合氢氧化铝佐剂结合半固体培养法筛选pA104R的单克隆抗体,为单克隆抗体制备提供了快速高效的新策略。

The relativistic mean-field approach was implemented in the Lanzhou quantum molecular dynamics transport model(***). Using the ***, the properties of collective flow and pion production were investigated systematically for nuclear reactions with various isospin asymmetries. The directed and elliptic flows of the *** are able to describe the experimental data of STAR Collaboration. The directed flow difference between free neutrons and protons was associated with the stiffness of the symmetry energy, that is, a softer symmetry energy led to a larger flow difference. For various collision energies, the ratio between the π^(-) and π^(+) yields increased with a decrease in the slope parameter of the symmetry energy. When the collision energy was 270 MeV/nucleon, the single ratio of the pion transverse momentum spectra also increased with decreasing slope parameter of the symmetry energy in both nearly symmetric and neutron-rich ***, it is difficult to constrain the stiffness of the symmetry energy with the double ratio because of the lack of threshold energy correction on the pion production.

Primary porcine tracheal epithelial cells(PTECs) are an appropriate model for studying the molecular mechanism of various porcine respiratory diseases, including swine-origin mycoplasmas, which are isolated from respiratory tract of pigs and mainly found on the mucosal surface surrounding swine trachea. However, the short proliferation ability of primary PTECs greatly limits their lifespan. In this study, primary PTECs were carefully isolated and cultured, and immortal PTECs were constructed by transfecting primary PTECs with the recombinant constructed plasmid pEGFPhTERT containing human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT). Immortal PTECs(hTERT-PTECs) maintained both the morphological and functional characteristics of primary PTECs, as indicated by the expression of cytokeratin 18, cellcycle analysis, proliferation assay, Western blotting, telomerase activity assay, karyotype analysis and quantitative RTPCR. Compared to primary PTECs, hTERT-PTECs had an extended replicative lifespan, higher telomerase activity, and enhanced proliferative activity. In addition, this cell line resulted in a lack of transformed and grown tumors in nude mice, suggesting that it could be safely applied in further studies. Moreover, hTERT-PTECs were vulnerable to all swineorigin mycoplasmas through quantitative analysis as indicated by 50% color changing unit(CCU_(50)) calculation, and no significant differences of adhesion ability between primary and immortal PTECs were observed. For the representative swine mycoplasma Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(Mhp), except for Dna copies quantitative real-time PCR assay, indirect immunofluorescence assay and Western blotting analysis also depicted that hTERT-PTECs was able to adhere to different Mhp strains of different virulence. In summary, like primary PTECs, hTERT-PTECs could be widely used as an adhesion cell model for swine-origin mycoplasmas and in infection studies of various porcine respiratory pathogens.

Tropical cyclones over the Bay of Bengal(BoBTC)affect the precipitation over China,with distinct seasonal and daily *** study quantitatively examines the daily standardized precipitation anomalies(SPAs)over China on the days with BoBTC activities(storm-days)and related circulations,based on rainfall measurements at surface meteorological stations and ECMWF reanalysis data on a 0.25°×0.25°resolution during *** positive SPA is found over the stations in the two adjacent regions around BoB(Southwest China in May/November and southern Tibetan Plateau in October)and three distant regions(Southeast China and the northeastern boundary of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in May,and central North China in October).The SPA distributions are remarkably consistent with the integrated water vapor transport(IVT)*** IVT is found associated with the interaction between southwesterly(southerly)of the BoBTC circulation and low-level monsoonal flow in May(midlevel westerly in winter months).The probabilities of extreme precipitation(EP)occurrences over the above regions all increase on *** adjacent regions,EP is significantly correlated with the northward IVT anomalies to the east of BoBTC circulation,which strengthen the water vapor input through the southern *** IVT anomalies are stronger in May,benefited by the deep monsoonal southwesterlies than those in *** distant regions,EP is more closely related to the IVT anomaly extending back from *** moisture from BoB concentrates along a local low-level convergence line over Southeast China,being further facilitated by coexistence of the BoBTC depression and midlevel westerly trough in *** results highlight the interactions between BoBTCs and local weather systems that influence the general precipitation anomalies and occurrence of EP over China,especially over distant regions.
